Upon reaching the Angel's Agape Realm, ten angel warriors surrounded Eros right away. He had no idea what's going on.

He was surprised when he realized that those angel warriors were there to subdue him. Caught off guard, Eros was not able to do anything when his hands were tied by the divine golden rope.

He felt like he was a runaway prisoner the way they treated him.

"What's happening here? Why are you doing this to me? I am Eros, a high-ranking cupid! I came here to see Mother Angel Sienna. Is there a misunderstanding here?" Eros asked the leader of the angel warriors who restrained him.

"There is no misunderstanding here. We are aware that you are Eros. We are just following orders. And this order came from Mother Angel Sienna."

Eros was stunned for a moment after hearing those words. He couldn't believe that this was an order coming from Sienna.

"You can ask Mother Angel Sienna the reason for this. We are bringing you to the Disciplinary Hall," said the leader, signaling his subordinates to escort Eros to the said hall.

Soon, they marched out together with Eros going to the Disciplinary Hall where Sienna was waiting for them.

It had been a long time since the last time a cupid came to the Disciplinary Hall. This hall was the place where cupids who broke the rules were being interrogated and punished.

Eros knew it. He had a bad feeling of returning to Angel's Agape Realm. It seemed that Mother Angel Sienna had discovered something, including the rules he had broken.

He could sense that he was summoned to go back to receive his punishment. Eros clenched his fists. He was thinking about Selene.

He promised her that he would come back to her soon. But in his current situation, he was in doubt whether he could fulfill his promise or not.

Eros tried his best to be strong, for Selene's sake. Whatever punishment was waiting for him in the Disciplinary Hall, he was willing to accept everything as long as he could still come back as Selene's cupid.

After a few minutes, they reached the Disciplinary Hall. Two angel warriors were holding him, one on his left and the other one on his right.

The Leader of the angel warriors was the first one who entered the hall, followed by the Eros and the two angel warriors.

He was brought to the center stage. Inside the hall, there were 30 golden thrones surrounding the stage. Each throne was occupied by Angels of a higher rank. Some of them were elders.

Eros met Mother Sienna's gaze. He wanted to ask her but there were other angels watching them right now. Eros felt helpless. He knew he was doomed and a judgment was coming his way.

Conflicting emotions could be seen in Sienna's eyes. She was both worried and disappointed in Eros.

When everyone settled down inside the hall, one elder stood up and started his speech.

"We are all gathered here today as we received information that you, Eros, a Cupid General, had broken some rules during your mission."

"We are here to discuss and hear your justification in your every action. We want to hear your side and explain to us the reason you broke those rules. After that, this disciplinary council will decide what punishment to give you." The elder said with his authoritative voice.

"Sienna, the Mother Angel of Cupids, please do the honor to enumerate before us the rules Eros had broken."

Eros looked at Sienna with his pleading eyes. He was questioning her. Was she the one who told the council about his actions? Sienna was aware of the other rules he had broken.

Sienna sighed helplessly before she stood up. She didn't want this to happen. But she failed to anticipate that Zaki would do something to get even at Eros.

Sienna didn't know why Zaki hated Eros. Was it because Eros interfered when he was punishing Azrael?

The message he sent to Sienna was not only delivered to her. Zaki also sent it to the council members.

Sienna had no choice but to summon Eros back to have his trial. She was worried about him but she couldn't neglect her duty as the Mother Angel of cupids.

"Cupid General, Eros, I will read to you the rules that you disobeyed during your mission," Sienna said before opening the scroll in her hands.

Sienna frowned upon seeing the pieces of information written on the scroll. The council conducted a thorough investigation and these were the results that came out.

"You broke Cupid Rule # 1 of never showing your adult angel's form to your human contractee. Upon further investigation, the council found out that you even used your human form to live with your human contractee and mingled with the other people close to her which was unrelated to your mission."

Sienna took a pause before reading the other reports.

"You broke Cupid Rule # 13 of not meddling with the Grim Reaper's Task. The council also found out from the grim reaper's report that you and your human contractee meddled with the grim reaper's task when you worked together to save a human named Samantha, who was supposed to be dead by now."

Eros couldn't believe it. The grim reaper already found out what he had done? But how? Only Azrael knew about it.

Sienna knew what Eros was thinking right now. Zaki was the one who learned everything. He discovered that Eros intervened and helped Selene in saving Samantha.

Sienna tightened her grip when she saw the last statement. She didn't know how to feel about this.

"And lastly, you committed a forbidden act by acting intimately toward your human contractee. A cupid kissing his human contractee…"

Sienna felt like her energy was drained after reading that last statement.

The elder took over again when Sienna was done reading the reports.

"Now, Eros, what can you say about this? Explain yourself! Why did a cupid general do such things, breaking the several Cupid Rules?!"

There was a moment of silence. Everyone was waiting for Eros's response. What alibi or excuse would he use to answer them?

Eros exhaled deeply before giving them an answer. He raised his head and glanced at everyone present in that hall.

"I did that because…" Eros clenched his fists.

"Because I love Selene!"
