While Others Cultivate, I Use My Unique RPG Leveling System to Cultivate Smut Romance With Their Girlfriends! Chapter 30

The time that I spent killing every monster that I could get my hands on, misguided me about one thing. Because of the ease at which I could defeat my prey, I forgot that there is always a higher mountain!
Regardless of how ridiculous this flying penguin looked, the sole aura of his was enough to freeze me in place. With Bongers screams to run reverberating through my ears, my body couldn't listen to my commands. I could only stare at the monstrum flying my way as if hypnotised by its grandeur!
There is no way I will be going down in such a way! If I'm too weak to break out of this strange spell, I will very well die here! But what attribute should I improve to force myself out of this quagmire? Resistance? With how high it already is, I don't want to risk wasting all my points away only to see no effects whatsoever!
Strength? Agility? Inteligence? Charisma? Not even a single of those attributes rings a bell! I can't just blindly improve all of them and I don't want to risk dumping all of my points in just one!
BONGER! What should I do to escape?! How can I free myself from this freeze!?
If even my system will be powerless against this strange lifeform, I might end up dead in a matter of seconds!
"Blop!"
"Detected host wish to analyze the enemy skills."
"The respective tool is prized at 200 attribute points with the cap on the mortal realm."
"Thanks to the special promotion, the host can obtain it for only 50 points!"
"Do you wish to proceed?
Fuck! Fifty points? That would render half of my hard work useless! While yes, I would have a chance to escape from this place, but even that isn't certain! Considering how even the sect master - someone at the spirit attainment level who already reached the pinnacle of the mortal realm - didn't have such a crushing aura to her, I'm worried that this monster is already at the spirit stage of cultivation!

Losing fifty attribute points only to learn that I can't do anything about the situation would be the worst. But it's not like I have any choice! Seeing the penguin entering the dive while grabbing the sword out of his back, I know that my time is running out. If its attack succeeds, I won't have any way to defend against it and there will be no chances of toughening this out!
Donger! I WANT TO…
Before I even managed to think the sentence that would give me some chances of fighting back, I fell a rope appearing and instantly tightening around my neck. Before I could even think to react, the line got pulled, bringing me out of the dangerous spot!
Only now do I feel the slight change in the air, exactly the same that happened to us when we entered the soul hazard area.
"What the hell is that thing?!"
Since I got attacked only after entering the difrent location, I think we are safe here. With no mentions of such a monster in any of the books that I read back at the clan mansion or even in the forest guide, I can only turn myself to Eve to clarify the situation.
"We don't have time for that now! We need to run!"
This is the first time when I could see such a terrified expression on her cute face. Trembling lips, dilated pupils and haggard breath made her look like a female heroine from low-class horrors.
"What do you mean? Isn't it in another area? Monsters are unable to change their location here, its a common knowledge!"
I think she is just shaken by the appearance of this insane monster. While its figure is laughable for me because of how close it resembles the earthly penguins, it did fly… I even remember a funny video from my previous world when some serious scientist was explaining why those animals can't rise into the air in another way than jumping from the cliffs! Well, when in a cultivation world, one should disregard all the earthy logic!

As I extend my leg forward to step closer to the girl, I feel an intense heat coming my way! Using up the fact that I was already setting up myself to move, I push away with my remaining leg and throw myself at the Eve. Just as we fall down to the ground, I glance back only to see a pillar of fire appearing at the place I stood at just a moment before!
How the hell did this penguin managed to land a hit to the area outside its lair?!
"This monster is not a normal demonic beast. It's this forest overlord! Not even the sect master would be able to stand her ground against it, not to speak about us! With how powerful it is, the forest barrier is powerless against it!"
Still trembling in fear, Eve managed to utter such words.
Why do you tell me this only now!
If I knew there was such a monstrum in this training ground I would pay special attention to never leave the safe spots!
But what is done is done. Prompting myself up, I grab Eve's waist and start running towards the trees. No matter how powerful this monster is, it directed its attack against me, not Eve. With that said, If we manage to make it lose its line of sight, with no aura steeming from cultivation, it shouldn't be able to ever locate us in the dense bush!

It's cause I'm a genius
The story of a college kid who would go from being bored to standing at the top of all worlds. Going through the journey of wrecking the capitalist society and surviving a zombie apocalypse as well as discovering the ancient secrets to cultivation, journeying through the various different worlds and saving humanity along the way..... Just for fun. Current schedule : 3 chapters per week: actually it's gonna be a bit more as I plan to release a chapter on the even days of the month. Meaning usually there will be 3 chapters a week, there will be weeks with 4 chapters. Anyway it's just easier that way to set the timer for the chapter releases Disclaimer: This is a work of fiction and any characters or events that might resemble something in reality is a coincidence that's weirder than krillen beating jiren. Have fun
