After she was done squeezing Eros in her arms, Selene suddenly stood up, pulling Eros's hand.

"Let's go out and grab some ice cream!" Selene said, inviting Eros to come with her.

Eros's eyes widened in disbelief. He couldn't believe this girl. They just finished eating dinner but here she was, planning to buy another food.

"Selene, I wonder where you are storing the food you have eaten. You never gain weight after eating that much every day?"

Eros saw Selene's food wrappers that were scattered on her floor last night. He assumed that Selene ate all those snacks alone, that's why he was surprised that Selene's figure was still slender even though she had that kind of eating habit.

Eros scanned Selene's body with a suspicious look on his cute face. He arched his eyebrows and asked her.

"Don't tell me you have a bottomless stomach?"

Selene shook her head in amusement. She didn't know whether to cry or laugh.

"Hey, don't look at me like that. As you could see I'm not a picky eater, but it doesn't mean I eat a lot. I just want to buy sweets like ice cream for our desserts. I'm also thinking that you like sweet food so I'm buying ice cream for you, not for myself."

Eros's jaw dropped after hearing that. 'Should I feel grateful or not?'

He wanted to facepalm right now. Selene was really treating him like a child. He ate a lot of human food tonight because of Selene. He was still full but now Selene was thinking of buying him desserts.

"Ahem, Selene, are you trying to make me a chubby angel?" Eros asked her suspiciously.

"Yes! So that you will become cuter! My cutie little angel cupid." Selene stated matter-of-factly.

Eros: "..."

'Why do I feel like Selene is doing another mission. Instead of focusing on making Renz fall for her, she is more determined in making me a fat fluffy chubby Angel?!!'

Without further ado, Selene pulled Eros toward the door after grabbing her wallet. The two of them went out to buy ice cream.

Selene and Eros were passing by the football field when she remembered something.

"Eros, last night, I encountered the perverted stranger. I saw him in this football field!" Selene informed Eros while pointing her finger at the area where she saw Eros and Azrael.

"I saw him fighting someone! Their combat moves and fighting styles are amazing and excellent! But I easily won against that perverted guy!" Selene added, praising herself.

Eros halted on his steps the moment he heard that. It reminded him of a painful memory. He couldn't help but frown and shudder.

He could still remember how Selene kicked his precious thing so hard that he cried in pain.

Selene also paused on her track when she noticed that Eros had stopped following her.

She walked over and approached him. "Hey, my angel, is everything alright? What's wrong with your face? Are you hurt somewhere?"

Eros pouted his lips when he heard her concerned voice.

'Yeah, I'm hurt. I was hurt by you last night. I can still vividly remember the pain. You reminded me of that bad encounter.' Eros lamented to himself.

"No, I'm just fine…" Eros replied, concealing his unhappiness.

Selene just nodded her head. After a few seconds, she burst out laughing as she continued telling Eros what happened last night.

"Too bad you didn't see how I fought that pervert. I gave him a good beating like this." Selene said, boasting.

She even showed Eros how she punched and kicked him last night, flexing her skill in front of little Eros whom she had beaten last night!

Eros's face contorted as he recalled everything. He looked daggers at Selene who was still cheerfully displaying how she fought Eros last night.

"I stretched and pulled his fingers hard! And kick him. on his balls! And Ta-dah! He was knocked down in an instant! Hahaha! I'm good at fighting, right, my little angel?"

Eros pursed his lips. He didn't agree with Selene. Instead, he said something else.

"Maybe you are wrong, "Eros suddenly blurted out.

Selene stopped and glanced at him confusedly. "Wrong about what?" She asked.

"Wrong about the guy. What if he is not a pervert just like what you are thinking? Maybe he is a gentleman! You beat him easily because he went easy on you. You are a girl after all," Eros said, defending his adult form.

"Eh? If he is not a pervert then what was he doing in my bathroom that day? Why did he sneak into my room?"

Eros rolled his eyes skyward. "That's why you should have listened to his explanation first before you threw punches and kicked him hard!"

Selene was taken aback after hearing that. Eros had a point… but wait.

"And why are you getting mad at me?"

Eros was rendered speechless. 'Oh Dang! Did I overdo it? Selene might suspect me if I continue defending myself.'

"I'm not mad at you. I am just explaining." This time Eros changed his tone, smiling sheepishly at Selene.

"I'm not defending him as well. I'm just telling you my opinion and my analysis about the incident and his actions."

"I thought in this world, you have a legal principle you called presumption of innocence. You are innocent until proven guilty, right? Why don't you give him the benefit of the doubt? Let him explain first and hear him out."

After hearing those words from Eros, Selene could only sigh deeply.

"Alright! Alright! I will do that if ever we will meet again."

Eros's grim expression moments ago suddenly brightened up. He was glad that he convinced her to let his adult form explain first.
