"Well...theres a beautiful girl in child care centre here. Miss Ling used to look after her, she was quite fond of her. I reckon the girl must miss her, doesn't she?"

They got the time of her message and agreed. "Of course. She must miss her. Shouldn't she come visit them?"

"Go there around 4. You should run into whom you are desperately searching for." They stood up to leave. "And young ladies...I am glad you didnt forcefully go to her house. She has panic attacks."

"Since when..." xiao Ai asked.

"Since last month. You may leave. I do not want your trouble on my shoulders. Your professors must have had a handful with just you two."

Lifen wanted to scoff but Xiao Ai pushed her out.

"That's another thing on my plate. I hate this job sometimes."

"But it pays well." Lifen added, throwing her head back.

"I should have become a surgeon. They pay them better."

"Seriously...with your unscrupulous attitude you think you can be a surgeon and still have enough time on your hand to run around. Have you seen Yusheng? Have you met the guy? They are always busy. I like my job better."

"Bastard. Cant you say it nicely. How is the Shen family coming along with not having my husband as their son in law."

"Incredible..." she stared at Xiao Ai as they entered the elevator to Yushengs floor. "You will not believe her father called me and asked to help his daughter marry into the family. If I had the chance I will also marry into the Gu family."

Xiao Ai raised a brow. "Well Yusheng wouldnt be happy to hear that but I reckon you can do well with Little Fool. He will make a fine husband and father."

They both stayed quiet for some time before laughing.

"Fine husband and father...little fool..that title does not suit him at all."

Ding! They got out and Xiao Ai continued wiping the corners of her eyes. "I would have given Bolin to you but unfortunately my Brother in law is occupied with his secretary."

"That reminds of that Weng bitch..she still works at Gu Coportaion. "

Xiao Qi shrugged. "She set me up with the girls the last time. I haven't gotten to thank her." She cracked her knuckles and Lifen coughed slightly. "But she does a good work so I will just probably over look it or maybe not. Ah did I tell you they have a new employee at my husbands office and shes adorably cute. She looks very much like doctor Jina."

Lifen stopped and placed her hands on her waist. "Doctor Jina...the rude doctor from neurosurgery?"

"Interesting. Tell me why you consider her rude." She greeted the nurses and doctors. "I cant see Yusheng around. Didnt he say he was coming up?"

"Perhaps he accompanied Xu Ning to say hello to the people at your department." When she said it, it was filled with a bit irritation.

She shook her head as she snapped her fingers.." Someone is jealous."

"Like I would. I saw Surgeon Jina the yesterday when I was with Yusheng and she wasnt very nice to Yusheng."

"Oh so shes rude because shes not nice to your crush?" Xiao Ai tickled her and teased. "Someome is definitely not jealous."

Lifen pushed her shameless friend aside as they maneuvered their way around the department, greeting patients and nurses. "Dont be silly. I am serious. She wasn't really nice to Yusheng. You can ask him."

"Shes known to be blunt and hurtfully truthful in her words. And everyone knows she doesn't really get along with her male colleagues I like her though. She stays away from gossips. A good hospital friend to have." She sniffed her surroundings.

"Stop you are embarrassing me. Are you a dog?" Lifen complained and tried to move a little distance away from Xiao Ai.

"Do you not think the ethanol in General Surgery is weirdly scented differentlyfrom ours. I just noticed it."

Lifen also sniffed. "That's right. I didnt notice all these while. "

"You are embarrassing me."

As she was about to give a come back, they ran into Yusheng nd Xu Ning.

"Oh there you are. Xu Ning was telling me some intersting things about how you two met."

Xiao Ai stared at Xu Ning for a while and spoke. "Surly, she didnt mention other interesting things?"

Xu Ning shrugged and wore an innocent expression. It's not llike she could go around telling everyone she was from the future and the would believe.

It sounded absurd even to her.

"Are there other intersting things I should know?" Yusheng asked but when he did, he was staring intently at Lifen who immediately looked away.
