The Silver Crescent Alpha Prince Chapter 99

Dawn was feeling heavy. She stopped breathing. These people were writing her life and she didn't even know about it. Azura kept her in the dark. So many conspiracies swirled around her. Her knees were wobbly. Avarice and selfishness had driven these hungry wolves to a derogatory level.
Niall patted the wooden bench on the side and said, "Sit down Dawn. You are going to need all your courage."
When Dawn didn't budge from her place Niall shrugged and twisted her mouth. "Your wish." She sipped more of her drink. "Azura's hopes rekindled when he saw your photo on Jason's phone. He threatened Jason to not touch you.
"Jason and Azura are partners in many businesses. Since Azura is the leader of neotides, his partnership comes with its perks. So Jason made a deal with Azura. The deal was to get back his gaming company from Daryn by using your expertise in exchange of sparing you. We decided that you are going to stay anonymously in Bainsburgh, and once we will get The Jupiter Inc. back, Azura would take you away someplace else and marry you. That ways everything would have settled down quietly but you Dawn, you—" Niall laughed like a mad and looked up at the sky. "You seduced the CEO of The Silver House. Your greediness took over you! You stole him from Maya!"
Dawn narrowed her eyes at her and crossed her arms across her chest.
Niall's face became red with fury. She said, "You disappeared from the grid. You didn't get the information Azura asked you to and put him in a lurch. Jason was so sure that he would again become the CEO of The Jupiter Inc. but you thrashed his plans. You even did a hostile takeover of his company Neo Software." Niall was shaking at this point. "Dawn, you vile, you think that Jason is going to tolerate it? He will show you what it is to mess with him. Today he is going to snatch his company back and put you on the stakes. Everyone present here will know your true colors. We will expose you and your greediness. Did you think that we wouldn't come to know that you have launched a new game?" Niall laughed as her shoulders shook. "Even Maya is going to ruin you. After today, you won't see the light of the day."

Dawn tilted her head and asked, "Why are you so interested in Jason?"
She brought her hand forward to display the diamond ring she was wearing. "Look at this. We will be marrying soon."
Dawn scoffed and shook her head. "All that jewelry you are wearing, it belongs to me. Jason bought it from my father's money."
Niall's face twisted. "Then watch me wearing it nicely because you will never get it." She got up and started to walk back. Suddenly she stopped and said, "Enjoy your downfall," and sashayed back inside the hall.
Dawn looked up at the sky. There was a burning sensation in her eyes. She berated her father, "Why didn't you listen to me? Why did you get Helena? Couldn't you look into the future? See what we are left with. Are you happy?" Her shoulders shook as a wave of emotions passed through her body. She walked to sit on the bench and closed her eyes. Am image of Daryn flashed across her mind – of how he smiled with her, how he made her feel complete and how much he trusted her. The confidence that drained from her body returned with full force. She clenched her fists. So it was Niall who gave them her whereabouts. They all hatched a plan to get her from Bradford for their selfish reasons on the pretext of offering her a job. Why did Azura betray her trust? It was so twisted. She got up from her place and walked inside the hall.
As soon as she stepped inside, she heard the pure bloods snickering at her.
"Such a shameless neotide!"
"She stole Daryn from Maya."
"Maya is depressed because of her."
"Poor Maya, she is so insulted, yet plan on forgiving Daryn."
"Yes, this bitch should walk out from their lives even if she has an ounce of dignity left."

With her head held high, Dawn continued to walk to where Daryn was standing. Pia and Caleb were scolding him for being such a douchebag.
"Please don't scold him," Maya urged. "It is not his fault." She looked at Dawn and pointed at her with angry eyes and contorted face. "It is her fault for seducing Daryn. My Daryn is not like this. We have known each other for ages. Humph! We will get over her." Suddenly in a raised voice she said, "She is the cause of my depression. We had called the neotides to foster our relationships, but it is the neotides like her who can't tolerate good things." She looked at her father and said, "Father, please throw her out. One rotten fish will dirty the entire pond." She started crying.
Her mother came to her and held her rubbed her shoulders as she stared at Dawn. "We love peace and don't disturb anyone's life. Please leave this place," she pleaded Dawn.
Dawn shook her head at the theatrics of Maya. She huffed and caught Daryn's hand. Daryn took a deep breath and looked at Neal. Neal in turn raised his right hand in the air as if gesturing someone and suddenly a recorded conversation started playing,
["Maya: Father, I need your help."
Brad: "In what way? I will send more money if you want, but don't call again and again."
Maya: "I want you to send some of your men to kill a few neotides and make it look like that it was the Silvers who did it."]
Everyone in the hall was stunned. A silence fell upon all the guests.
Maya's face became pale like ghost. It was the conversation she had with her father when she wanted to kill Dawn. She looked up and around as to where was the sound coming from.
"What is going on?" Brad shouted. It was his home and he was in the center of a major controversy.
[Brad: "What? Are you mad? Why would I do that? If Daryn comes to know about these senseless killings, he would take two minutes to break his engagement with you. As such he is not on good terms with you."
Maya: "He is already going to break it."
"Why?"]
Maya screamed, "Stop it!"
Her mother left her shoulders as she watched the guests. Blood drained from her face.
Maya found the recorder and ran towards it like lifting her dress. She had planned a perfect showdown for Dawn and Daryn and was certain that Dawn would be insulted and thrown out of the community of the pure bloods. She had even called Jason to do the closure so that she would be chucked out of the community of the neotides but how did had the tables turn?
[Maya: I don't know father. I just want you to kill a neotide called Dawn Wyatt also.]
Maya reached the recorder. She picked it up and threw it on the ground to smash it. There was a slight pause. Her mouth became dry and heart palpitated heavily. "Who planted this recorder here?" she yelled. "This is all bogus and fake. Someone is trying to tarnish my father's reputation and mine."

Dungeon Darwinism: Deepest Dungeon
Dungeons are a lot like sea turtles. They’re born in clutches of dozens, if not hundreds. A hundred may be born at one time, buried in still burning cities, or in forests where the canopy hides the sky, or in ocean trenches at the bottom of the sea. But only one in a clutch ever makes it to the surface. Everyone knows about dungeons— monstrous factories that emerge out of the earth, full of riches and Arcana and power— and monsters. But most of humanity only know about the dungeons that make it. Mark doesn’t know anything about dungeons. He isn’t from this world, and only as a victim of circumstance has he become an unwilling half of a dungeoncore. The other half is a Dark Lord. (Rewrite)

Raul The Reality-Reshaper
Raul Medrano had believed he was a normal human his entire life until the day he turned 21. The night before his 21st birthday he had a strange dream and acquired something dubbed a "system" that swore it would help him adjust to his status as a "higher being" and a "reality reshaper". And so began Raul's life as an immensely powerful adventurer who has and uses a variety of powers to change his world, and the grander omniverse for the better. This story features an overpowered protagonist who meets and faces off against other overpowered entities, but it begins with the protagonist in a small world where he swiftly becomes one of the big dogs so conflict, in the beginning, isn't going to be especially challenging. This story also mixes elements from my own distinct setting, the multiverse in which "A Solitary God" takes place, with elements from the settings created by people over on the NSFW CYOA (Choose your own adventure) subreddit, such as TroyxPage, and specific CYOAs such as "Goddess of Mankind" and "Love Azathoth" into one distinct, wholly original story. When relevant I'll post links to the CYOAs a chapter references in the author's notes section. Image credit: I got the image for the cover from Pixabay. This story was posted originally on ScribbleHub and will continue to be posted both there and elsewhere.

Ode to Fallen Angels
Jericho, the land of humanity, squirms in pain. Magic has been forbidden for so long in this so called "Age of Silence", that all Arcane knowledge has been presumed lost and irrecoverable, and the echoes of God's Will grow fainter with every passing year. The sight of Demihuman caravans is less frequent every day, as the likes of orcs and elves have learned to no longer beg for help from those who despise them. Clearly, they can expect more from the voracious wild lands than from humankind. Many have succumbed to despair, some driven mad by their fruitless efforts to bring back a Golden Age that they only ever read about in books. And in the middle of it all, in an old chapel lost in the Eastern lands, young Gabrielle lives in complete ignorance. She is another orphan living under the mercy of the Church of the Saints; one bearing the mark of evil in her red hair, the telltale sign of a Witch. In an Age of the Silent, the Prejudiced, and the Hateful, she clings to a single hope: that one day, be it in life or maybe after it all ends, she may find herself forgiven of her sin. The sin of being born.

Alpha King's Human (completed)
I looked out of the window. The huge window had bars on it. It was designed in a way only I could see outside world. That's what I could only do. I could never live there. Why? There were two huge arms wrapped around me like chains as I stared at the window blankly. "Mate, I can still feel your dislike towards me. Tell me, what should I do to gain your affection. I'll do everything you say or buy anything for you. I love you, mate. Name it"I stared at his wolf eyes filled with love which made my heart churn. I pressed my urge to puke and stared blankly at him."Free me" "I told you. I'll never leave you. How dare you think about going away mate. I'll fuck you so hard that you won't be able to step out of the bed. Then you'll carry my pups. Let's see how you'll deny my love" He growled angrily. In a minute. I was lying under him naked... Again.---
