Into The Zombie World Chapter 204

Nile put all of his strength from the smashed that he did earlier. However, it seems that this level two zombie's physique couldn't be underestimated.
He imagined that with that strike, the zombie would at least have a huge dent on its head. It was smashed towards the car after all.
However, when he looked back enthusiastically, what he saw made his eyes bulged like a ball. Aside from the few metal shrapnel that had pierced the zombie's body, no notable damage could be seen.
It seems that the broken car had cushioned the strike earlier, hence the reason why the zombie was able to get almost scot-free.
'Damn it!'
Nile cursed himself for his bad luck. The car was supposed to be a help for him to kill the zombie easily, however, it betrayed him instead.
Seeing the zombie trying to get up from the ground, Nile urged Maximo to run even faster.
Fortunately, Maximo sensed his master's urgency and with a kick, his speed went up another notch.
The zombie was dragged again by the duo, making its attempt to stand up earlier to be for naught.
In an instant, Maximo and Nile arrived near the place where the zombie and the huge bird originally fought earlier. Croco had already dragged the wounded bird away from the scene upon receiving Nile's urgent order.
'STOP!'
Nile yelled inside his head as a way to make Maximo halt. The zombie was stronger than what he had initially thought. Their current situation was dangerous as the zombie might suddenly regain its footing.
Hearing Nile's shout inside his head, the prepared Maximo instantly put his two front hooves as a way to stop his speed.
A screeching sound of friction traveled towards Nile's ears as he felt the sudden stop of motion.

Not wasting any more time, Nile pulled the rope and hauled it towards the front. This time, he made sure to smash the zombie towards a huge boulder.
Fortunately, his attack seems to succeed this time as he clearly heard a few cracking sounds from the zombie's body at the point of impact.
The huge boulder was broken to pieces though, nevertheless, it already served its purpose.
Nile didn't let down his guard and hurriedly urged Maximo to speed up toward the zombie. The rope that was made from the Weapon of Change glowed with a red hue before it transformed and went towards Nile.
The long rope was now gone and what replaced it was a lance looking weapon over two meters in length. The lance looked like a folded umbrella with a sharp tip ahead of it.
While Maximo was running towards the zombie, Nile aligned the lance and point its sharp tip towards the zombie's head.
The zombie's recovery speed and tenacity were astonishing. Even though a few of its bones had already shattered from the impact earlier, it was now trying to get up from the ground.
Unfortunately for it, Nile wouldn't let the zombie regain its footing. The tip of the lance was now only a foot away from the zombie's head.
Nile already imagined for the zombie's head to get skewered at the tip of his lance. However, his expectation was instantly shattered as the zombie had reacted at the last second. It was able to get up from the ground abruptly resulting in for the tip of the lance to miss its desired target.
Putsik!
Fortunately, the zombie was not able to get away successfully. It may have avoided its head on being skewered, however, what it didn't expect was for its neck to be pierced by the lance instead.

The Weapon of Change in lance form was pretty sharp. The sharp tip instantly went right through the zombie's neck.
Maximo didn't receive any order to stop hence he continued running forward. Nile had a ferocious and resolute expression behind his mask, he didn't want to waste this opportunity.
Bam!
Maximo was finally put to a halt as the lance, along with the skewered zombie got smashed on a huge tree.
The zombie was very tenacious, it was still struggling even despite the damage it had sustained. It raised both of its hands and clasped the lance that was piercing its neck trying to pull it out of the way.
Maximo and Nile were doing their best to pin the zombie on the tree, not letting it have an opportunity to escape. The lance nailed the zombie on the tree. No matter what it did, the lance just wouldn't budge even an inch.
Nile's arm muscles bulged for a second as he forcefully pushed the lance even deeper towards the tree. The zombie could do nothing other than to squirm miserably. Dark blood was oozing out of the wound on its neck as well as its various orifices.
Seeing that the zombie was already on the verge of losing strength, Nile immediately executed his final and ultimate move.
Clang!
A clanging sound of metal was produced as the lance's suddenly expanded like an unfolded umbrella. Spikes with half a foot in length suddenly sprouted on the umbrella's surface.
Bam!
Like a bowstring, the umbrella suddenly sprung up. The dozens of spikes protruding on its surface landed and pierced the zombie successfully. With the Weapon of Change's sharpness, the hard body of the zombie was pierced easily like tofu.
Dark blood started to drip towards the ground coming from the umbrella that was made from the Weapon of Change.
A few seconds later, the zombie halted its useless movements. Along with it was the System notification of him successfully killing a level two zombie. A cool sensation covered his body as usual along with the increase of his strength.
Nile pulled and retracted the umbrella away from the dead zombie. With a command inside his head, the umbrella glowed with red right before it was folded, returning to its original appearance- the lance.
He heaves a sigh of relief upon seeing the lifeless body in front of him. Accompanied by that sigh was the tension he was feeling earlier.

His eyes had turned bloodshot and his hands shook with rage. “The first thirty…” “Shut up!” Genzo bellowed “How dare you help these disrespectful gaijin?” Flecks of spit and madness flew from his face, his fist raised ready to strike. But Emi did not flinch, instead she was about ready to continue when Yuma Takeuchi interrupted her. “Uchida, please,” her sweet sounding words could melt ice. “I think we will have a better chance of getting home if we all work together.” When she glanced up with her sleepy looking eyes at Genzo Uchida he deflated visibly. “Were not getting home.” Uchida said coolly. “Group summoning, large, that puts us in the 60 series. No one came to greet us after five minutes of arrival. That leaves scenarios 68 and 69. In scenario 68 there is something that binds the large group together; they are all classmates or a single family. But thanks to the gaijin” he spit out the word “I think we are scenario 69 with no way home.” Ikko Inoue’s eyes went wide, while Katsukno and Hayata started muttering to themselves. Tim took on a serious look and rubbed his scruffy chin. Emi maintained her stoic expression while trying to find something to refute. McKenzie glanced at Randall and giggled. Randall took the prompting of his teammate and followed up by approaching Genzo. “Uh, so we are in a sixty-nine?” “Yes.” Replied Genzo with the seriousness of someone who’s life was about to end. McKenzie covered her mouth and snickered. “You and me, were stuck in a sixty-nine situation?” Randall pushed with a grin. “Yes, we are all stuck in a sixty-nine scenario together!” Genzo retorted in anger. McKenzie fell on her butt laughing. “What the hell is so funny?” Demanded Genzo, whose face had turned red. “It’s a problem with the automatic translation.” Retorted Tim. Randall, who seemed unable to quit started in again “So, about this sixty-ni…” Genzo interrupted Randall with a swift punch to the face. But, because of their height difference it was a bit of an uppercut that left Randall rattled. Tim and Ikko moved to step in between the two, but Genzo showed no further hostility. Instead he just stared at his clenched fist with such intensity it grabbed the attention of the room. “I unlocked a skill.” He said bluntly. ***************************** This is not a light novel, but people who like light novels should enjoy the themes of this book. ***************************** A Map of the Region
