Since the next morning, Yelena started to have many visitors from the army. But her current condition was not good enough to host such a huge amount of visitors.

General Logan Arista even issued an order to restrict army personnel from visiting her unless they were the Captain's good acquaintance, which put Yelena at much ease.

Felix left the hospital early in the morning. He said that he had something to deal with and promised Yelena that he would be back soon.

The Captain thought that she would finally be able to have a good rest. She was about to have some sleep in the dusk after dealing with countless visitors, until one man entered her hospital room.

Yelena saw the man and instantly frowned. "Ahh! Will you let me have some rest?" She said playfully.

Major General Lucian laughed at her. "They said your condition is not good. Did I got the wrong news?" He walked to her and sat beside her bed.

"You received the right news. I almost died due to endless visitations!" Yelena blurted out. In fact, she was very happy to meet the man.

"Where is your new boyfriend?" The Maj. Gen. teased her.

Yelena looked at the man with a suspicious face. "How do you know that?"

"I know everything." The man proudly said.

Yelena sighed. "Did my father tell you? If you are here to take my father's side, then don't bother. Besides, of all people, at least you cannot say such things." She fake a grumpy face.

She talked with her family in the morning and she finds out how her father was against Felix. So she understands right away that her father send him to talked her out of the relationship. Her father knows that she always respect and obeyed this man.

"Why?" He asked dumbfoundedly.

He pour a glass and gulp it as he was very tired and thirsty due to the exhausting day. With the new operation coming up, he needs to supervise and look after everything.

"How could you do that while you are the matchmaker?!"

Maj. Gen. Lucian spit out the water that he was currently drinking! He cannot believe what he just heard.

"What?! The matchmaker? Since when did I became your matchmaker?" He blurted out.

Yelena laughed so hard at the man's reaction but it was not good for her injury. She gritted her teeth in pain and placed her hand on her injured chest.

"Are you okay?" Maj. Gen. Lucian worriedly asked her.

"I'm fine, Uncle Matchmaker." She still take the initiative to tease the man who was the same age as her father.

Maj. Gen. Lucian helplessly sigh. "I didn't remember myself playing a matchmaking between the two of you."

"You don't? But I still remember that you are the one who insisted to make me do the mission when I asked to withdraw." Yelena hinted with a malicious smile.

"And how is that matchmaking?" The Maj. Gen. still refused to accept the new title. Besides, who would want to have such a ridiculous nickname?!

"If you didn't insisted back then, Felix and I will not end up like this. We might only have a memories of each other in a foreign country." Yelena frankly replied.

The uncle sigh again in defeat. "Fine. I won't say anything then. But will you please tell your father that I tried to persuade you but failed? You know his temper." He gave her a pleading look.

"I will tell my father that you are our matchmaker." Yelena finds it quite fun to tease her uncle. Besides she was not pleased that he took her father's side.

Maj. Gen. Lucian was very surprised by Yelena's cheerful behaviour. He had known her since the moment she was born but she was never as carefree as she is now!

Did the Crown Prince influenced her to this extent? Is this the power of love? He can't help but feel happy for her! She deserves to be happy.

"Do you love Prince Felix this much? To be honest, Yelena, you are like a new person today." He said to her with a warm smile.

"Is it that evident?" Yelena awkwardly smiled. She didn't want to be labelled as a lovestruck fool!

"I'm glad that you find happiness. Don't worry. If it makes you this happy, I will try to help you in persuading your father. After all, I'm still his best friend." He reassured her. "I want the daughter of my precious friend to always smile like you did today."

Felix was sitting in one of the rooms of the Edeladon Royal Palace. His mother and father, his aunt Princess Gianna and his cousin Prince Alonzo were also with him.

In 1990, the Edeladon Parliament passed a law to allow the eldest child to inherit the throne regardless of their gender.

Felix father was the second child but also the Crown Prince at that time. So according to the law, Princess Gianna, the older sister of Felix's father should replace him as the heiress to the throne of Edeladon.

But Princess Gianna refused to be the Crown Princess because she doesn't want her younger brother to be strip off from his position of the heir.

As such, the Parliament made an exception to let the then Crown Prince inherit the throne as planned. But starting from the next generation i.e. Prince Felix, the eldest child will become the Crown Prince or Crown Princess of Edeladon.

It was also the same reason why Princess Gianna's son, Alonzo was given the title of Prince despite having a different surname inherited from his father.

Despite receiving a strange and unpleased look from almost everyone on the room, Felix calmly sit still as if he didn't see their disappointing look.

"So, who is the woman who keep you from returning to your homeland?" His mother the Queen finally broke the silence that goes on for quite a while.

"Mother, she didn't stopped me from returning. It was my own decision." Felix corrected the misunderstanding.

Maybe his mother thought that some brazen woman cling onto him again for money! But he didn't want Yelena to be misunderstood even before meeting his family.

"She is an Army Officer." Prince Alonzo said with a nonchalant face.

Felix looked at his cousin with a shocked face! How did he know? Did his mischievous cousin had someone spy on him again?!

"I have my way." Prince Alonzo said with a mischievous smile as he saw his cousin's bewildered face.

"What?! An Army Officer? Do you mean that the woman is a soldier of Silveren Army?" The Queen exclaimed with disbelief.

"This is very unexpected, son." The King finally spoke up.

An Army Officer of Silveren? He doubt that the people would accept the woman. After all, the Crown Prince's wife will not only be the daughter in law of their family, but also a future Queen of their country. It was why the people's opinion will be very crucial!

"I don't really care about other's opinion. As long as I love her, that's the only thing that matters." Prince Felix stated firmly.

"Are you sure she is not after your fame or money?" Prince Alonzo asked.

"That's exactly what I'm thinking." The Queen immediately supported her nephew.

The question immediately angered Felix. Fame and money? Did his family think that he is dumb enough to not able to identify a good and bad woman?

"Fame? Money? Why would Yelena stay with me for such things when her family is even more richer than us?!" He snapped. His eyes were dangerously fierce.

"What do you mean?" The Queen asked. Can a soldier be richer than a royal family?! She didn't understand at all.

Prince Alonzo also stared at Felix with a confused face. Richer than them? His source didn't told him such things.

"You only heard her first name, but never heard her last name. Yelena's surname is Arista." Prince Felix calmly said.

Arista? Prince Alonzo eyes almost popped out when he heard the famous and powerful surname.

"Arista? As in Vanessa Arista of TR Group?" He asked Felix with disbelief.

"Yes. Yelena is the only daughter of TR Group. But her identity have nothing to do with me loving her. I only said this because I don't want you to misunderstand her as a lowly woman who is after me for money." Felix declared.

"But still, this cannot happen." The Queen argued again.

Felix was at the end of his patience now. He looked at his mother with a deadly serious face.

"You refused to acknowledge Cara because she was a poor orphan. Now I love a woman with a good family background and wealth, yet you still refused to accept her. In your eyes, Mother, just what kind of woman would qualify to be your daughter-in-law?" He snapped with a high voice.

When the restricted name was finally mentioned by Felix, the room became eerily quiet with their face plastered with shock as if they were shooting a horror movie.....
