College Construction: My Principal System Chapter 11

It was a beautiful autumn day.
After their military training, the students of Yun Ding High School high school were refreshed.
Teachers from all grades and classes gave out positive feedback.
They said that the students were more focused in class and more disciplined in their spare time.
This was all the result of the military training.
Compared to the previous hellish training under Alexander the Great and General Patton, sitting in the classroom quietly listening to the teacher's lecture.
It was really a great time.
[Ding. Congratulations to the host for completing the mission: All Military Training.]
[Reward received: The number of times the world's talents can be summoned + 5.]
[reward received: Forest trail (a). Walking on the trail in the Forest Park can increase the students' Happiness Index.]
[Reward obtained: Principal skill, Eye of insight.]
[Eye of insight: You can see the essence of anything; you can see the strengths, weaknesses, and talents of each teacher and student.]
This skill was the principal's sharp weapon.
In the world, there were very few who could match their interests and career.
There were many talented novelists who were moving bricks on construction sites, singers with golden voices were working as clerks in the office, and athletes who were supposed to sweat on the green field were working overtime at Internet companies, but if the school could help students find their interests and specialties, in the future, they would go all out and fight for it for the rest of their lives... This would change the lives of one young person after another.
Just as Fang Yuan was deep in thought.
The system gave him a new mission description:
[Prerequisite 1: New student recruitment (completed)]
[Prerequisite 2: School Opening Ceremony (completed)]
[Prerequisite 3: All military training (completed)]

[Congratulations, you are already a qualified high school principal.]
[Prerequisite 4: Welcome to the club; Learning is not the entirety of school life. Letting talented students find their path and throw themselves into it enthusiastically is the best education. Please invite the principal to organize a welcome to the new school.]
[Do you accept? Yes/No?]
"Of course, I choose yes!"
Fang Yuan returned to the principal's office and quickly told Xu Zhiyu his thoughts.
Xu Zhiyu's smoky eyes lit up, it had only been half a month since Principal Fang Yuan took office, but he had already brought so many changes to the entire Yun Ding High School High School.
It couldn't even be said to be a change.
It was like a completely new school, a brand-new institution.
Perhaps the spirit of Fang Ping in heaven could be consoled.
Xu Zhiyu turned around and sobbed, wiping away the tears at the corners of her eyes. "Yes, Principal. I'll go and organize the welcoming event for the New Year."
...
Even though he was almost at the age of retirement.
But following Principal Fang Yuan, he had a lot of energy to do things.
In the afternoon, Xu Zhiyu distributed a questionnaire to the classrooms of each grade and finalized the arrangements for several clubs.
When he returned, he reported to Fang Yuan, "Principal Fang, based on the suggestions and opinions of the teachers, we have prepared the following clubs for the students,
"They are as follows: first, the Chinese traditional literature club, which mainly studies classical literature such as Tang, Song, Yuan, qu, Ming, and Qing novels; second, the English-Speaking Corner, which helps students pair up and practice various oral exercises in English. At the same time, our foreign teachers will also participate in it, using American spoken language to teach; third, the Hubble Astronomy Society, the school's newly built Hubble Observatory has been delivered on schedule, allowing the majority of students to look at the starry sky, expand their horizons, and not care too much about the gains and losses of the city in front of them; fourth, the Geography Club; Fifth, the International Olympic Mathematics Club; sixth, the calligraphy club..."

Fang Yuan patiently listened to Xu Zhiyu's report. After a moment of silence, he asked with a smile, "Are these extracurricular interest clubs the thoughts of the teachers, or the thoughts of the students on campus? Is it a club that we teachers want the students to set up, or is it a club that the students want to set up themselves?"
When Xu Zhiyu heard this, he suddenly understood.
He had always thought that clubs should be started by the teachers and the students should participate.
But in reality, there was still a generation gap between the teachers and the students.
Many students' demands could not be understood and could not be satisfied just by relying on the teachers' life experience.
To mobilize the students' own enthusiasm and let them voluntarily organize clubs, perhaps it was a wiser choice.
The teachers only needed to provide necessary guidance.
"Principal Fang, I understand!"
Fang Yuan nodded. "Of course, you don't have to cancel the clubs you prepared. Just remember to give the students enough freedom."
...
After the intense and serious military training.
The students returned to their normal study life.
On the evening of Friday.
In the Forest Park inside Yun Ding High School High School.
The street lights shone on the forest path that they had to pass between the dormitory and the teaching building.
The club welcoming event was being held.
"Freshmen, take a look. The video editing club is recruiting! Freshman Li Ziqi will be our special guest. If you want to be the next popular anchor, join us immediately!"
The students who passed by the tree-lined path stopped in their tracks.
They had heard of the literature club, the English club, the math club... This was the first time they had heard of the video editing club.
Moreover, Li Ziqi's good looks had made many boys stop.
Everyone surrounded the entrance of the video editing club.
A voice came from the other side of the path. "The Love Psychology Club welcomes you to join. Do you have a girl you want to pursue? Do you annoy your girlfriend but don't know how to relax her? Join Us and let the person you love fall in love with you."
Love was the topic that boys and girls were most concerned about.
Everyone's attention was immediately attracted to it.
Shouts rang out one after another throughout the entire boulevard.
"FFF club specializes in avoiding couples. The single line will not waver for a hundred years!"
"Esports club, FPS, Mobile game lovers. Welcome to fight side by side."
"Cooking Club, join us and you'll be the next little leader of China!"
"Magic Club, where Copperfield's three generations of grand-disciples taught the mysteries of the great living person."
"Hanfu Club, where you put on a hanfu and you're cuter than a fairy!"
"Online novel writers club, 10,000 a day, only then will you become a god. Farewell to the dead. From today onwards!"
The club owners can be said to be eight immortals crossing the sea, each showing their magic.
Let the quiet campus filled with laughter and laughter.

Sorcery in Boston
The timid daughter of some of the greatest spellcasters ever to have lived has found herself in another world, courtesy of magic gone awry. In Boston, Massachusetts, in the year 1935, she finds some kind souls in a hard era. In the heart of the Great Depression, as war looms around the corner, she seeks to find her place, and must come to terms with both who she is and what she truly desires. Author's Notes: Release Note: I recently realized what the hold up is. My current mental state is not compatible with the planned ending. If I wrote the ending according to what currently feels right, it will be a wretched, cruel ending that feels monstrously unfair and invalidates the work of the various characters... because that's how my life feels at the moment. The planned ending is coming out hollow and awkward, no matter how I write it, and so I've been bashing my head. I will finish it, once I manage to either brute force something decent out, or once my head gets screwed on straight. Audience: This story is not for young children - it contains some profanity, sexual content, violence, gore, and significant adult themes. Most of these are handled delicately enough not to upset teens or adults (hopefully), hence the lack of relevant tags, but it is nonetheless unsuitable for youth. It's fairly slow paced, and focused on the development of very human, very flawed individuals. Length / Completion Estimates: The outline currently involves two books. Book 1 is expected to be done with Chapter 43. It'll probably be completely finished by sometime in March of this year. I expect to move on to the far-more-lighthearted Of Gods and Dungeons (currently in progress / on hiatus). Afterwards, I may decide to redo Book 1, or write Book 2, or actually start sharing the story most dear to me, that I've been working on for several years now. Draft 1: Please be aware that this is first draft material. I do intend to come back to do a second draft after the story is complete. If anyone notices any issues whatsoever with the story, please let me know (pm, etc) so that I can improve the second draft. Writer's Pledge: I've taken the Writer's Pledge, meaning I'm commiting to completing this story. I'm a proud member of WriTE, a group dedicated to finishing stories. It will be done! Behind the Scenes notes: This picture was commissioned from an inked artist by the name of DanP. Up until the time of the protagonist's arrival, history has proceeded as before. Some places and characters have been borrowed from wikipedia entries of interesting figures from the time. I will make note in the chapter comments when such things come up. Naturally, I've taken a great deal of liberty with them. In interest of respecting individuals, I've either attempted to portray them as accurately as possible, or modified them sufficiently enough that they're simply an inspiration, instead of a real portrayal. I've attempted to be as accurate to the era as possible, but I'm not a historian. If you're aware of inaccuracies, please, bring them to my attention so that I can correct them.
