Both Eros and Azrael were signaling to take her words back but she was not looking at them. She was facing the little boy as she pinched his cheeks.

"An angel?" Sach asked her innocently. Then he turned to face Azrael and Eros, eyeing them with his eyebrows raised.

"Big sis, are they angels?" Sach pointed his finger to Eros and Azrael while giving Selene a questioning look.

At that certain moment, Selene realized that she said something she was not supposed to say. Then she remembered her contract with Eros. There was a clause saying she should not tell other people about the existence of a cupid.

'Wait, does it mean this young boy is a human?' Selene asked Eros and Azrael through their eye contact.

Eros and Azrael nodded their heads. Selene had the urge to smack her head.

"No, dear. I mean you look like an angel just like them. The three of you look charming and handsome," Selene explained to Sach.

"Ahem, but I am the most handsome among the three, right?" Eros butted in, asking Selene's confirmation.

Sach: "Shameless Uncle."

Azrael: "Shameless!"

Selene: "The most Shameless guy."

Eros: "..."

'Why do I feel like they are ganging up against me?'

Selene knitted her eyebrows into a frown. "By the way, how did you end up here?"

Selene turned to Eros and Azrael, giving them a threatening look.

"Don't tell me you took this charming little boy without his parent's knowledge? They must be worrying about him."

Both men shook their heads and explained to her.

"We saw the boy crying outside the gate. He said he was starving so I invited him in to feed him." Eros answered her.

Selene folded her arms over her chest and looked at Azrael, waiting for him to speak up.

"Yes. Eros is telling the truth. His name is Sach," Azrael simply said, supporting Eros's claim.

Sach was enjoying the interaction between the three people in front of him.

"Beautiful sis, what is your name?"

Hearing his soft little voice, Selene brought her attention back to Sach.

"My name is Selene, cutie," Selene smiled at him. She couldn't help but pinch his cheeks.

Eros looked jealous since Selene was always doing that to him in his child-like form.

"You have a nice name, big sis. I like it! But I like you more!"

Selene giggled because of Sach's remarks.

'Why do I feel like I just got another competitor right now?' Eros thought to himself while watching Selene and Sach laughing together.

"Where do you live? Why are you here? Who are your parents?"

The smile on Sach's face disappeared when heard her. His expression became gloomy. He gazed down, looking very reluctant to answer her.

"It's okay, Sach. You can tell this, big sis. Your parents might be looking for you now. We will drop you at your house," Selene softly mumbled, urging Sach to speak up.

"Big sis? Can I just stay here with you? I don't have parents. I ran away from the orphanage because I am always starving there!"

Eros and Azrael exchanged glances with one another. Both of them were thinking of the same thing.

'Always starving? But he doesn't look malnourished. In fact, he is a little bit chubby.'

On the other hand, Selene didn't know what to say. Sach grabbed her hands using his little hands while putting on a pitiful face.

"Big Sis… please let me stay here, even just for two weeks. I will go back to the orphanage after that."

"But for now, I want to stay here with you. Two Uncles are very nice and kind even though one of them seldom speaks. You are kind and beautiful too," Sach said spontaneously, convincing Selene.

"I have no one beside me now. I feel lonely. I am often bullied because other children don't like me. They didn't want to befriend me, telling me that I talk like an old person… a grown man." Sach added.

Selene fell silent as she could sympathize with Sach. Just like him, she had no family members left.

Her parents and grandparents were gone. She was now alone in this big house. Fortunately, Eros was always there beside her.

Thinking about it, letting Sach stay with her might help her divert her attention and ease her sadness. She had the urge to keep him there.

After contemplating for a moment, Selene made her decision.

"Alright, Sach. You can stay here with me. I will take care of you like your big sis," Selene said, stroking his hair.

Sach's eyes brightened up after hearing that. He immediately hugged her because of joy.

"Thank you, big sis! Promise, I will behave! I will help you with the household chores!"

Selene couldn't help but giggle. Sach was too cute and adorable.

"Hey, kiddo. Are you sure you are just five years old?" Azrael asked him suspiciously.

"Oh! He finally spoke up, uttering eleven words! Haha," Sach teased Azrael.

"Uncle, don't be amused. I am really five years old. They said I'm a genius because I have a high IQ. That's why I am talking like an adult sometimes."

Azrael just zipped his mouth. He didn't want to argue with a little boy.

"Big sis, Can I sleep in your room?" Sach asked her expectantly.

"No!" Eros promptly responded. "You are sleeping with me."

Sach pouted his lips because Eros interfered. He thought Selene would agree but Eros suddenly suggested that he would sleep with him.

"Yes dear, next time you can sleep in my room but for now, go with Uncle Eros, okay? This big sis of yours is staying up all night and will sleep late because I am busy reviewing and studying some reports."

"My room is also messy. You can't sleep there comfortably."

Sach nodded his head, understanding Selene.

"It's okay, big sis!"

Selene smiled faintly, stroking his hair

"I'm already thankful for letting me stay in your house!"

"Oh great! Now we have a baby here in the house!" Eros declared enthusiastically.

"We are like a complete family here. You are the baby! Selene is your mother and I am your father. This serious-looking man beside me is your godfather! Hahaha!"
