Closed Beta That Only I Played Chapter 192

"Blink!"
So, I charged at them first, letting the Mirae members get rid of the remaining users of the Takehara Guild.
"Ice Storm! Ice Wave!"
Puck! Puck! Puck!
"Kheeeeeeeek!"
"Shit! What the heck is this attack? So much damage!"
By now I can say confidently that I am not a babe in the woods.
And I have proven my abilities amply through the 4th anniversary event, and various quests including the one to help the Zaltz Clan.
As a result, even though I launched an attack in a place where I didn't lay out Ice Field, I saw numerous users killed with my Ice Wave attack alone without even accounting for Ice Storm.
Of course, I launched other attacks this time.
Puck!
"Argh!"
I wielded the +4 enhancement Ice Emperor's guardian sword at the Japanese user closest to me.
The Ice Emperor's guardian sword directly stabbed into his chest.
Of course, my attack didn't end there.
Starting from the place where he was stabbed, a large amount of ice spread all over his torso.
"Shit! Why is this frostbite affecting me here!"
As a matter of fact, it was rather funny to call it frostbite.
So, I used Ice Spear this time to relieve his frostbite pain. Of course, 'relieve' in this context meant his death. Anyway, I immersed myself in hunting like that.
I knew I would receive a good reward if I earned lots of points through hunting.
Of course, I didn't hunt because I had bad feelings toward Japan.
At the ]Takehara Guild's main stronghold.
It was quiet, as always.
Obviously, they could not be called the representative guild of Japan, but they were proud to be under the command of the Mitsuya Guild representing Japan.
In fact, they were well known as one of the strongest guilds in Japan.
However, there was one guild that the Takehara Guild was very concerned about.
It was none other than the Shunan Guild.
Of course, the Shunan Guild did not openly attack the Takehara Guild because they knew well that they would bring about their own demise if they attacked the Takehara Guild first as it was under the command of the Mitsuya Guild.
In other words, what the Shunan Guild was doing now was currying favor with the Mitsuya Guild. They even pledged to the Mitsuya Guild that if they gave all the benefits enjoyed by the Takehara Guild to the Shunan Guild, they would not only pledge their loyalty to the Mitsuya Guild but also pay more quarterly tributes than the Takehara Guild.

So, Matoru Mori, the leader of the Takehara Guild, could not help but pay attention to the Shunan Guild's flattering of the Mitsuya Guild.
He was confident that his guild was strong enough to stand alone from other guilds, but he knew it was certain that they would lose power if the Mitsuya Guild stopped backing them.
That was the case of the Hokuryu Guild which was previously under the wing of the Mitsuya Guild. He negotiated with the Mitsuya Guild and took their spot, causing the eventual decline and demise of the Hakuryu Guild.
"Damn it! Son of a bitch! Do they know that we have almost nothing left after paying tributes to the Mitsuya Guild?"
Matoru Mori got rid of the Hokuryu Guild in the same way that the Shunan Guild was trying to replace his guild, and as a result, he received all the rights and privileges the Hokuryu Guild had been enjoying. But this time the Shunan Guild's pledge to the Mitsuya Guild was simply too excessive. So much so that they would incur a big loss for the rest of their lives even if they took all the rights and privileges from the Takahera Guild.
At that moment, Matoru received an urgent message
Once he checked it, he was stunned. The Shunan Guild's preemptive strike was probably the most convincing evidence that they had finally struck a deal with the Mitsuya Guild.
So, he quickly opened his mouth.
"Shunan! Are you really sure they attacked us first?"
"I don't know for sure! However, it's certain that the opponents are very strong. They are only 30 in total, but they are currently slaughtering everyone in the Shaking Land."
"Damn it! Mobilize all the elite members as well as the main unit of our guild right now! Let me show those god damn Shunan bastards that our guild is not weak at all!"
Of course, Matoru Mori duly thought the attackers were the Shunan Guild members, especially given the fact that only 30 members were dispatched to kill his Takehara Guild members.
So, he decided to punish these arrogant Shunan Guild members and prove to the Mitsuya Guild that his guild was still valuable.
The main reason why the Takehara Guild could beat the Hokuryu Guild even though they were one of the many guilds that paid tribute to the Mitsuya Guild was obviously because the Takehara Guild was more powerful than the Hokuryu Guild.
So, he concluded that if he showed overwhelming power against the Shunan Guild this time, the Mitsuya Guild would not allow the Shunan Guild to replace his guild.

In fact, he has been raising his guild members strongly by making all kinds of efforts.
Anyway, Matoru Mori led the elites and main unit of the Takehara Guild to the Shaking Land.
In the Shaking Land.
"Blow! Biting Wind!"
"Bursting Fire!"
"Bind them, Sticky Roots!"
"Penetrating Power Shot!!"
"Multiple Ice Arrow!"
Puck! Puck! Puck!
Bang! Bang! Bang!
"Shit!"
"They're simply too strong!"
The 30 members of Chairman Yon's party including me indiscriminately attacked the Japanese users who were trying to run away. It was literally a slaughter.
Of course, some of the Japanese users, including the Takehara Guild members, sometimes struck back, but their attacks were in vain because our party members were not ordinary users. Anyway, the massacre continued for about an hour.
At that moment, Chairman Yon and Sungyop approached me and opened their mouths.
"I hear that the Takehara Guild has begun to mobilize their elite members and main unit players."
"Oh, their reaction is slower than I thought."
Of course, it was very easy for the Mirae Guild to bribe one or two Takehara Guild members.
That's why they obtained such information so quickly.
"I don't think they expected they would be ambushed like this. Anyway, the enemy's main unit has started to move. Shall we move on to our second operation?"
"Sure, let's do it."
There was a reason why the Mirae Guild chose this Shaking Land among many hunting grounds.
This was the largest of all the hunting grounds occupied by the Takehara Guild.
As a result, the Takehara Guild had no choice but to break up its forces in order to search for us.
So, we planned to defeat them one squad at a time, then get out of this place by using the Teleport Zone before the Takehara Guild contacted the Mitsuya Guild.
We didn't have to confront the Mitsura Guild, who dominated Japan, on day one.
Anyway, we moved deeper into the Shaking Land again according to the 2nd stage of our operation.
With the Takehara Guild.
"Where are they hiding now, those damn bastards?"
Guild leader Matoru Mori became furious after discovering that the 30 members had already disappeared when they arrived at the scene.
If the 30 men logged out and decided to wait, the Takehara guild would incur a big loss as it could not afford to have its main force protect the Shaking Land instead of becoming stronger through hunting.
So Matoru Mori gave orders to the guild members.
"We're going to separate into groups of 200 and 300. When you find them, focus on keeping them there rather than trying to defeat them, so we can stop them from logging out. In the meantime, we can get help from other forces to beat them."
"Yes, understood!"
"Okay!"
Of course, Matoru Mori, who gave such an order, felt a bit nervous and uneasy.
All of the 30 men were very strong, but he was particularly bothered by the ice-type wizard whom he had received reports on who was far stronger than a typical wizard.
Some even mentioned that he might be Asirante, but it was impossible for Asirante to be here logically.
However, not only the Takehara Guild members, but also the many users who paid golden rings to hunt here had incurred many losses and could not sit idle, so Matoru Mori gave such an order.
He also gave an additional order.
"Make sure you don't spread yourselves apart too far!"
At the outer wall on the west side of the Shaking Land.
"I hear that the Takehara Guild has formed a squad of 300 people to search for us, starting off with the entrance of the hunting ground."
This guy named Sungyop Yu reported to us immediately after he called the regular contacts he planted in the Japanese guild.
Nodding at him, I opened my mouth.
"Fortunately, they are moving as I expected."
If they asked for help from the Mitsuya Guild controlling all the guilds in Japan or if they only blocked the safety zone of the Shaking Land and stayed still, we might have been in big trouble. But they didn't.
Of course, honestly, I thought it wouldn't matter if I fought them alone because I was confident of getting out of here with my abilities, and I could easily reach the Teleport Zone using Blink with zero cooldown to pass by them, no matter how many they numbered.
However, the remaining 29 players here would obviously get cold feet, overwhelmed by the sheer number of the Takehara Guild members.

Unique Fusion Magic Hex
World Essence. The mysterious energy coursing throughout the entire land of Vor'ten, and very possibly the entire world. This energy has allowed humanity to flourish, building great empires and vast kingdoms, conquering nature itself with just a sweep of their hand. Humans were the strongest existence, and with the help of channeling this World Essence, many were able to turn into Magic Knights, gaining magical abilities to combat the various fierce beasts throughout the lands.Alas... those glory days of old were long gone. Humanity has now been pushed to the brink of destruction, and now the remaining members of the human race are encased within giant domes known as 'Alkkras', made with the last remaining bits of the World Essence. It was said that those giant domes were the last gifts left by the remnants of the ancient human race, as a means to protect the future generation from the attacks of the many wild beasts roaming outside. Five Spiritualist Invokers, all combined together, used the last bit of the World Essence and sacrificed their lives to lay a gigantic, 1028-seal formation magic array to form these barriers, forever saving humanity, but also trapping humanity within these barriers. However, the humans were never completely helpless. No matter how little World Essence was left, the humans still had some remaining. Realizing the incoming crisis, the humans found a way to seal World Essence inside a special type of crystal. Soon, these crystals began to become implanted into weapons, turning them into World Essence Weapons, and they began to display properties of their own. Extreme heat. Bone chilling cold. Absurd sharpness. These normal weapons, after being imbued with the energy of the World Essence Crystals, began to form natural affinities to elements. Fire. Water. Earth. Wind. Darkness. Light. Using these weapons, one could become a Chevalier that wielded the power of the elements. However, if one wanted to reach a higher level of enlightenment and understanding, one could become an Invoker. Via the study of magic array formations, one could directly use the power of the World Essence to cast devastating magics upon the enemy. These people were Invokers, highly valued for their combat potential by the Army. These weapons and magical arrays were used in the great fight between the humans and the beasts long ago. They had long since been put away in storage, almost long forgotten...However, after ten-thousand years of suppression, the human race is beginning its counterattack against the Beasts... Synth was an Invoker in the Magecroft Academy. However, his talent was terrible, being only at the Spark Stage. This led to him being looked down upon and bullied. He was unable to cast any Calamity-rank or even Destruction rank spells, and was only able to cast Coalescing rank spells at the age of 17, a record low in the academy for cultivating these rare Invokers. Even though he put in more effort than anyone else, he was still unable to advance his Channeling Energy. But due to his constant research and study, Synth ended up creating a power that would go against the heavens - he had found how to Fuse spells together. After trying it out once, merging the magical array for the Small Fireball and the Mortal Judgement skills, he was able to create a mid-rank Destruction tier spell, Holy Judgement Flame. However, after this, no matter how hard he tried, he was unable to fuse more spells together or even cast them, and noticed a weird, pentagram shaped formation on his left arm. He would later call this mark the Fusion Magic Hex, a curse that prevented the wielder from casting magic that wasn't their own...This meant that with the exception of Synth's newly created skill, , he was going to have to create unique magic arrays if he ever wanted to step on the path of becoming an Invoker! This power that destroyed the laws of the Invoking System, and his unyielding persistence in testing and creating new spells, would later gain Synth the nickname the Unique Fusion Hex, and lead him to become one of the strongest beings in the entire World!
