What a joke! Frank Carter ruined the company, and if it wasn't because of Nathalia, the company would have been gone long ago! Some people are just unreasonable.

"Your family property?" Nathalia burst out laughing, "Ha-ha. Why don't you go and sue me and get your property back? If the law says so, I'm happy to return it to you."

Zack regretted it right after he said it, and he acted pitifully again, "I won't because I see you as my sister. But I just want to live the life I want. Why won't you help me?"

"No, there's nothing wrong at all, but you are asking the wrong person. I don't have a brother. I don't owe you anything. Don't you show up again, or my bodyguards will stop you from showing up."

"I'm sorry, Nathalia. I didn't mean that. I didn't mean to upset you..." Frightened, Zack pleaded, his face pale.

Nathalia was tired of his pretentious and terrible acting. She was thinking of her coffee and cake then. "Get him out, please." She instructed one of the bodyguards.

The bodyguard gestured to him to leave, but Zack held onto the door and shouted, "No! I won't leave." It seemed like he had set his mind on staying, behaving as shameless as his mother.

Annoyed, Nathalia ordered, "Call the police, or just take him straight to the police." Seeing that their mistress was angry now, the bodyguards grabbed Zack's arms and dragged him out.

"No! No! Let go of me! Nathalia, I'm sorry..." Zack cried pathetically.

Nathalia watched him being dragged out of the café icily. The staff were frightened to see her icy look and quickly looked away and got down to their work quietly. Mrs. Nathalia Davidson is normally very nice, but when she's angry, it's a bit scary.

Nate observed quietly. Cold, cheeky, calm, graceful. She's everything. He thought to himself. "You don't have to be so cold. He's your half-brother after all." Nate said, looking at Nathalia curiously.

Nathalia turned to look at Nate and sneered, "It's none of your business. I am cold. If you annoy me, I will have you taken to the police as well." Huh. You aren't any better. Don't pretend to be kind.

"Alright, alright. I will shut up." Nate felt hurt again, seeing that she was really displeased. "Anyway, I will pay Mrs. Davidson a visit tomorrow, and I hope to see you as well."

"You are really irritating," Nathalia said impatiently. What is it that he wants? Now he's trying to get mum involved?

After waiting for some time, Lisa grew worried and hurried downstairs to see what was going on.

"Is everything alright? Why do you look upset, Nathalia? What happened?" Lisa asked gently.

Sophie replied, "Mum, it's all because of some ungrateful person!", sounding more annoyed than Nathalia. What a greedy and ridiculous person! He used to be so cruel to Nathalia, and now he's begging Nathalia for help and making ridiculous accusations and requests.

Lisa just saw Zack being taken away and guessed the story. "I see. Come, Nathalia, coffee and cake will make you feel better." She said comfortingly and gave Nathalia a hug.

"You must be Ms. Lisa Watson, the manager and president of The Trend. I'm Nate Morgan. A pleasure to meet you." It seemed that Nate had done some homework and knew a bit about Nathalia and the people related to her.

Stunned and overwhelmed, Lisa stared at Nate with her eyes wide open and then turned to look at Nathalia in disbelief. Nathalia nodded to confirm that he was Nate Morgan and Lisa exclaimed with excitement, "Mr. Nate Morgan! What a delightful surprise and honor to meet you!"

She was completely surprised, yet at the same time, rather confused, wondering but what's he doing here? Does he know Nathalia well? There's somehow an awkward kind of vibe here.

"Please call me Nate." Nate shook her hand with a smile. Completely different from how he behaved at the party the other night, Nate acted politely and amiably. He spoke to Lisa humbly and even told jokes.

"By the way, this is an invitation to an art exhibition. It will be wonderful to see you there." He took out a fancy invitation card and handed it to Lisa.

Nathalia watched thoughtfully, but she didn't interfere. She went over to speak to the staff and helped trim the flowers.

Lisa was so flattered and overwhelmed that she accepted the card with both hands and replied happily, "Thank you so much! I will be there for sure."

Nate took a look at Nathalia and saw her trimming the plants carefully. He frowned and looked disappointed.

"Very nice meeting you. Hope to see you again soon. Have a good day." He bid Lisa goodbye and left.

Lisa walked him out and suddenly turned to Nathalia and said, "Nathalia, Nate is leaving."

"Cool. Bye." Nathalia waved her hand and said casually, without looking up at them.

Nate felt a sudden urge to go and grab Nathalia by her arm to tell her off. I have never been treated this way! She's so proud! What an insolent girl!

He managed to restrain his anger and walked away. The bodyguards quickly followed. Lisa watched them get into the car and heaved a sigh.

As soon as Nate left, Sophie, who had been quiet all this time, started chatting lively, complimenting Nate with the best adjectives she could think of.

Nathalia was enjoying her communication with the flowers and gave Sophie no response.

Seeing how differently the two girls acted, Lisa heaved another sigh.

"Sophie, he's not the right man for you." She suggested helplessly.

Sophie blushed instantly, her face as red as the roses in her hands. "Mum! I was just saying how good-looking he is. You are overthinking." She defended bashfully. She did know that Nate was not someone that she dared to dream of being with.

To be honest, he is very good-looking but too good. I didn't even dare to speak when he was around! I much prefer Matt, gentle, and caring. I feel so much better when I'm around Matt.

Lisa tapped Sophie's chin affectionately and said, "You should learn from Lisa." This little girl has no ambitions but naïve thoughts. How is she going to take care of herself when she studies abroad?

On hearing so, Nathalia paused for a bit and knitted her brows.

Sophie muttered, feeling discouraged when compared with Nathalia, "There's only one Nathalia in the whole world. No one can be like Nathalia."

Nathalia added cheerfully, "Same as there's only one unique Sophie, lovely and beautiful Sophie." And that brought a smile to everyone's face.
