"Mrs. Nathalia Davidson loves butter cookies for breakfast. I'm going to inform the kitchen in case I forget. Oh, and she prefers it not too sweet. I shall ask them to prepare a bit more so she can take some to class." Zoe explained.

It was obvious that she loved Nathalia. She felt joy whenever Nathalia was around.

Sue hesitated for a bit, then added, "Add a bit more milk. She likes it."

Zoe smiled contentedly. There she goes. She remembers what she likes. Surely, she loves her still. "Will do."

The next day, Nathalia got up early and was excited to see the freshly baked cookies. Sue didn't come down for breakfast, but Zoe told her about their conversation last night, and Nathalia felt loved.

"Please tell mum that I will come to visit tonight." She told Zoe before leaving for class.

"Great," Zoe replied with a happy grin.

Nathalia couldn't wait to share the good news with Spencer. She called him on the way to campus and told him about it in excitement.

"Wow! Well done, babe! I'm so proud of you." Spencer exclaimed happily.

Nathalia tilted her head proudly and said, "Thank you! I'm proud of myself too. Ha-ha. Oh, by the way, don't forget to get mum a present." We shall make mum happy, and as long as she's happy, she will accept me and let us be together again sooner or later.

"Yes, thanks for reminding me." Spencer said cheerfully, then he paused a bit and sounded a bit upset, "Babe, I miss you so much that I can't even sleep."

It went straight into Nathalia's heart. "I miss you too, so, so much! It's been a week now. Didn't you say you will only be away for one week? When are you coming back?" The past seven days had seemed like a decade. Please come home soon! I don't want to wait any longer.

"Very soon, babe. The day after tomorrow, very likely, and I will be home to see you." Spencer comforted. He was supposed to stay a few more days longer, but he did want to see Nathalia soon, so he got most work done and would leave the rest to his assistant.

"Great! I will see you at the airport. Please let me know the time when you are sure." Nathalia exclaimed happily.

Spencer went on a private plane, and there was a problem with it. The staff was working on it. He was hoping that it should be fixed by tomorrow, but he didn't want to tell Nathalia to worry about her. "I will let you know, but just wait for me at home and dress sexy." He teased.

"Ha-ha. You are cheeky. But I want to see you sooner." Nathalia said softly. And her voice was melting Spencer's heart. He missed the feel of her body terribly.

"I know, babe. I'm just worried that I would make love to you right at the airport..."

Nathalia blushed bashfully. "Spencer!" she exclaimed. "Aren't you a horny one?!"

"I am. Just thinking of your naked body..." Spencer went on playfully.

"Alright, you horny thing. Come home soon. I bought new lingerie, and it's extremely sexy." Nathalia teased back. "I will wear it for you."

"I'm going to eat you up! You little sexy fox."

"Oh, I'm scared." Nathalia chuckled. "Ha-ha. I can't wait to see you, honey."

"And spend a day and night in bed together!"

It was the 100th anniversary of the Carter Company. Ben Johnson was in charge of preparing the party. Nathalia didn't get involved and left all the work to Ben. She had been counting the days since Spencer left.

Both Lisa and Sophie were also invited to the party. Nathalia took care of the outfits and dressing up for all of them.

In a pink evening dress, Sophie looked at herself in the mirror delightfully. Her cheeks were rosy red. Pleased with her attire, she spun around in front of the mirror a few times. Nathalia has such good taste. I love the dress she picked for me.

Lisa was feeling a bit nervous about attending the party, but she had had some experience and was much calmer than Sophie. She stroked the dress a few times, feeling the studded gems around the sleeves and the waist. "Nathalia, this must-have cost you a fortune." She said affectionately.

"As long as you like it." Nathalia smiled, seated quietly, allowing the make-up artist to dress her up.

Lisa was pleased and grateful. She then thought of something and asked, "By the way, is Mrs. Sue Davidson attending the party?"

It was confirmed that Curt would be there, so people were even more curious if Sue would attend.

"I," Nathalia frowned a bit and said, "I'm not sure." She gave the invitation card to Sue herself, but Sue didn't say if she would attend, and Nathalia couldn't really guess, judging by her expression. Anyway, I've done what I should. It's up to mum if she goes or not. I respect her.

Nathalia put on an emerald green dress with a v neck and the skirt slightly sweeping the floor. It showed off her perfect figure as well as her elegance.

Stunned by her beauty, Sophie exclaimed, "Wow! Nathalia! You look ravishing!" It's not really a catchy color, but it suits Nathalia perfectly, and surely she's going to stun everyone! She's so beautiful.

Delighted, Nathalia picked up the skirt of the dress and did a spin. "Thank you very much." She grinned playfully.

Seated in the car, on the way to the party, Sophie asked curiously, "Nathalia, you are in a very good mood today. Extraordinary good. I don't think it's because of the party, is it?"

Nathalia smiled happily and said with excitement, "Spencer is coming home tomorrow! Oh, I'm afraid I won't see you for a few days. Ha-ha."

"I see!" Sophie laughed. "Huh. I shall be calling you more often then!" she teased.

The two chatted and laughed along the way, and Lisa listened and watched with a smile. I love these two. I really hope they stay friends and happy forever. Lisa thought.

As the host, Ben Johnson was very hospitable and welcoming, walking around and talking with the guests, socializing skillfully, receiving plenty of compliments. He was very pleased with and proud of himself surely.

He had got himself a partner as well, Katie Ford, the daughter of Nicolas Ford. Katie was dressed sweetly. She looked young and full of life. People had noticed that Nicolas' daughter had grown up and grown into a beauty.

All the shareholders and their families had arrived, and all were very well dressed, helping to receive guests.

Most of the business partners and competitors attended, as well. Those that couldn't make it had sent presents and wishes.

The guests chatted and socialized cheerfully. After some time, they started to wonder where Nathalia was. "Mr. Johnson is Mrs. Nathalia Davidson attending the party?"
