Renz went to his father's office. He wanted some advice from him. He was so determined to work things out with Selene.

Maynard was scanning some documents when Renz entered the office. His father moved his gaze from the documents to Renz.

"Oh, son, you're here. Do you need something?"

Maynard put down the documents and stood up, welcoming Renz. He invited him to sit down on the vacant sofa.

"Did I disturb you, Dad?" Renz asked him as soon as they settled down in their seats.

"Hmm, let me ask you first. Are you here for the Chairman or for your father?"

Renz smiled shyly before saying, "I'm here for my father."

Maynard chuckled. "If that is the case, then you didn't disturb me at all. I am always free when it comes to my son. So what is it that you need?"

Renz scratched his face as he looked down. He felt somehow embarrassed to ask his father about this but he wanted to do it.

"Dad, I am wondering if you can give me some advice on how I can cheer Selene up. I want to let her know that I am always here for her. I want to work things out for us."

Maynard didn't expect that Renz would ask him about this. But he was glad to know that Renz wanted to make an effort to make Selene happy.

"Son, just be true to yourself and show her your genuine concern. Hmm, Selene will be able to feel your sincerity."

"Hmm, why don't you spend some quality time with her. Do some exciting outdoor activities that she will enjoy such as road trips, camping, mountain climbing."

"By doing this, you can cheer her up and can make her forget her sadness. You can also have quality time together. Take a day off tomorrow. Bring her out!" Maynard suggested.

"Okay, Dad. I will do that. Thanks!"

"No need to mention it, son! I also like to see things work out for the both of you," Maynard said, patting Renz's shoulder.

After talking to his father, Renz returned to his office. He decided to call Selene, asking her if she would be available tomorrow.

Road trips and camping might be a better suggestion. He remembered that Selene loved stargazing at night.

Selene's phone rang for several seconds before it was answered.

Selene: "Hello, Renz?"

Renz: "Selene, are you busy? Did I disturb you?"

Selene: "No, I'm not. It's fine. Why?"

Renz: "I am just wondering if you are available tomorrow?"

Selene didn't answer right away as if she was thinking about her schedule tomorrow.

Renz: "Do you want to go out with me for a road trip and camping? Just the two of us."

Selene was surprised by this sudden invitation. She couldn't decide yet if she would agree or not.

Renz: "I just want to spend some quality time with you. Can we do it, Selene?"

Hearing the desperate plea in Renz's voice, Selene decided to come with him.

Selene: "Okay. I think I am free tomorrow!"

Renz's eyes lit up after hearing that. His face was glowing with joy.

'Yes! She agreed!'

Renz: "Alright! I will fetch you tomorrow. Thanks, Selene!"

Selene: "Okay. See you tomorrow!"

When Renz hung up the call, Eros was looking at Selene, wondering what they talked about. He was sitting next to Selene when Renz called her.

"Are you going somewhere tomorrow?" Eros asked Selene.

Selene bobbed her head. "Yes. Renz invited me for a road trip. We will also go camping."

Eros became worried after hearing that. Road trip? Camping? There would be a good opportunity to create an accident for Selene. What if Zaki would be there to take Selene?

"I'm gonna go with you!" Eros declared to her.

"But Renz said he wanted to do this with just the two of us."

"It's alright. I will come with you in my cupid form, not in my human form. Renz can't see me," Eros reassured her.

He needed to stick with Selene to ensure her safety. Fortunately, Azrael was there to accompany Sach and to babysit him while Selene and Eros were not around.

"Okay. You can do that," Selene said, smiling at Eros.

Selene had no idea that she might be in danger because of Zaki. Eros didn't want her to worry so they decided to keep it a secret from her.

Selene went upstairs to prepare the things she needed for the road trip and camping.

Was she excited or not? Selene didn't know the answer. It seemed that her feelings for Renz were slowly fading over time.

Was she confused because of Renz's scandal video? But aside from Renz, she also did something behind his back.

Renz was not the only guilty one. She was also guilty of kissing Eros several times behind Renz's back.

Selene just put those negative thoughts at the back of her mind. She needed to do this and assess her feelings if she still wanted to be with Renz.

Meanwhile, in the Star Corp building, the employees were going out as it was already past the working hours. It was time to go home.

Renz was also preparing to leave. He was looking forward to being with Selene tomorrow.

He left his office with a wide smile on his lips. He headed straight to the parking lot where his car was being parked.

While he was walking in the hallway, he bumped into someone. It was a man wearing a cap. Renz was about to apologize when the man just ignored him and continued walking ahead, leaving Renz.

Renz just shrugged his shoulders, watching the back of the man. When he disappeared from his sight, Renz continued walking toward his car.

When he reached his car, he noticed a white envelope that was placed on the front windshield of his car. Renz frowned after seeing it.

"Who left this thing here?"

Renz picked it up and checked it. There was no name or even written letters on both sides of the envelope.

Feeling curious, Renz opened it and checked what was inside the white envelope. Then he saw a note.

Renz's eyes widened in puzzlement after reading the note.
