After leaving his fellow grim reapers, Azrael appeared in Anderson Family Mansion to see Eros.

Since Eros got kicked out of Selene's room in the meantime, he went to the balcony to get some fresh air. He met Azrael outside.

"Eros, Yow!" Azrael called him, waving his hand as he flew toward him.

"What are you doing here?" Eros asked him.

Azrael landed, just scratching his head while smiling sheepishly at him.

Eros narrowed his eyes at him, feeling a little bit suspicious.

"What do you need?" Eros asked again.

"You!" Azrael promptly said.

Eros made a face after hearing Azrael's response. He crossed his hands while rubbing his arms.

"Eww! Your response made me cringe! Go away. You are not my type!"

Azrael rolled his eyes skyward as Eros started to annoy him again.

"I mean I need your help, you fool!" Azrael corrected, hitting Eros's head.

"Aww! How dare you hit my head? What if I become dumb because of that?" Eros complained.

Azrael just shook his head helplessly. "Stop messing with me, Eros. I'm serious."

"What kind of help do you need?" Eros asked him expectantly.

"I haven't caught the dark soul yet. Do you have any idea how I will catch him? Zaki is already in this human world. We have to catch the escaped soul before he does to save our faces and reputation… most importantly, to avoid punishment!"

There was urgency in Azrael's voice.

"Why are you worried? If eight elite grim reapers couldn't find the dark soul, do you think Zaki could find him easily?"

Azrael heaved a deep sigh. "Yes, he could! Once he moves, he will eventually get something."

Eros fell silent, flicking his fingers as he started thinking.

"Have you been observing Micaela?"

Azrael nodded his head. "Yes. But there was no sign of dark soul lurking around her."

"Same with this place. We tried observing Selene but no one was suspicious. Strange, when Selene's grandma died, the dark soul didn't even come to see Selene. I thought he would try to see how Selene was doing."

Eros nodded his head in agreement. He was expecting the dark soul to show and visit Selene but he never did. He wondered what the dark soul was up to now.

"That's true. I'm always with Selene in the past few days but no one suspicious approached her. The dark soul vanished without a trace again."

Both Eros and Azrael sighed deeply. They still couldn't figure out who the dark soul was. Was it the soul of Selene's mother, father, or grandparent? No one knew the answer for now. They didn't even know if the soul was male or female.

Little did they know, the reason why they couldn't hear any updates from the dark soul, he was not in the human world right now.

He went back to the Netherworld to get something. The dark soul needed something so he disguised himself as a grim reaper using the power of the dark spear. He entered the Netherworld again.

His abrupt visit to the Netherworld was at the right timing since Zaki was not there.

Meanwhile, from a distance, someone was observing Eros and Azrael without their knowledge.

"This is fascinating. When did a grim reaper become closer to a cupid? It looks like they are getting along very well."

"Why do I feel that there is a story behind this friendship? I have a feeling I will get my answer soon."

That someone who was secretly watching Eros and Azrael suddenly dissipated into thin air after spying on them for several minutes.

~ At Angel's Agape Realm ~

Mother angel, Sienna kept pacing back and forth inside the Contract Chamber. Something was bothering her.

She didn't look well. The cupid who was with her felt dizzy just watching Sienna walking back and forth in front of her.

She wanted to ask their mother angel, but Sienna was lost in her thoughts. She became troubled after meeting someone.

This was the first time she saw their mother angel feeling so anxious about something.

'Is there something wrong happening in the human world?' The cupid wondered to herself as she continued watching Sienna.

Just a few days ago, Sienna and Zaki at the boundary between the Angel's Realm and Grim Reaper's Realm.

Zaki asked her something. Since then, Sienna became troubled by something.

After contemplating, Sienna made up a decision. She stopped and turned around to face the cupid.

"Elijah, listen to me. There is something I have to do. I will need to visit the human world for a few days. Can I leave the Angel's Agape Realm in your care?"

The cupid whom she called Elijah was dumbfounded after hearing that. She felt like something big was going to happen in the human world.

Zaki just went there, now Sienna was also planning to visit the human world.

"Why, mother angel? Is there something wrong? Is there a cupid creating trouble there?" Elijah asked Sienna curiously. She became worried now.

But Sienna just gave her a meaningful smile.

"It's nothing serious. Don't worry, Elijah. Just treat this as my inspection visit to see how our dispatch cupids are doing with their respective missions. There is something I need to check and confirm upon visiting the human world."

Sienna patted Elijah's shoulder. "My visit will not take long. I'll go back here soon. But for my absence, I want you to oversee everything here. Send me a message if something wrong happens here, okay?"

"Okay, mother. I understand. I know what to do," Elijah responded.

Sienna smiled at her faintly. "Thanks, Elijah. I will count on you. Oversee our angel's realm while I am not around."

"I will do my best, mother angel."

Sienna nodded her head while patting Elijah's head. It did not take long when Sienna left the Contract Chamber.

She went to the Monitoring Chamber to see the large crystal ball. She could see what was happening to the human world and the cupid's whereabouts through the magical crystal ball.

"Please, show me Eros and what he is doing right now…"
