Chapter 447: Breaking the Formation!

In seven days, Xia Fei had killed an innumerable number of stone monsters. These stone monsters were all humanoids, with stones of various sizes forming their limbs, torsos, and heads. Flames of different colors constantly erupted from their bodies.

After going through green, blue, yellow, red, and purple monsters, there was suddenly a new development in the giant stone formation!!

There were no longer any stone monsters in the center of the battlefield, but the thirteen stone pillars around suddenly began changing!

On the distant mountain slope, Blackie beat his wings, seemingly excited for Xia Fei, his golden eyes burning with enthusiasm!

A frenzied roar came from behind him. Blackie turned his head and saw that his companion, Whitey, had arrived at some point. Her wings were covering her eyes while she stomped her feet on the ground, appearing like a girl throwing a tantrum.

“Heavens! Am I dreaming? This human managed to make the stone formation turn violent! Is he going to pass the trial?! What’s going on here?! What’s going on here?!” cried Whitey shrilly.

Blackie clenched his wings into fists and swung them around. “That’s right! Xia Fei is going to pass the trial! I said long ago that Master Black has sharp eyes. He chose Xia Fei to inherit the Law of Primal Chaos, and there’s no way he could be wrong!”

For all this time, Blackie had been dominated by the harsh and crafty Whitey. Xia Fei’s frenzied advancement and challenge had finally allowed him to vent some of his pent-up emotions!

Whitey dejectedly slapped her head with her wings as she howled, “If Xia Fei beats the five-colored stone monster, doesn’t that mean that he has the right to select that item?! If I knew that this would happen, I would’ve just let him exchange his points and leave!”

Blackie flashed a mischievous smile at Whitey, his heart overjoyed.

The two birds had been together for a long time, so Blackie could not bear to see Whitey in this almost unhinged state. He comforted her. “Didn’t we remain in this realm precisely so that we can send that item away? Who would’ve thought that the insectoids would fail to live up to expectations placed on them? After so many years, none of the emperors of the Golden Tent have been worthy. In truth, Xia Fei getting that item is a good thing. At the very least, we can now close the realm and return to our masters’ sides. Isn’t that what you want?”

Whitey stuck out her beak and sat on the ground with a huff, her two wings beating against the ground in a tantrum, stirring up dust and dirtying her pure white feathers.

“Master left that for the insectoids! How could it be given to a d*mn human?!” Whitey crazily howled as she resentfully stared at the distant Xia Fei.

*Bang!*

One of the five-colored stone monster’s fists flew out, shooting at Xia Fei like a cannonball!

*Rumble!*

The ground where Xia Fei had been standing just moments ago immediately became a giant crater, yellow earth blotting out the sky like a sandstorm.

Over the next few minutes, Xia Fei was chased around by the five-colored monster until all he could do was flee for his life. His attacks were completely ineffective, and while Furball’s attacks would make the flames on its body weaken a little, it would quickly recover. This monster’s power was utterly absurd and was far beyond Xia Fei’s understanding!

“Furball is still small, and while his attacks can convert matter to energy, there’s simply too much energy inside this monster. At its current rank, it can’t harm it.” Phantom analyzed as Xia Fei dodged another attack. He had always had a unique understanding of energy distribution, and he had noticed the crux of the matter at a glance.

In truth, even without Phantom’s prompting, Xia Fei would have still been able to sense the frightening amount of energy in the five-colored monster. Those dazzling five-colored flames were actually cold energy of the highest purity!

*Bang!*

The monster’s frustration as none of its attacks hit the target turned into fury!

As it drew back one fist, its other fist turned into countless pieces of stone, each one with a diameter of half a meter, and these stones shot forth in a frenzied barrage!

“Crafty Approach!”

Xia Fei’s body linked away, his footworks swift and elegant. Through pure skill and effort, he managed to dodge this deluge of stones!

While Xia Fei had managed to dodge, the earth beneath him was not so lucky. The rocks descended like a meteor shower and scored the ground with pits and craters, leaving it scorched and covered in thick smoke.

It had taken only a few minutes for the surrounding terrain to be completely changed.

The mountains were obliterated and toppled, the rivers turned into swamps. The stone monster had smashed this dimension into a completely unrecognizable shape!

“Ptooey!”

Xia Fei spat a mouthful of yellow dirt. He had breathed in much of the dust blotting out the sky, and his stomach was probably painted yellow by now.

“We can’t keep going on like this! I’m giving it my strongest attack!” Xia Fei clenched his teeth and said.

Phantom was taken aback. There was no need to guess. Xia Fei was definitely going to use psychokinesis’s Tier 5 technique, Mistdrift!

An energy ball rapidly took form in his hand. This was the Delusion cloning technique.

*Pa!*

Xia Fei thrust the energy ball into Furball’s body, and in less than a second, Furball took human form, standing next to Xia Fei and panting for breath. Constantly releasing energy balls had left him very tired.

“Give all your energy to me!” Xia Fei loudly instructed.

The stone monster curiously looked at this ‘V’ and laughed, mocking Xia Fei for failing to hit him, but this laughter stopped, for Celestial Moon was coming back around, spinning like a boomerang!

Its flight path was strange and its formation was strange; the state when it attacked was even stranger!

It was like a thin sheet of paper drifting in the air, so indistinct that it seemed illusory.

Its agile figure was enchanting. The stone monster looked at that V formation in a daze.

As it approached, the formation of eighteen knives unleashed a gorgeous attack!

It was like a gentle hand stroking the neck of the giant stone monster, but a moment later, this gentle stroke became the most brutal assault!

*Crack!*

The tough stone split in the middle, and the stone monster’s head toppled off its shoulders!

The stone monster was also confused on what had happened. Why had that gentle stroke cut off its head?

The formation had been broken!

The formation left by the Black and White Gods had been destroyed!

The point counter on Xia Fei’s wrist began to vibrate crazily as his total points rose nonstop!

“Heavens! Am I seeing things?”

When the point counter finally stopped, Phantom stared at it with his mouth agape for some time, and only after that was he able to utter those few words.
