The Rise Of Nathalia Carter Chapter 740

Thinking of what happened just now, Angelo felt remorse. She hammered her head and ruefully said, "What are you thinking about? You fool! Don't you know he's the one taking advantage?"
She thought of the kiss and the time she gave Drake mouth-to-mouth, but he was in a coma then. Just thinking about it, she blushed. She touched her face, felt the heat, and felt ashamed. She even questions herself why she did a crazy act, kissing her adoptive brother without thinking about the effect.
No, she couldn't do this. She wasn't like herself at all.
Angelo shook her head and blamed all her abnormalities on her girly wearing.
Finally, she decided to leave here early in the morning. She set the alarm and went to sleep.
At dawn, the alarm clock rang on time. Angelo rubbed her sleepy eyes, turned off the alarm clock, and started to wash.
After washing, she cautiously opened the door and peeked around. The house was very quiet. Angelo didn't think she would be found.
When she was about to go downstairs, she saw the light in the study was still on. She walked over.
When she got to the door, she saw Drake sleeping on the table and shook her head with disapproval in her eyes.
"Wow, he does have a lot of work. He doesn't even have time to sleep. I now understand why he became the head of this family. A woman who will become his wife in the future is lucky," Angelo mumbled.
She went to her room and got a blanket. Then she came back and gently put it over Drake.
Just then, she noticed the computer, which was still on. Out of curiosity, she looked at the screen only to find that it was the video of her being kidnapped.

She was touched, tears filled her eyes. She wiped them with her hands.
"Thanks, brother."
Quietly, she turned off the computer. Just as she was about to leave, her hand was grabbed by Drake.
Did he wake up?
She thought and turned quickly, only to find that Drake was still sleeping. She heaved a sigh of relief.
Carefully, she pulled Drake's hand apart. Then she walked out of the house, got in a taxi on the street, and went to her school.
"It's more comfortable in men's wear."
Angelo felt so comfortable in her suit. She stretched, took out Adam's apple from the dress, and attached it to her throat. Then, she tucked the dress into the bottom of the closet.
After that, she went out and called Daisy from the dorm's payphone.
"Hello?"
It was Daisy's sleepy voice.
"This is Angelo," Angelo hurriedly said.
"Angelo? Wasn't you missed?"
Daisy became sober when she heard Angelo. She sat up and shouted.
"I don't know how to explain to you. Come to school. I'll tell you everything."
After saying that, Angelo hung up and walked back to her room.
When Daisy put down her phone, she quickly washed and then drove to school.
"… Then I came to school."
Angelo finally finished her story. Then she looked at Daisy.
"You mean, you kissed Drake?" asked Daisy uncertainty.
Her eyes were full of surprise. She covered her mouth, couldn't believe what she heard.
Angelo nodded, "I was silly, was I?"
Then she covered her face with her hands. Just the thought of what had happened, she felt embarrassed.
"No! You kissed Drake. How many girls dream of doing it? It's exciting!"
Daisy held Angelo's neck and looked excited. Angelo was shocked by her strange thought. She knew she was different.

"Oh, god! We shouldn't talk about this. My problem now is how can I get back as Angelo?"
With a deadpan expression, she took Daisy's hand off her neck.
"Well, that's indeed a problem. After all, everyone thought you are missing. You should find a good excuse for your appearance," said Daisy, holding a pillow.
Angelo sighed.
"Oh, do you know who kidnapped you? Could it be any woman who had a crush on Drake?" Daisy gave another question, looking excited.
Looking at her, Angelo frowned. She began to wonder if it was a good decision to call Daisy here.
But Daisy might get it right. The one who kidnapped her might be a woman who had a crush on Drake. Thinking about that, she couldn't help thinking of Abby.
No. That was not what she should think now. Angelo shook her head. Then she grabbed Daisy's arm and shook it softly.
"Think of an idea, Daisy! Stop asking me questions."
"All right."
Daisy got rid of Angelo, feeling dizzy. Suddenly, an idea occurred to her.
"I have an idea, Angelo!"
"What is it?"
Angelo cheered up and looked at Daisy, who got close to her ear and whispered something.
After listening to Daisy, "I can't do that, can I?" Angelo asked hesitantly, with disagreement written on her face.
"What? You don't want to go back?"
Hearing that, Angelo nodded helplessly. Daisy took out a pair of scissors.

In the house of the Thorne family
Drake's eyebrows puckered slightly as he looked at the blanket and the closed computer. He knew who had done it.
He put the blanket aside and opened the computer. When he clicked a button, the screen lighted, and a paused picture appeared on it.
"What's this?"
He saw a familiar figure on the screen. When he widened it, he recognized the person as Abby.
He continued the video and then saw the crowd stirring. He frowned.
Then he stood up and went to the dining room, where he didn't see Angeline.
He squinted and ordered, "Ask Miss Angeline, do get down for breakfast."
"I looked for her everywhere, but she just disappeared," answered Patrick.
Early in the morning, he went to Angeline, who wasn't in her room. He asked Hale, who had no idea where she went. He was so sad, waking up without seeing Angeline again inside their home. He wanted to spend a lot of time with her, but suddenly she disappeared.
"All right," Drake answered, remembering what he said to her yesterday.
