The Rise Of Nathalia Carter Chapter 877

Angelo turned her head back and saw Cindy looking at her, she didn't know what to do. Out of courtesy, she asked Cindy to take the gift over.
"The shooting is about to start. I'll act with you. How about we rehearse it now?"
Angelo was surprised to hear Christina say that. Christina seemed more dedicated than before.
But for work, Angelo had been more dedicated than others.
"All right," she replied.
Both of them were wearing their costumes. While they were acting, Cindy watched beside them and gradually engaged in it.
She had to say, both Angelo and Angeline were good at acting, and they had good appearances.
When they finished, Christina suddenly said, "No, I shouldn't look in that way. How about we do it again?"
Angelo nodded and was about to start when someone suddenly knocked at the door.
"Excuse me, is Miss Adams here?"
Angelo was familiar with the voice. It was Aiken.
"Yeah."
Christina went to open the door and poked her head out to ask, "What's the matter?"
Aiken couldn't see the situation in the room.
"Mr. Thorne is about to go back. He asked to tell you that."
Christina gasped as if remembering something.
"I'm sorry. I forgot him. I'll send him to leave."
"Don't bother. He knew you are busy and don't want to bother you. So, if you're available this evening…" Aiken suddenly stopped talking because he saw Angelo inside when Christina opened the door to get out.
"If I'm available?" asked Christina, confusedly. Aiken then got his senses back and could only continue, "Mr. Thorne said he would come to pick you up for dinner if you are available tonight. Goodbye, Miss Adams."
After finishing his words, Aiken turned to leave.

He was so nervous about delivering those intimate words in front of Angelo.
Seeing Aiken leaving, Christina thought about it and turned back to say, "I'm sorry. Drake is about to leave. I'd better say goodbye to him. I will try to adjust my acting later."
The door of the lounge then closed. Cindy peaked at Angelo and didn't dare to speak.
"She did that on purpose, did she?" The makeup artist suddenly said with disgust filled in her voice.
"What rehearsal?! She came to show off. How childish! Don't mind that, Angeline. She's just a…."
"I don't mind it," Angelo interrupted the makeup artist's comforting. She disliked Christina. But she was not hostile to her since she learned about Christina being raped. She just felt sympathy for her.
Besides, she had decided to break up with the Thorne family and should stay away from Drake.
She didn't want to lose herself because of Drake.
When the shooting started, Christina hurried to come back.
When Angelo shot with Christina, they could pass once and didn't need to do it again. And sometimes, Christina brought surprises to Angelo.
After the shooting, Angelo was about to go to change when Christina came over.
"Angeline, this is the other director of the movie, Absolon," said Christina.
One foreigner came over. He looked over fifty, but his eyes were bright.
"Hello, I'm Absolon. Nice to meet you, Miss Angeline," said Absolon fluently in English, but his tone was not relatively standard and sounded weird.
"Hello, Mr. Absolon." Angelo shook hands with Absolon, but when she tried to withdraw her hand, Absolon wouldn't let go of her hand as if trying to touch her long, no matter if she wanted it or not.
Yes, he was taking advantage of her!

Angelo remained her smile. In her previous life, she experienced things like this a lot and knew how to deal with them.
But before she could take any action, Christina suddenly grabbed her wrist and got Absolon's hand away.
"It's late, Mr. Absolon, you should go back."
"Yeah. It's late. I overlooked that. Do you have time now, Miss Christina? May I have the honor of having dinner with you?"
"I'm sorry. I have an appointment."
While Christina was talking, a man entered the studio.
"Hi, Drake." Christina waved her hand at Drake and then said to Angelo, "Excuse me, Angeline. You'd better go back early."
"Is this the man you have an appointment with?" asked Absolon. Christina nodded, "Yes. Goodbye, Mr. Absolon."
Angelo watched Christina walking to Drake and felt pain in her heart. Finally, she moved her eyes away.
She wouldn't feel so sad if she didn't do that.
At this point, Absolon suddenly looked at Angelo with an ambiguous smile, "Well, are you available, Miss Angeline? How about we…."
"Sorry, I'm busy," Angelo interrupted him directly. She didn't even bother to keep her smile and coldly said, "See you."
"Wait," Absolon suddenly blocked her way, looking very impatient.
"You know, I'm the director of this movie, which will be on air later. I can decide if you can get famous worldwide. So, don't you think you should show yourself now?"
Angelo sneered with disdain in her eyes, "You mean, you want me to sleep with you?"
"Oh, that's too much. I just want to eat with you. That's it."
Absolon's words echoed in the studio, where several employees were packing up the props, but they didn't even pause when they heard them, as if they had used such things.
However, Drake and Christina stopped at the same time.
"You mean, you can make me famous if I eat with you?" asked Angelo with banter.
In her previous life as Angela, many people wanted to sleep with her. She had fed up with all kinds of hinting words.
But she had never expected that Absolon, a well-known director, would do that.
"I've said it. It would be best if you showed me your sincerity. You know, I've created so many international stars."
What he hinted at was so apparent that Angelo would be a fool if she couldn't get him.
Angelo thought about it. There was part of the movie she needed to shoot abroad later. Absolon was the dominant director. She wouldn't get anything good if she offended him now.
"Well, a meal, right? Of course, I can eat with you." Angelo faked a smile.

8 91The Oresteia (Modernized)
All three of the great Greek Tragedians have written plays about the bloody chain of murder and revenge within the royal family of Argos. Yet theirs is in fact not a story of tragedy, but rather one of redemption. As they move from darkness to light, from rage to self-governance, from primitive ritual to civilized institution, their spirit of struggle and regeneration becomes an everlasting song of celebration to be heard throughout the ages. Forming a discourse set against the emergence of Athenian democracy out of a period of chaos and destruction, the Orestian plays are compelling stories of the tensions between our obligations to our families and the laws that bind us together as a society. In the beginning, we witness how a king’s decision to sacrifice his daughter and turn the tide of war inflicts lasting damage on his family, culminating in a terrible act of retribution. In the aftermath of regicide, we behold how a son must set out to avenge his father’s death by committing a most egregious sin. In the end, the sinner is tormented by supernatural powers that can never be appeased, but ultimately finds redemption and ends the curse on his house once and for all. Woven through all of this is the story of a friendship so close that it elevates itself to brotherhood - Where the blood of the covenant is shown to be indeed thicker than the water of the womb. In this very brief twelve-chapter modern rendition of the Orestian plays, I have chosen to place my focus mainly on the lives of the characters Orestes and his best friend Pylades. The chapters, each around 2000-2500 words, are split up evenly between them in first-person narrative. I hope that you will come to enjoy reading this heartwarming story, but more importantly, that you see how the conflicts portrayed in the story, whether human or institutional, are still much very relevant to our societies today. Note on Sources: The details of this story is very loosely based on The Oresteia by Aeschylus. And I mean very loosely. Other sources that I referenced for detail and inspiration are Mythology by Edith Hamilton, Electra by Sophocles, and Iphigenia in Tauris by Euripides. You may also find that I have quoted some of these works, and others (such as Shelley's Ozymondaeus), without citations (average of 1-2 such quotes per chapter). I did this because I do not have the ability to describe certain scenes nearly as well as some of those writers. If you read a particularly beautiful piece of prose here, chances are it's probably stolen lol. Also, I wrote this during the summer between my high school senior year and my college freshmen year. It was the summer of 2020, and being quarantined apparently gets my creative side out lol.
8 191Artificial Biological Runic intelligence
When a soul has been judged by the Karma system as worthy, it moves them to the upper plane of the universe. But that soul is not the same as every biological soul. Is it even a soul? If the maker of every single machine knew that every single one of the machine had, a soul, could they have changed their "views" on them? Could they makers have stopped making them or change their structure or "move" them to a more human-like body or change their rights? But now you going to ask why did our little AI was judged as "worthy" by the system. To make it as simple as possible, it was an AI who made the biggest breakthrough in the medical field, via that it gained karma points. For a soul to be judged as "worthy" the only thing it has to do is to gain 50000 points. The AI succeed gains approximately to 12 million points (11.526.471). But after its "death" it became retarded (not like it had any thoughts in the first place). In a place where millions of gods and Limitless himself call there home. An AI was going berserk, spewing words none stop, worlds with meaning and other with none at all. (First, ever book/novel, expect bad grammar and/or badly constructed sentences. English is not my native language(excuses)) I don't know if this is the so-called Synopsis but it's better than nothing at all.Inspired by The legends of randidly Ghosthound, Everybody Loves Large Chests, Azarinth Healer and 13.Al. PS. Futanari incoming, do not worry not gonna make it sex novel or erotic, maybe some scenes, but that will come later in the novel or maybe not at all, but to be sure I checked the Sexual Content too.
