Selene wanted Eros to go to the hospital but he refused. His wound was not that serious. Besides, it was just a fake wound of his fake human body. He could fix it if Selene was not there.

But now that Selene had seen his wound, he couldn't do anything about it. He would let his hand bleed like a human since he was pretending to be a human.

But he didn't want to go to the hospital since he might encounter lots of grim reapers there. The hospital was the place where most humans were dying so grim reapers were just around the area, collecting human souls to guide them in the netherworld.

Though they might not notice him, Eros was still cautious not to be found out by grim reapers. He was also avoiding seeing and meeting the grim reaper who might collect Samantha's soul.

In the end, Selene just brought Eros to the Anderson Family Mansion to treat his wound. She could use the first aid kit at home.

Selene just messaged Samantha that they would go home already. But before they left, Selene made sure to warn the security guards of Samantha's shop regarding the man who was following their boss around.

She gave them the description of the guy and asked the guard to check the CCTV footage. They should not allow that person to enter the building again.

While they were on the way to Anderson Family Mansion, Selene called Samantha to check on her. She was using her headphones since she was driving.

Samantha: "Selene, I'm glad you called me. I was about to call you too. My security guard mentioned something about a strange guy who looked like my stalker. They said you were the one who warned them."

Samantha brought up the topic about the guy who was following her.

Selene: "Yes, I'm sorry. I was not able to tell you right away. I am in a hurry to leave. Yes, we suspect that the guy is your stalker. Be careful. Gabriel had noticed him since this morning. He found out that the guy was following us, from your shop going to the restaurant."

"Samantha, did you offend someone lately? Or is there someone who is threatening you?" This time Selene asked Samantha directly.

"No one is threatening me. I couldn't remember if I offended someone. Maybe he is just an avid fan." Samantha said nonchalantly.

She was a famous fashion designer. It was natural if some fan would try to stalk her. So she didn't think that this incident was too serious or life-threatening for her.

Besides, Selene and Eros didn't mention anything that the man was carrying a knife with him. Selene just insinuated that the man might be her stalker.

"Just be careful Samantha. Don't leave your shop alone. If possible bring some bodyguards." Selene suggested with her concerned voice.

Samantha just let out a soft giggle. "Don't worry too much, Selene. Nothing bad will happen to me. I think the guy is just a freak."

"But it's better to be careful. This is for your own safety, Samantha," Selene insisted.

"Alright, my friend. I will be more careful. My assistant is with me wherever I go. I will not be alone," Samantha said, reassuring Selene.

Selene heaved a sigh of relief when she heard that. At least, Samantha would not be alone because of her assistant. She was hesitant to leave Samantha alone after the incident but she needed to treat Eros's wound.

After reminding Samantha, Selene hung up the phone. She turned to Eros with her worried look.

"Are you in pain? Just wait a little longer. We are near our house now."

"I'm fine. Just concentrate on your driving. And don't drive fast. Slow down a little. okay? It's not that I'm dying," Eros said, frowning.

He noticed that Selene was speeding up as if they were in an emergency situation. She didn't have to do that since his wound already stopped bleeding.

Selene nodded her head and reduced her speed. After ten minutes, they arrived home. Grandma Elysa was surprised upon seeing Eros. She didn't expect that Selene would bring a guy to their home aside from Renz.

"Grandma," Selene greeted her grandmother by kissing her cheek. Then she introduced Eros to her.

"This is Gabriel, my friend. Gabriel, this is my most beautiful and loving grandma, Elysa Anderson."

Eros smiled tenderly and greeted Grandma Elysa politely. "Nice meeting you Madam Anderson."

"I'm glad to meet you too, Gabriel."

"Grandma, Gabriel got injured accidentally. I will leave him to you for a moment. I will just get the first aid kit first."

Selene left them in a rush to get the first aid kit. On the other hand, Grandma Elysa and Eros headed straight to the living room.

A few minutes later, Selene joined them. She was already holding the first aid kit. Grandma Eysa decided to leave them in the living room as she prepared snacks for Selene's visitor.

Selene started treating Eros's wound. His wound was four inches long but it was not deep. Eros was just silently watching Selene as she cleaned his wound.

She was the one flinching as she stitched his wound, not Eros. When she gazed up, she saw Eros smiling at her. Selene's eyebrows knitted into a frown.

"Why are you smiling? You should be wincing in pain now. Can't you feel any pain?" Selene asked him in amusement.

Eros bobbed his head, still smiling from ear to ear. "Why do I feel like you are the one in pain, not me?" He was teasing Selene.

Selene rolled her eyes skyward. "You are very weird, do you know that?" Selene was done stitching his wound.

Eros just let out a husky laugh. "I'm not weird. My nurse is just great, that's why I don't feel any pain."

Selene: "..."

'Damn! This guy really knows how to flatter women. I wonder if he only has one girlfriend or more than one.'

"Thank you, Selene. My wound will heal quickly because of you." Eros softly mumbled, raising his hand. He was still wearing his charismatic smile.

'Argh! My eyes… I think I'm gonna go blind. Please don't smile like that, Mr. Handsome.' Selene admitted in her mind that Eros was too handsome.
