Into The Zombie World Chapter 19

As he approached the front door, Nile noticed that it was not locked and was instead slightly open. After opening the door, Nile's eyes constricted as he saw the bodies lying on the cold floor.
These are the bodies of zombies, the heads of these zombies were split open, the brains were scattered everywhere from every zombie's head.
After glancing around, Nile immediately knew what was going on. And without hesitation, he immediately wanted to turn his body around to escape. But before he could do so, a figure suddenly appeared in front of him, startling him in the process.
This figure is shorter than him, its body is a little plump, or chubby. Its hair is black and a little red, maybe from the blood. Its forehead is extended halfway on its head. Its clothes are a mess, it's strewn, worn out and dirty.
Although its face was a bit disfigured, with blood, dripping from its mouth. Nile could still recognize this figure, it was the Councilor, the Counselor he thought that was on the Town.
And this Counselor was now already a Level One° zombie.
Bang!
A deafening sound echoed in the area as the Level One° zombie Councilor did not let Nile think any further.
Along with the sound, Nile's body flies backward at a fast rate. Luckily he blocked the Level One° zombies punch with his two arms at the last moment, if not, that punch would have hit his chest.
Bang!
'So strong' Nile grimaced in pain.
Nile's body was now etched on the half concrete, half metal wall. After the impact, he immediately coughs up blood on his mouth and his nose starts bleeding right after. His arms were still numb and painful because of the punch that the Level One° zombie had delivered.
The moment the zombie punch connected on his arm, he felt as though he was hit by a fast moving car. His world stopped for a moment, and only when he was already flying backwards did he recall what had happened.

Right now, Nile's mind is in turmoil, he was not ready to face such a strong foe yet. He was just at the entrance of becoming a Level One°, he could not face this zombie head on. Its strength alone could send him flying for almost 10 meters.
Staring at the zombie, Nile noticed that it shook a little, and within a second, it dashed towards him.
Nile prepared himself to evade the zombie. After the zombie arrives 3 to 2 meters in front of him, it pulls its right arm backwards, like an archer pulling a bow.
After a full pull of its arm, it threw a punch towards his direction, Nile made his body turn sideways, thinking that he could avoid it completely, but no, the zombie's punch still connected on his right shoulder.
Bang!
With his body turning sideways and with the punch, his body rotated in mid air like a spinning top, before being etched again on the wall.
With danger lurking, his 'Will' performed on its top shape. But because his body is so much weaker than his 'Will', his body could not cope up, having a delay on what he wants to do in this dangerous situation.
After being embedded in the wall the second time, Nile did not waste time to think any further as he rolled to the side.
Bang!
From his previous location, a small crater can be found with a zombie's hand at the top of it.
Nile felt grateful that his body was now stronger than the time he arrived on this world, although he was coughing blood due to internal injuries, he could still move properly albeit slowly. If he still has his weak body now, on the first punch, even before he could be embedded on the wall, he will already be dead with his bones fractured and broken.

After that roll, Nile did not stop and kept rolling and rolling, until he is now 5 meters away from the terrifying zombie.
He stood up and prepared himself. After the first punch, his hand had already let go of the butcher knife. He adjusted his thought, and forcefully calmed himself. His 'Will' was no longer tense and was now performing at the same level of his body. His right shoulder was dislocated a little.
Nile stood there barehanded as he waited for the zombie to turn around and move.
The moment the Level One° zombie Councilor turned its body towards him, it immediately dashed and at 3 to 2 meters distance from him, it pulled its arm again.
But having already experienced this attack before, Nile was no longer flustered and he made his body evade sideways in advance. With these, the zombie's punch did not manage to hit him and right now its side was exposed from him.
Nile then retrieved the shotgun from before on his storage space with his left hand, and with point blank range, he fired at the zombies armpit.
Bang!
Blood spattered and the zombie's arm that it always used to punch was now hanging on its shoulder. Only a little skin was keeping the arm from falling!
Roarr!
The Level One° zombie's enraged roar echoed in the air. Although it was already a Level One° zombie and had already consumed the weaker Apocalypse Viruses inside the small mansion, even though it already has a certain resistance towards firearms, its body could still not receive a full impact from a shotgun at point blank range.
As the Level One° zombie's enraged roar echoed in the air, It turned its body in Nile's direction before pulling its remaining usable arm for a punch.
But Nile would not let it, he didn't want to experience another punch from this zombie anymore.
He took a step back while storing the shotgun again in his storage space, he did not take a step back because of the recoil from the shotgun, no he did it voluntarily. He knew from the start that if his attack succeeded, regardless if the zombie was terrified or enraged, its first action would be to turn towards him.
After taking a step back, it was also at that moment that the zombie turned its body towards him, he smiled, raising his left arm, the second shotgun appeared in his hand. Its muzzle is directly pointed at the zombies extended forehead.
Pulling the trigger, Nile could not help but make a wide smile. He then thought of a line that he always wanted to say from his previous life.
"Kaboom!"

When Plush comes to Shove
An: So the last synopsis wasn’t really all that good, it was just some mumbo jumbo with no actual point to it so I decided to make a new one that’s a bit more accurate. Leo Lush, just your average everyday (slightly chubby) schmuck, or at least he would be if he didn’t carry around a stuffed toy everywhere he went.I mean, he was a man who could read the atmosphere a bit so put it away in his bag whenever having a stuffed toy out would be rude but other than that he brought it with him all the time, it was a memento from his girlfriend who had died three years ago and keeping it close made him feel better. That’s also why his classmates gave him the nickname “Plush”, though that's neither here nor there. One day at the train station he’d lost his dearest stuffed toy, one of his classmates found it and lobbed it towards him, something that they’d already done many times before, but this time something went wrong and Leo found himself falling in front of the train due to the force of the throw. Now follow Leo as the spirit that developed in his stuffed toy and killed him forces his ghost into another world to possess a different stuffed toy. He doesn’t know much about the world or why he’s there but what he does know is that according to a magic book his girlfriend was also sent to this very world when she died in a plane accident three years ago. An: For those who want to know a bit more about what kind of story this will be: I want it to be a chill feel-good story and stay as far away from those despair-fest stories as possible (No offense to people who enjoy them, I’m just not one of you)Let me make something clear; I’m not writing this story with hope of it becoming really top tier among RRL (Though it did get above rank 500 once which I’m still very proud of even though it’s gone back down to ~850 at the time of writing this) I just want to write a story that I would enjoy reading, that’s why I’ll be mostly skipping over a lot of the parts that I skip when I read other stories, such as stats, the exact value of money and other such precise statistics that no one(as far as I’m aware) really cares about all that much. Just feels like a lot of effort for something superfluous. There’s a single exception and that’s one of the battles, it’s not a despair-fest or anything but it’s got a different feel than the rest of the story due to me being in a funky mood while I was writing it.
