The following morning when Xiao Ai got to work, she placed a call to Sweet Guy who was in charge of the stolen goods and was also watching over the Black Tigers.

Black Tigers...Xiao Ai didn't have their time for now. She would first let them crawl in fear for what she might later do them.

"Sweet Guy how's everything going over there?"

In a very muffled voice he shouted into the phone.." Boss, everything is fine. I have found a way to sell out things but Boss, the refrigerator is insanely expensive what should we do to it? Boss shall we keep it for ourselves." he asked greedily.

For a minute, greed too crept into Xiao Ais face but she quickly regained her composure.

"No we wont..we will sell it back to Bolin.. find a way to sell it back to him. He would gladly buy it.".

Sweet Guys paused in the rice he was eating. Wasn't Boss being a little to difficult on her brother In law?

Selling back to him something she stole from him..wasn't that losing in two ways to poor Bolin?

Lifen went to see Xiao Ai, this time she had lollipop in her hands. Xiao Ai quickly snatched one as she walked forward.

"Hmm..i love this flavor where did you get them from?"

"From Yusheng. He had it on his table in his office." she explained looking a bit out of place.

Lately Yusheng had been acting weird around her and she couldn't tell why.

Xiao Ai hummed. So the guy now kept lollipop on his desk. Was it his way of keeping himself from being sad?

Because of her stupid friend Lifen?

"Good..later I will go visit him so I can take some too. What's happening? You are visiting too often."

Lifen glared at her before keeping a distance send spoke. " I heard the patient will be flown in today. He just got surgery on his brain about a month ago so..."

Xiao Ai nodded as they both walked towards the direction of the roof.

On their way they met Shen Yumo.

"I hear you are attaching yourself with the Gu family. Do you know how foolish that is? Am afraid this time even your family won't be able to help you out." Shen Yumo spoke giving Xiao Ai a disgusting look.

Xiao Ai shrugged and walked forward but Lifen was stopped by Shen Yumo.

"Enough rudeness Lifen. You won't even come home when the elders asked. Are you still trying to show off?" a pained expression was on her face as she remembered how the elders at home despite severing ties with Lifen still can't let go of her.

She was also a legitimate daughter of the Shen house but they still didn't like her as much as they liked Lifen.

Lifen snorted when she saw Shen Yumos expression.

Twirling her short Bob cut she spoke in a low voice, her voice filed with nonchalant. "Why should I care about the Shen family? Do not forget young Miss Shen when you made them send me over to a place as far as Russia, you thought I would never come back alive but thanks to you I became even stronger. Does my existence still worry you? Didn't I leave the great Shen family for you? Aren't I a daughter of the Long family now? Why do you still bother me?" Lifen said all this in one breath and she tried to catch her breath.

This Shen Yumo had made her family send her abroad back them. She had thought that sending Lifen to Russia where she knew no one would put her in danger and wouldn't return alive especially since Russia was a dangerous place full of the Mafias.

"At least honor your father and come home. Do we need to grovel and plead with you before you come to your own house."

Lifen smiled as the adjusted her hair." My house is with the Longs. I don't understand what Miss Shen is talking about and yes you can try groveling and pleading..perhaps I will consider."

Shen Yumo gritted her teeth as Lifen marched past her but she quickly spoke up again.

"I am to be married to Emperor Gu soon. I don't want the Gu family to hear of a taint like you so am trying to take precautions. Don't think I really want you back." she finally expressed her intentions.

Shen Yumos father was close to the third elder of the Gu family and they had once joked few years back that Shen Yumo be married to Gu Bojing. Shen Yumos family was still holding onto that joke and using it to cling to the Gu family and Shen Yumo too was still living on that fantasy.
