Selene and Renz dazzled everyone in the venue the moment they arrived. They looked like a perfect match couple with their white dress and white tuxedo.

But the guests were more intrigued and interested in Selene's identity. Renz was already popular in the circles. Everyone was very familiar with him compared to Selene.

Though Selene also came from a prominent family in the City of Sierra, she was very low profile, avoiding too much attention from the public.

She seldom attends social gatherings. Unlike other wealthy people, she didn't want to organize parties or big events for herself.

She just wanted to celebrate special occasions with her grandma and Renz's family.

She was also very down to Earth.

She preferred visiting Orphanage and organizing events for the children rather than organizing a party as big as Arthur's birthday party.

She wanted to make those children happy because she could see herself in them. She knew the feeling of being an orphan.

Selene's parents were famous businessmen in the City of Sierra when they were still alive.

Claire Anderson and Mark Anderson, Selene's parents were known for their generosity and kindness towards others. They received many awards because of their charity works.

Furthermore, one of the secrets for the success of Lockhart Enterprise was that Selene's parents cared so much about their employees.

They were humble, treating their employees as their equals. That's why they were loved by many, especially their employees.

Unfortunately, they died too soon. They didn't even see their daughter grow into a fine lady just like what she was now.

Aside from the guests, there were five people who were starstruck after seeing the lady standing beside Renz.

"Hey guys, are you seeing what I am seeing now? The girl who came with Renz is his fiancee?" Noel asked his friends, his eyes were fixed on Selene's stunning figure from the distance.

Declan was also gawking at her with his mouth loose open. He wanted to say something but couldn't utter a word.

He saw Selene once. But the Selene in front of them right now looked very different.

Her appearance tonight was so classy and elegant, very far from the ordinary-looking girl he met a few months ago when he visited Renz's office.

"Damn! She's drop-dead gorgeous." Samantha uttered with amusement in her eyes. She sounded excited and cheerful!

Meghan rolled her eyes skyward after hearing Samantha's compliment to Selene.

"So what if she looks beautiful tonight? It's not that every day she will look like this. Besides, she is still the same snob, immature and childish Selene that we know." Meghan stated with bitterness in her voice.

The jealousy reflected in her eyes as she watched Selene and Renz coming to their table.

Then Meghan turned to Arthur and said, "Do you agree with me, Arthur?"

Meghan frowned upon seeing Arthur's expression. Arthur didn't say a word since he didn't hear Meghan's last remarks.

How could he hear Meghan if his full attention was focused on Selene? He was staring at her, unblinking.

He couldn't believe this. He was shocked beyond belief. The woman he hated the most turned into a goddess of beauty tonight.

She even took the spotlight as soon as she arrived. Selene became the center of attraction of everyone present in the hall.

The murmuring continued as other guests started to speculate about Selene's identity.

They thought she was a new rising star of the entertainment industry or a rising supermodel of the fashion world.

Others thought she was also a daughter of a wealthy businessman in the City of Sierra.

But they wondered why she was being escorted by Renz Chou, the CEO of the Star Corp.

"What is their relationship?"

"Maybe I'm right, she's the rumored fiancee of Renz Chou."

"Wow, she finally shows herself in the public!"

"They look good together! Perfect Couple."

Meanwhile, Selene became more nervous as they were getting so much attention from the crowd.

Unconsciously, she tightened her grip on Renz's hand. He felt it so he squeezed her hand to comfort her. But it's still not effective.

Uneasiness and worry depicted on her face but it did not make her less attractive. Her beautiful brown eyes were mesmerizing.

"Don't be nervous. I'm with you. Just relax Selene," Renz whispered to her.

Selene nodded her head, smiling at him. But deep inside, Selene still felt uncomfortable facing the crowd.

She was very conscious as she could see them checking her out from top to bottom.

Some were looking at her with admiration but others couldn't hide the jealousy and bitterness in their eyes.

Though there were lots of beautiful women present there, they became nothing when Selene arrived.

She outshined them without making any effort. Just her presence alone was enough for the other women to feel inferior to her beauty

Her dress was not too conservative and not too revealing but still, she stood out in the crowd.

Selene was still trying her best to gather herself and to calm her emotions when suddenly she felt a small warm hand holding her hand.

She turned to her left side only to see Little Eros smiling at her.

"You can do this, Selene. Don't be afraid. I'm with you." Eros softly mumbled, cheering her.

Selene's eyes sparkled with delight when she saw Eros. It was so strange. When Renz tried to comfort her using those words, it didn't work.

But when it came from Eros, Selene's nervousness suddenly dissipated into thin air. She felt safe and comfortable in his presence.

She finally found the strength and confidence to face everyone because of Eros's presence.

Her aura suddenly changed as she transformed from an innocent timid lady to a fine beautiful confident woman.

Selene, Renz, and Eros were now approaching Arthur and his friends. Renz was holding her right hand while Eros was holding her left hand.
