Sienna just came on time, protecting Eros and Azrael from Zaki's giant dark fireball lightning.

The surroundings were engulfed by silence. Zaki and Sienna were staring at each other's eyes while Eros and Azrael were silently observing them.

They were still digesting what had happened there. Eros already released a protection barrier but he was not sure if it could withstand Zaki's fireball lightning.

He was aware that Zaki was too powerful. Fortunately, mother angel, Sienna, arrived to protect them. If there was someone who could match Zaki's power and strength that would be Sienna.

Meanwhile, Azrael couldn't believe that he would meet Sienna under this unfavorable circumstance. He looked like shit. He was beaten badly by Zaki.

Eros glanced at Azrael. He somehow knew what he was thinking right now based on his gloomy expression.

Eros flicked Azrael's forehead using his fingers.

"Aww!" Azrael grunted, rubbing the spot on his forehead.

"Lower your voice! Sienna might hear you," Azrael whispered to Eros.

Eros just shook his head while laughing at him. But he stopped right away after hearing Zaki's deep voice.

"Sienna, don't get in my way," Zaki warned her.

Sienna smiled at Zaki before answering him.

"I'm taking responsibility for both of them. If you want to hurt them, you have to fight me first."

Zaki knitted his eyebrows in a frown. "What are you saying? One of them is a grim reaper. He is under my jurisdiction. You don't have the right to take responsibility for him. Just take your cupid angel and leave!"

"I will not leave any of them. Both of them are coming with me," Sienna said firmly.

Eros and Azrael just remained silent. They didn't know where this talk was going. Would there be a fight between Zaki and Sienna?

Zaki sneered at Sienna. "Are all angel cupids stubborn? No wonder, the one behind you inherited your stubbornness, Sienna."

"Oh, I'm so proud of my baby cupid, Eros. He is the most capable cupid in our realms. Of course, he has some of my good qualities."

Zaki let out a dry laugh, lifting an eyebrow. "Since when does stubbornness become a good quality?"

Sienna just ignored his sarcasm.

"If you have something against Azrael, then come at me. Don't blame him."

Azrael's eyes widened in surprise when Sienna mentioned his name.

"Sienna knows me?!" Azrael asked Eros in disbelief. He couldn't believe that Sienna was arguing with Zaki because of him.

Eros bobbed his head. "Of course, Mother angel Sienna has a keen memory. She might have remembered you as she was the one who sent me to make a deal with you."

Eros's explanation made sense. Azrael felt happy since Sienna could remember him.

Eros just looked at him helplessly. He could tell that Azrael was now happy as a clam because of Sienna. He might have forgotten the pain of his wound. He was already smiling like a fool.

On the other hand, Zaki's and Sienna's conversation continued.

"Why are you meddling with the grim reaper's issue? This is between me and that ungrateful punk. Just leave us alone. This is my last warning."

Although Zaki was threatening Sienna right now, he didn't have the heart to hurt her. He just hoped Sienna would stay out of this.

But Sienna would never do that. She felt responsible for Azrael. She already had a grasp of the situation.

'I guess Zaki is punishing Azrael as he already learned what happened to Selene. Azrael brought Selene back to life so Zaki was getting mad about this.'

"I was the reason why Azrael gave Selene the second chance to live!" Sienna declared, informing Zaki.

Zaki was taken aback when he heard that.

'So... My assumption is right. The cupids also have something to do with it. No wonder, Azrael got closer to this cupid.'

"She was not supposed to die that day. Her name was not written in the book of death," Azrael finally found his voice to explain to Zaki.

"Then you should have reported it to me! Why did you choose to make a deal with the cupids!" Zaki scolded Azrael. Then he moved his gaze back to Sienna.

"You are the Angel of Love. You have no right to interfere with our work. The life and death of a person should be taken care of by a grim reaper, not cupid!"

"Things became more complicated in the Netherworld because of what you have done. The book of death is acting strangely. Missing names, missing souls! Everything got messed up when you revived that girl! That girl must die to bring things back to their right places! I will ensure that."

Eros's ears heated up after hearing that.
