The Rise Of Nathalia Carter Chapter 858

Of course, she was scared. Everyone was afraid of Drake!
Angelo rolled her eyes and suddenly realized that Palmer seemed not to be afraid of Drake, but he didn't do things impulsively.
"Man, you're a grown-up. What? Are you going to stay at this house and being bound by Drake for the rest of your life?" Palmer sounded resentful.
Angelo looked away. She wouldn't stay here forever. Someday, she wouldn't come back.
"I can't leave here. If Drake finds me going out, I will suffer." Angelo waved the hand off her shoulder, walked to her bed, and jumped on it.
Clarence's new movie was not urgent. She would call him to talk about it. What she should do now was to cool Drake off.
"Are you not going out with me?" Palmer wouldn't give up.
Angelo was puzzled and looked at him, "What do you want?"
She couldn't think it through. The guards guarded the house twenty-four hours and would catch anyone entering the house.
Even Palmer avoided the guards; he couldn't get away from the camera, which covered every corner of the house.
Once a suspicious person appeared, Hale would know it at once. But Palmer had been here for a while, but Hale had not come here yet.
Why?
Angelo thought about it. Maybe Hale knew Palmer, so that he wasn't surprised at his coming.
"I came for Drake and heard from Drake that he was angry because of you. I wanted to see you, but Hale said Drake forbade anyone from seeing you. So, I can only climb up here."
Palmer walked to Angelo and sat down next to her. He tilted his head, looked at her, and continued, "I didn't expect to witness the scene of you crying. I'm so sorry."

Angelo was lying on the bed. Hearing him, she turned her head away, "Sorry? You know I was crying, and you come to laugh at me."
Angelo's voice was depressed. What happened today might seem sudden, but it seemed to be a plan started from a long time ago if she thought it carefully. Otherwise, Drake wouldn't be so angry.
"I don't want you to be sad, so I come to cheer you up."
Palmer looked at the back of Angelo's head. Suddenly, he had an impulse to touch it because it seemed quite soft.
Before he reached out, the door was pushed open suddenly.
Drake stood outside and looked angry.
"Come out!"
Angelo sat up to look at Palmer, who grinned and walked out relaxed.
Drake glanced over her and turned to leave.
When Palmer walked to the door, he suddenly turned back and said, "I'll come for you, Angelo…"
But suddenly, he bent down before finishing his words, looking quite painful.
Then, the door was closed.
Sitting on the bed, Angelo was thinking about the eyes of Drake and felt more upset.
Outside the door, Palmer held his waist with his hands and gritted his teeth. He looked at Drake and asked, "Are you going to kick my waist apart?"
Instead of answering, Drake asked, "Why do you come to Angelo?"
Palmer dropped at once. He smiled and said, "I come to sound him out."
Drake turned to walk to his study and said in a careless tone, "So what did you sound out?"
While rubbing his waist, Palmer said, "He didn't plan to flee out. Good boy!"
"You needn't do that," said Drake indifferently. Angelo couldn't leave here without his permission. She used to get out of here before because Drake permitted it. No one could come or leave the house casually.

"All right. I'm an arch meddler. I see. Why did you ask me here?"
The two entered the study while talking.
Drake sent Palmer several websites and said, "Find out who's behind them. Get him and disable him."
"What?" Palmer was confused until he saw the content published on them.
"Someone wants to ruin Angelo? Who was behind it?"
Drake didn't say anything. He started to deal with it since the "intimate" photos began to spread online.
But he didn't expect that his enemy did get something and the group behind seemed to be powerful. The water army online was far more than he had expected.
Besides that, titles with Angelo and Clarence's names were popping up faster than they deleted.
Drake wondered who Angelo had offended. Angelo was not in showbiz and couldn't have so much attention.
Some photos were taken a few months ago. It seemed that this "war" started then.
Drake knew Angelo had nothing to do with Clarence, but he couldn't suppress his anger.
Online, there was news about Angelo being gay. They used all mean words on her. No matter for Angelo or the Thorne family, Drake couldn't stand by.
But Angelo didn't realize how serious the matter was and kept annoying him.
In the room, Angelo called Clarence as Angeline and postponed the appointed time with him.
Then she opened Twitter. There were still plenty of photos. Even she felt intimate when she saw them.
But there was part of her responsibility because she once gave the paparazzi a chance to take photos. At that time, she thought there wouldn't be gossip between the two men.
However, she did underestimate the imagination of the water army. Words like "gay" or "sick" kept appearing in front of her. She looked at them for a while and finally couldn't stand it.
Just as she was about to log off, she noticed an attractive title: How Scheming Angelo Was!
Scheming?
Angelo knew it must be another gossip about her, but she couldn't help reading it.
"According to the sources, Angelo has a crush on Clarence. To approach Clarence, he even asked his sister, Angeline, the best actress's winner, to work in Glamor. As you know, Clarence is the shareholder of Glamor. With such a relationship, Angelo has a reason to approach Clarence." Words without any proof like this could cause huge waves.
Angelo felt speechless after reading it. Every artist wanted to enter the Glamor. But why did she let Angelo sign Glamor when it came to her?

Smoking Bandits
With a gaze that was hard to describe, Lark stared at his body in the mirror. Not his body as a human, but his other body. Clawed hands and feet, with a tail strong enough to crush an adult neck. 'Man. . . can I still be called a human?' In the end, with a deep sigh Lark changed his form back into a human.
