The Cursed King Chapter 134

"I am happy you like them. They looked very good on you." Loriel was relieved and happy. He patted her back dotingly and took more boxes. He gave them one by one to Elise so she could open them. "These are for you too."
"Uh, what? How many gifts did you get me?" Elise asked him. "This is too many."
She actually thought those boxes were just decorations to complement the Christmas tree. Maybe only one or two were real gifts, and the rest were just empty boxes.
However, she didn't expect that all of them contained gifts. Gosh.. now she felt bad not buying him more things. The cake she made for him now seemed insignificant and shabby.
"There is no such thing as too many gifts," Loriel said. "Come on, unwrap them and see if you like them too."
He had consulted this with Horatio. They both worked together to choose the best gifts for Elise. Loriel really took this opportunity to splurge. He wanted to get her things to fill her bedroom with clothes, jewelry, shoes, bags, and so many other things.
"Oh my god..." Elise could only gasp or held her breath at each newly opened gift. She was at a loss for words. So many beautiful shoes, expensive bags, jewelry and more jewelry... anything that a woman could ever dream of. She looked at him with bulged eyes. "Do you want me to open my own shop or what?"
Loriel chuckled when he heard her words, uttered in a joking manner. "No, of course not. They are all yours to keep. Please don't open a shop and sell them."
He remembered the Bloomingrose gift cards that he gave her indirectly. Instead of using the balance to shop for herself, Elise let her coworkers used them and gave them a 50% discount to make extra money which she later gave to Loriel.

This time, he was smarter. He gave her the stuff, not another gift card, and she could just wear them immediately since they were all in her size.
"No.. of course, I won't sell them," Elise replied. "That would be rude."
"Ahaha... I was just pulling your leg," the man said with a chuckle. He was so satisfied when he watched her unwrap the gift boxes one by one and shrieked at any new outfit, bags, or shoes she found inside.
Suddenly, Loriel got an idea. "Why don't you wear it and see if the size is correct. I am sorry, I was just guessing when I bought them."
"Oh... they look like the correct sizes, but I will put them on and see," Elise replied. She took some of the outfits to her room and got ready to change into them. "I will show them to you."
She returned five minutes later with a new outfit. It was a beautiful pink dress with a deep V-neck. She looked so pretty and young wearing this dress. Loriel held his breath in amazement.
Gosh.. she was so adorable. He really wanted to pull her into his arms and kissed her all over. He quickly got rid of the thought and raise his thumb. "It looks really good."
"Thank you. You have good taste, Loriel," said Elise. "Do you want me to try the other one?"
Loriel quickly bobbed his head excitedly. "Yes, please. You can also wear the shoes and bags, and jewelry. I want to see how they look on you."
"Ahh... okay," Elise said. She was excited too. All women loved playing dress-up, especially with so many new beautiful dresses. She went back to her room, put on a different set, and then came out to see Loriel.

The man was super happy. He admired those clothes on his wife's sexy body. Elise could wear a gunny sack and still look beautiful. So, of course, when she wore a pretty or sexy outfit, her beauty would become more glowing.
Seeing how much her little fashion show made the man happy, Elise decided to do it with all the other outfits Loriel gifted her. She was happy and impressed by the man's impeccable taste and the fact that all the outfits and shoes fit her body perfectly.
The night went by with a fashion show performed by the beautiful woman, while Loriel watched with glee, with a glass of wine in his hand. Elise laughed so many times as she stepped out of her room and walked like a model on the runway, showcasing her new outfit and shoes.
Loriel knew Elise would be perfect for modeling, and he was so glad this fashion show was for his eyes only. He didn't want anyone else to see what his wife was capable of and offered her to do modeling.
No, no... no. Elise already had a nice job at the Sanderman Group. She didn't need to be a model.
"Ahh.. so many clothes..." Elise said after she showcased the last dress. She plopped her butt next to Loriel and leaned her head on his chest. "I am tired."
The man rubbed his hair dotingly and adjusted his position so Elise could feel more comfortable. He pulled her to sit on his lap and he hugged her waist. The man whispered, "You are so beautiful. Those clothes feel honored to be worn by you."
Elise laughed when she heard his cheesy words. Was this what people call as 'pick-up line'? Loriel seemed to be good at it, she thought.
This made her wonder about Loriel's past relationships. It's true that Loriel said he didn't have family and he was not dating anyone. But what about the past? Did he have anyone he loved in the past?
Elise could imagine how the man must be a doting boyfriend to the women in his previous relationships, seeing how well he was treating her now. Loriel was such a dream boyfriend.
If he was really this perfect, what could possibly be the reason that his relationships ended?
These thoughts filled her mind as he wrapped her hands around his neck and looked at him deeply.
