Loriel decided to ask Elise a question to find out what did she mean by the word 'nanny'. He must get to the bottom of this. If this woman was not Elise, then he should immediately take his leave.
He must not cheat on his wife by spending so much time with another woman just because she looked like Elise.
No.. he must not hurt his wife that way.
Elise must not misunderstand him as she did back then.
Well.. it's actually not her fault. At that time, Loriel slipped and mentioned that other woman in front of Elise. It was the woman whom he thought he loved with all his heart.
The look on Elise's face was indescribable.
It was at that moment, Loriel finally realized, he had never felt pain like he did that night. The disappointment and hurt on her diamond-like eyes sent literal pain to his heart.
And right there and then, Loriel knew... he actually loved Elise.
When her pain became his pain. When her disappointment became his disappointment. He knew... he loved her.
Loriel felt so disappointed in himself for hurting his wife's feelings, even though he did it unintentionally.
Elise lowered her head to hide her tears. She picked up her clothes from the floor and wore them without saying anything.
Loriel could only stare and stood still like a statue. He didn't know what to say.
Sorry? His pride wouldn't allow him.
He already made it clear in the beginning that he didn't love her and that she was only his wife by name. He didn't even sleep with her until after six months into their marriage.
And when they finally had sex, it was because he was a weak man.
After holding back for so long, he was finally defeated by her alluring charm. When she took care of him for his pretend headache, Loriel was spoiled and got addicted to her warmth, care, and even her scent.

He would find excuses to climb onto her bed, because lying down in her arms was calming and giving him such beautiful peace of mind.
And one night.. they did it. They finally consummated their marriage.
It happened so naturally after only half a cup of wine before bed. Loriel started kissing her and Elise didn't seem to mind it. In fact, she smiled and blushed.
Her rosy cheeks made her look even more adorable and Loriel was tempted to kiss her some more.
So, he did.
He kissed her deeply and thrust his tongue through the opening between her lips. His hands cupped her petite face as he kissed her more passionately. His tongue snaked inside her mouth to find her tongue and twist it.
Elise was taken aback by the sudden making-out session and didn't know how to respond.
It was her first kiss. Her eyes widened like those deers in the headlights, and her body tensed.
Loriel was feeling conflicted with her reaction.
On the one hand, he was happy that Elise was pure and had never even kissed any man before him. He felt special that he got her first kiss.
But, on the other hand, he didn't think he would like it to have a submissive woman who didn't know how to return his kiss.
He didn't want to kiss a human doll.
"Mmm... you can kiss me back," he said as he let go of his lips from hers.
Elise's lashes fluttered as she looked up to him and tried to hide her embarrassment. Loriel looked straight at her, challenging her to make a move.
She swallowed and then she tried to do what he asked. She wrapped her hands around his neck, tiptoed a little, and then planted her kiss on his lips.

It was not awkward at all.
Even though it was her first time kissing someone, Loriel could feel sincerity and love from her lips as they touched his. Maybe Elise thought her kiss was amateurish, but to Loriel it was perfect.
No matter the execution, it was the thought that counts.
He was happy to see her take initiative. That means he could teach her to do things and she would gladly learn. She wouldn't be a human doll in bed.
This thought curved up a smile on his face. Loriel returned her kiss and gently taught her to use her tongue to get better pleasure.
His kisses then went lower to her neck as his hands were tracing her skin from the top opening of her dress, and then naughtily slipped inside to fondle her breasts.
A soft moan escaped from her lips and she closed her eyes to enjoy the foreign pleasure that was slowly coursing through her body from the touch of his skin.
Gosh... just her voice when she talked could turn Loriel on, then her moan had that effect magnified by a hundred. No, make that a thousand.
As soon as his ears heard her sexy moan, Loriel's logic instantly flew out of the window. Right at that moment, he wanted her body. He wanted to devour her to his heart's content.
So, he scooped her with his arms and took her to her bed.

Now, I am sure we will have snusnu in the next chapter.. ahahaha. Writing this story is so much fun, but at the same time challenging, since there will be many flashbacks involved. Also, the timeline would move back and forth as we follow Loriel's train of thought.
As you can already notice, Loriel's mind jumps around from the present days to the past and, even in the past, his mind wanders to different scenes and different times.
Basically, just like how our own thoughts move around in our head.
I hope the way I am writing it is not confusing and you can follow the story as it jumps here and there together with Loriel's mind.
