Selene's eyes widened and her jaw dropped after Eros finished relaying the message to her.

'What the hell did I just hear from Eros?'

She blinked her eyes several times, still shocked and mortified by Eros's words.

She didn't know what struck her more, the fact that Micaela had already given herself to another man even before meeting Renz or Eros saying those rated PG words to her in his child-like form?

'Argh! My cute little angel, this feels so strange hearing those words come out of your mouth,' Selene stared at Eros, aghast.

Eros was about to ask Selene when suddenly she reached out, covering Eros's mouth right away. She's afraid that Eros might tell another word he was not supposed to say.

"My cupid, please have mercy on me. Don't speak another word! You might give me a heart attack." Selene said to him exasperatedly.

Eros gazed at Selene with confusion.

"Gosh! How can you listen to those words?! You are not supposed to talk about those lewd things. Oh, my poor angel. I don't want you to be corrupted by others. You should stay as innocent as a child!"

Selene said those words because in her eyes Eros still looked like a child. And A child was not supposed to talk about those sensitive topics that only adults were allowed.

Eros: "..."

'I guess, she is really thinking of me and treating me like a child. Selene, I'm not a Child anymore!'

Eros tried to remove her hand that was covering his mouth. He raised his eyebrow and said, "Selene, I'm not a child. Believe me, I already heard and saw something more explicit than those words."

Eros insisted on Selene. He didn't like it when Selene was treating him as a child. He felt like his masculinity was dropping drastically because of that.

"No, Eros! Stop! Look at the mirror and see for yourself. You are still a child!" Selene turned him around so that he would see his reflection on the full-body size mirror that was hung on Selene's bedroom wall.

"I know you are an angel of love but please if you see and hear things like that, immediately cover your eyes and ears! Understand?" Selene added. She sounded like an elder sister lecturing and reminding her little brother.

Eros massaged his temples because Selene was seeing the other form rather than his true appearance. What he could see in the mirror right now was the handsome silver-gray-haired man with ocean-like blue eyes.

Eros could only sigh helplessly. 'I wonder how she will react if I said those words to her in my adult form?'

Little did he know, if he did that in his adult form Selene would feel more embarrassed and uncomfortable. Imagine… a handsome-looking guy telling you those words? Selene would surely shrink in her bed and would try to cover her face.

After all, she was still pure and innocent… never been kissed and never been touched! Yes, too unfortunate, she died without even experiencing her first kiss!

Her fiancé who was supposed to do that was kissing another woman behind her back. The saddest truth was that the woman was her best friend.

In this new life, would Selene be able to get her first kiss from Renz? Well, it's not entirely impossible as long as she would make him fall for her this time or she had the option to steal a kiss from him. It was all up to Selene to whom she would give her long-awaited first kiss.

Meanwhile, Selene and Eros stopped arguing already. He had decided to keep his mouth shut or else, Selene might scold him again for saying inappropriate words.

Then Selene's mind went back to Micaela and Mr. M. She wondered if Micaela broke up with Mr. M after she fell in love with Renz. She still couldn't believe that Micaela lost her purity and innocence already.

Now, she realized how very conservative she was in her previous life.

"Eros, do you think the reason why Renz didn't fall for me was that I was a boring person back then?" Selene asked Eros out of the blue. She had a solemn expression on her face.

Eros couldn't help but frown after hearing that. He didn't think that it was Selene's fault. It's just that Renz was stupid enough not to appreciate the precious gem in front of him.

"To think about it, I've never even tried acting intimately towards him. I was always waiting for him to do the first move but he never did. If I had been a little bit bolder and aggressive before maybe Micaela would not be able to steal him from me." Selene was now thinking about those what-ifs.

"Do you think I should be bold and aggressive this time to make him fall for me? I don't want to lose him with another woman this time," Selene added, consulting Eros.

Eros took a lot of time before he was able to answer Selene. He was having conflicting thoughts about it. But he could see the determination in her eyes. Selene was willing to change herself just to make Renz fall for her.

"If you think that you have to… then you should do it. But always remember this, Selene. Don't you ever forget your true self. Change is not bad. Just go with the flow. Don't try so hard to change yourself to the extent of losing yourself in the process."

Selene smiled tenderly because of that. Eros's words always made sense to her.

"I understand. I will always remember that." Selene reassured him.

"Good. Now go to bed, take a rest, and have a good night's sleep." Eros said, gently patting Selene's shoulder.

"Oh speaking of that, I want to go to my grandma and sleep in her room tonight! I want to be with her."

Eros chuckled after hearing that. "Then why are you still here? You should have gone to her bedroom already."

Selene pinched Eros's cheeks and said, "I stayed here for a while because I was waiting for you to come back. I missed talking to you. We never talked for an entire day!"

Eros just stared at her with amusement and thought to himself. 'Yeah, I missed talking to her too.'
