Lifen was surprised. "What! The bitch...I mean Xiao Ai is still asleep? That is weird she usually wakes early. Let me help you set the table." she offered although she was uncomfortable around him.

Xiao Ai you bastard. You dare to make me feel uncomfortable in such beautiful house. She had barely assisted when the bell rang again. Lifen volunteered to get it.

"She invited you too?" she asked.

Yusheng quickly pushed his way in. When he saw Gu Bojing, he gave the bag to him and said. "I got some plates late last night. I hope you will like them. Unlike someone I am not just here to eat your food."

Lifen felt slightly embarrassed and quickly spoke. "I brought something as well. I just wanted to wait before giving it to you Mr Gu.

"Really?" Yusheng teased.

Lifen disappeared into the threshold and Yusheng signalled to Gu Bojing to not mind her. "She is just as shameless as her friend."

Few minutes later Lifen appeared back. She gave a vase to Gu Bojing. "I thought it would be too little and wanted to give it later. I hope you like it."

Gu Bojing accepted the vase and stared at it suspiciously. Why does the vase look so familiar? "Thank you Miss Long. The vase is beautiful but quite familiar."

Yusheng also added. "True. It looks like I have seen it somewhere too. Where did you buy it from?"

Lifen quickly packed a plate and replied. "Its quite famous, I bought it from a ceramic store."

Yusheng didnt believe her and asked while Gu Bojing placed the vase somewhere. "Which ceramic shop is that? If it's famous then we must know it. How much did you buy it?"

Lifen turned around and glared at Yusheng. "Mr Gu likes the vase. Why do you want to know how much I bought it? Are you trying to mock my gift?"

Yusheng backed away after Gu Bojing signalled him. "Sorry...I was just worried."

"Worry for yourself first. Fool."

Yusheng pressed his lips together and didnt say a word. He was used it already. Before he used to be her punching bag but ever since she was aware of his feelings for her, she had restrained from hitting him. He was at least grateful for that.

After they had set the table, Si Meng arrived. "Good Morming...why are your flow..."

Lifen rushed and hugged her tightly. "Mengmeng. Long time no see. I have always wanted to meet you again. How are you doing? Did you have trouble finding this place?"

Si Meng was still quite shocked and slowly replied after Lifen let her go. "I am good thank you. It was quite easy finding the house, Miss Mo sent me the location last night."

Gu Bojing raised his head and glanced at Si Meng. So the sneaky lady made the calls last night?

All this to avoid him for some time. Was she felding that guilty?

Si Meng noticed that Gu Bojing glanced at her and slowly walked to him. "Is Miss Mo not awake yet?"

Lifen blurted. "She is feeling guilty."

Si Meng turned to her. "What for?"

Lifen didnt dare to raise her head from where she stood and simply mumbled. "I was just running my mouth."

Xiao Ai took that as her chance to descend to the stairs. "Aiya...look at you all lovelies. Good morning. Hope everyone had a good night?"

Yusheng strechted his body and yawned. "I had surgeries till two and still had to come here why..? Because I have to. Else who knows what evil things you might scheme against poor me?"

Xiao Ai didn't reply and went to her hubby. Landed a soft kiss on his cheek and quickly said 'morning' before picking Si Meng as her next target.

"Mengmeng, I knew you would come. How sweet of you is that bag for me?"

Si Meng only brought some cutleries for Xiao Ai and didn't bring a bag but when Xiao Ai asked her she didnt know why she said yes.

Miss Mo cant you see this is the bag i'm using this morning?

Xiao Ai took the bag and checked it. "Wow, byodefool. Why did you put your things in my gift though. If you weren't pretty, I would have not liked it but look at you." she turned to Lifen. "What do you think? Isnt she beautiful. Such long hair."

Lifen lazily replied and took a seat. "Mengmeng reeks of class unlike you."

Xiao Ai slapped the back of her head and smiled at Mengmeng. "Take a seat. Yusheng be nice to the ladies, scoot over."

"I am sure your hair would be longer if you straightened it."

Lifen glanced at Xiao Ais hair. "Did she use to have long hair?"

Yushneg sat upright and focused his attention on Lifen. "Back in high school, she had a cut every single week because her hair grows too fast. But when she was leaving for Russia, she cut it short and then she came back with those curly hair." He turned to Bojing. "Remember that time when she cut her hair to neck line and then took few days off. By the time she returned after two days, her hair almost reached her waist. She was so mad that she went full beast mode for the rest of the week."
