Reborn As A Giant Scorpion: Evolution By Consumption Chapter 31

Titan climbed down the ancient tree and came to the back of a huge rock.
The only thing that could comfort him now was probably this hard rock.
Titan felt too much pressure. He took out a cigarette box from his bag and found that the package was already empty.
"Damn it, ah!" Titan crushed the cigarette box into pieces.
His emotions were getting more and more intense. He might snap at any moment.
At this moment, the boss called.
Titan quickly picked up the phone, "Boss, I can't take it anymore. I've reached my limit this time. I'm not afraid to tell you that I cried secretly several times last night. I'm so afraid of being eaten by that scorpion. I'm so afraid of dying here."
Listening to the crying on the satellite phone, Thomas cursed in his heart, but he said, "Titan, I did send someone over. I just called him and realized that the call couldn't get through just now."
"Don't worry; I'll send someone to save you again. Nothing will happen this time. You'll be fine after you come back and have a good rest," Thomas comforted him.
"Hmph!"
Thomas thought to himself, 'When you come back, it'll be the day you die.'
Titan had directly caused him to lose a million, but he didn't get anything. As for Kahn, he was probably dead.
He died at the hands of that scorpion.
Seven hours ago, Kahn had talked to Thomas on the phone, complaining that the environment in the Amazon forest was terrible.
When he called again, Kahn's phone showed that no one was picking up.
There was only one result. Kahn met the murderous scorpion and got killed.
Thomas looked out of the villa's window with interest. That was interesting.

Even a superpowered person was not a match for the scorpion.
It meant that the scorpion's genes were powerful.
And more omnipotent.
Thomas came to the night bar again.
He walked to a seat by the window. This time, the person he met was a bald man in his thirties. He had a muscular physique, and his high bulging muscles were like a balloon blowing up.
"Oh, my old friend, it seems that you have encountered some trouble." The man's name was Ham.
His strength was incomparably enormous, and he could easily split stone and rocks. Legend had it that in the bullring, he punched a mad bull that was crazily stomping because of his anger. The scene at that time was too bloody.
The mad bull's head was shattered, and its brains were flowing out.
Thomas went straight to the point. "Buddy, I did encounter a problem. Please help me save a person. He is named Titan. Here's two million dollars."
Thomas opened the box, and there were bundles of banknotes in the box.
"This is the price you negotiated with Kahn." Ham glanced at the dollars in the box and said.
"Yes, why?" Thomas asked, puzzled.
"Kahn asked you for two million because he's only worth this price, but I'm much more expensive than him. You can ask around in our circle. Although Kahn's power of lightning might look very cool, it's useless."
Thomas was stunned. He didn't know superpowered people too well. What he was good at was gene transfer.
He extracted the genes of other creatures and transferred them into the bodies of other animals, making them more powerful.
That was the direction of his research, and he had achieved some results so far.
Thomas was crazy about gene research.
Thomas transferred the genes of other creatures into his own body. To obtain magical abilities, he often did all kinds of research.

That was much more powerful than ordinary superpowered people.
Superpowered people could only awaken one type of superpower in their lifetime. Unless it was a particular situation, they could only stop there for the rest of their lives.
However, he was different. If the experiment was successful, as long as he had a steady stream of high-quality genes, he could continuously become more powerful and even dominate the world.
Thomas's ambition was not small. He was a little abnormal.
That was an ambition for strength and a yearning for power.
He liked the feeling of crushing everything and controlling everything.
However, Kahn's death was beyond his control.
After thinking, Thomas said to Ham, "How much do you want?"
Ham smiled and extended three fingers.
Thomas's expression was a little strange. That damn Titan had cost him five million dollars. ..
That was enough for him to buy a batch of new and good research equipment. But in the blink of an eye, he thought that as long as he could catch that scorpion, everything would be worth it.
"I think I need to go back and make some preparations." Ham finished the red wine in his glass and was about to leave, but Thomas stopped him.
"Buddy, I haven't finished my words."
Ham sat down again, his eyes staring straight at Thomas.
"A scorpion is chasing my men. I suspect that it has mutated for some reason. Even an ordinary submachine gun can't deal with it. I even suspect that Kahn died at the hand of this scorpion."
"Oh, a scorpion killed Kahn. That's interesting." It piqued Ham's interest.
"I was shocked when I heard it just now, but this is the truth. I just called Kahn. In less than two hours, I could no longer reach Kahn's phone, so I suspect that the scorpion killed him."
Thomas continued, "You also know Kahn's ability. Although his lightning seems to be a little weak, it's still a threat. I advise you not to be careless, and I don't want to hear bad news about you."
"Don't worry."
Ham smiled mysteriously and said, "No matter how powerful it is, it's just an animal. Its pincers are no match for the iron sheet of a tank."
"Alright, Buddy, I wish you good luck. If you meet the scorpion, I hope you can capture it alive. If possible, I'll pay you another one million dollars. If it's a corpse, I'll pay you five hundred thousand dollars."
Thomas said.
"Buddy, you're straightforward. I like straightforward people. If I meet that scorpion and kill it, I can bring it back for you for free," Ham said.
"Nice! Then I wish us a happy cooperation." Thomas raised his red wine glass.
Then, Thomas waved at the bar counter, and two white beauties in sexy clothes came over.
This time, their clothes were even more revealing. They had only a layer of gauze, and the beauty inside was faintly discernible.
Ham winked at Thomas and conveniently hugged a beauty. His hands moved up along her round thighs, gently climbing to the peak.
Then, under the woman's soft moans, his fingers sank deep into her flesh.
Thomas gave Ham a rough look, looking down on his violent behavior.
He gently pulled the woman and pulled her on his lap. He sneered and stretched out his right hand toward the abyss of sin.
