Spending My Retirement In A Game Chapter 414

"You want to stream me?" Eisen asked in reply to Stahl's question, who swiftly nodded his head. "Yeah, kind of. If you're fine with it. This kind of stuff is just pretty unique, so it should be a good way to show other people that there really isn't a limit to what can be done. That, and it's just hilarious." Stahl said with a smile, and Eisen sighed deeply in response and then nodded his head.
"Fine, go ahead. I don't really care all that much." The old man replied, and before he knew it, Stahl's pupils turned red as a sign that he was streaming. Stahl started to just speak to Eisen a bit about this and that, seemingly to entertain the viewers, all the whilst the old man was just literally plowing through the field, spreading some seeds around as he was walking, which Caria, who was sitting on the Plow Cross-legged, immediately made grow, which turned all of this into a pretty interesting scene.
And to Stahl's surprise, something else happened just then. "Holy shit, I have ten times my regular amount of viewers... Gramps, I love you..." The young man exclaimed, and Eisen just smirked slightly as he continued to plow through everything, before he got a little bit of an idea.
It didn't seem to directly count as a Farming skill, but it should be close enough in that direction. And after the first half of the field area that Eisen wanted to finish up today, Eisen tried out something else.
"Now then, let's test this out, shall we? How about we show the Demon system off a little bit." The old man suggested, and Stahl raised his brows surprised and nodded his head immediately. "Oh damn, yeah! Do that, please!" He exclaimed, immediately giving his grandfather a thumbs-up, before the old man asked Caria to get down from the plow for a little bit.
And then, Eisen tried to take his Tool Connection to another new point, because he figured this would be a good enough point to try. He did something like this kind of with his tools already, but only directly around where his hand was touching it. So for now, Eisen wanted to try and make his Demonic Transformation move on over to the Plow as well. He wasn't entirely sure if it would work, but tools and outfits usually reacted to this kind of stuff pretty easily, so Eisen was hoping that this would work.
And, while he was transforming, he went for his Demon of Yang form, the positive side of things. And through that form, Eisen was also hoping that it would take a little bit of an effect on his Farming skill so that he would be able to make better and stronger plants, and with that, gain more proficiency in his skill.
Just like Eisen was hoping, the gold strands all over his body slowly extended toward the plow and enveloped it at as well, turning the metal parts into gold while the rest of the plow was similar to the rest of Eisen's skin.

"Now then. Let's try this again, shall we?" Eisen asked with a smile as he slipped his finger underneath his apron and carved the rune for 'Farming' into his chest, before he looked at Caria and asked her to sit down on the plow again, which the young Myconid quickly did while Melissa and Sal stayed with Evalia.
And then, Eisen started to plow through the rest of the area for the fields while spreading more seeds, and Caria made them grow naturally in the strongest possible way that she could.
It took a while for them to properly finish this all, but because of the speed that Eisen was moving at later on, it only really took an hour or two to finish all of it, and Stahl's viewership only increased more and more during that time.
Soon, Eisen placed the plow to the side and cracked his knuckles with a smile on his face. "Alright, let's farm all of this." The old man said with a grin, happily grabbing the scythe that he made before for this. The only thing that was planted here was wheat, because Bread was a necessary staple-food.
After this, he would move onto another crop, of course, but for now the old man figured that he should do this, although mainly because it allowed him to cut everything down pretty quickly.
When Eisen actually properly tried to let it happen, the Scythe slowly turned more demonic as well, and once more the metal parts turned into gold while the rest turned into rock with golden flames underneath it.
"For this, stay a bit away, alright? Ah, and Melissa, spread out some of your bees to make sure to warn me if anyone or anything is in the field." The old man said, and reflexively, Stahl turned over toward the young Bee-Girl, who nodded her head and held her arms forward.
"Yup, look at this, Chat, that little girl there is indeed a Monster! A Great Empress Bee, to be exact~!" Stahl exclaimed, and hearing him, Melissa nodded her head happily while swarms of bees flew out of the long sleeves of her hoodie. Luckily, Stahl couldn't see the Hive in her body open up, but the scene of that many bugs inside of that shirt still steemed pretty horrific to his viewers.
"Don't worry, as I said, she's a bee herself. Technically." Stahl said reassuringly as he looked at his chat, and then turned back around toward Eisen, who was in the middle of his work already.
With swift movements, the old man was cutting down the wheat swiftly, and some of Caria's Mushroom Minions were picking them up and bringing them away to a place where the wheat could properly be piled up.
And so, Eisen spent another little while just farming like this, with satisfyingly smooth movements cutting the wheat down.
Just like that, another two hours later, the old man was done cutting the field down, and happily deactivated his Demonic transformation.
"Great!" Eisen exclaimed, before Stahl nodded his head in reply. "Yeah, this really is great! That was so awesome, gramps!" Stahl exclaimed excitedly, and the old man quietly chuckled.

"I think we're happy about different things. My Farming Skill reached Rank 2 a while ago, now I just need another few dozen levels to Rank it up again." Eisen pointed out, cracking his knuckles as he was doing so.
"Alright Caria, up for another round?" The old man asked with a smile on his face, and while the Myconid immediately nodded her head, Stahl raised his eyebrows surprised.
"You want to keep going? It's been like 5 hours already!" The young man pointed out, and Eisen nodded his head.
"Mhm, I know. But we should still have another couple of hours till sundown. And even throughout the night, we should be able to farm with this little angel's help here. We're only leaving tomorrow morning anyway." The old man pointed out, making Stahl just look at him with a wry smile, staring at Evalia confused, forgetting that he was still streaming. There wasn't anything bad about her being shown, but it drew a surprisingly weird kind of attention to the stream of people that weren't thinking with the right head.
While Eisen was working on the field, Evalia had seemingly just been working on a small drawing in a sketchbook, so Stahl slowly walked up to her. "So, what have you been doing for a while now?" Stahl asked her, and surprised, Evalia looked up from the notebook.
"Huh?" She asked, holding the notebook to her chest while shaking her head. "Nothing, don't worry about it..." Evalia told Stahl.
"Just animation practice... heh..." Evalia admitted, and Stahl raised his eyebrows surprised, "Ooh, animation? And yes, folks, that's right, if you work toward it, you can animate in a sketchbook here in this game. Now Evalia, show me for..." Stahl said with a grin on his face, reaching out toward the book in her hand and grabbing it from her, before taking a quick look at it, "...a moment..." He said next, unsure what he was supposed to say to this, because this was a seemingly rather... spicy... animation depicting the two people currently standing in front of each other.
Immediately when he noticed this, Stahl shut the notebook, opened the stream window, and cut the part about what was in the book out. He had a bit of a delay added into everything for something like this, after all.
"Ehem, well, that's about it for today's stream, y'all... See you guys next time..." Stahl said and quickly ended the stream, before taking out a small hand-mirror to check if his eyes were really not red anymore, and then turned toward Evalia.
"What the actual fuck?!" He asked as he turned toward her, "You're making something like THAT while you have two children next to you?" Stahl asked, obviously just embarrassed about it, and Evalia slightly scratched her cheek with a wry smile.
"W-Well... Yeah?" She replied, and Stahl sighed deeply. "Next time, let me know, that way we can get you some proper reference." Stahl said with a slight smirk, only getting somewhat embarrassed in retrospect, although Evalia stared at him as if in shock.
"I mean... We're going back to the mainland soon, so we should be able to get some proper privacy there somewhere..." Evalia pointed out, and Stahl's face immediately flushed red.
"O-Oh? I mean... sure... We-We can-" Stahl started to say, but was quickly interrupted by Eisen, who swiftly noticed that the two of them were stuck in an obviously awkward situation.
"Stahl, can you come over here and help me out a little?" The old man asked, and without hesiation, Stahl turned around. "I'll be right there!" He yelled out as he turned toward Eisen, before looking back at Evalia.
"We'll speak later about this, then? And... about 'this'... a bit more as well?" Stahl suggested as he pointed at the notebook now back in Evalia's possession, and Evalia nodded her head.
"Sure..." She said, and then Stahl swiftly leaned in toward her to kiss her, and after that he hurriedly moved over toward his grandfather.
"So, what did you need my help with?" Stahl asked, seemingly unaware that Eisen just said this to get the young man out of that situation from before, and the old man swiftly sighed in response.
"Nothing, really. Just help Caria out in growing the plants, maybe?" He suggested, so Stahl slowly nodded his head in response.
"Sure..." Stahl said, while Eisen continued to move the plow through the field again to unearth the roots of the wheat from before. This time, everything was far quicker than last time, and Eisen was able to relatively quickly get started with the next repetition of harvesting, although this time, it wasn't wheat that was planted but instead corn, simply because Eisen had the seeds for it with him, and like that, simply cut each area twice, once to the actual corn off of everything, and then another time to get rid of the thick stems.
And it seemed like just due to the sheer size of this field and because he did all of this manually, the old man was able to level his farming skill up to the Level 90-Range already. At that point, leveling skills up always became a lot harder than for the first 90 levels, but by simply cutting down another small area of plants that he asked Caria and Stahl to grow for him, he soon managed to get his Farming skill up to rank 3 before the sun even went down.
With a broad grin on his face, Eisen looked at all of the things that he himself farmed just today, and then turned over toward Serio with a grin.
"Can you bring these things way yourself through teleportation, or should we get a cart and bring it back?" The old man asked, but the Core Guardian just shook his head reassuredly. "Don't worry, I can deal with this myself."
