Princess Lana looked at her youngest sister with contempt. How could that young girl do this to her?
"No she was not invited by the hero Elder Gu," Princess Song replied with determination. "It was the Princess herself who asked if she can join me in the hero's home,"
"This is all true, I wasn't invited," The Highest Princess admitted to save her reputation. She thought that since the truth was splattered in front of their faces, she should clarify things then. "I was indeed the one who asked if I can stay in the hero's house,"
Princess Song almost rolled an eye at her but chose not to. If she wasn't pressed to the edge she would surely not speak and would allow the rumors to go and prejudiced the hero. Does she think she can get what she wants by pressuring the hero through rumors? Surely she does not know him yet.
"The rice bowl that she made too was out of her gratitude for the hero," Princess Song added, missing out no detail that would cause another rumor. "She made it herself thinking it would lessen the hero's burden but this was because she owe him for letting her stay in his house and not because she had a role to play in the hero's house,"
"I see," Chieftain Enoch held a deep sigh with all the revelation. He was actually amazed at how well Darryl took this one because as far as he could remember he previously cleared out mess without taking consideration whose reputation will be ruined. However this time, he took consideration of the highest princess and spoke nothing about the rumors. Was he trying not to cause more headache to him? Or probably he doesn't find the rumos worthy of his attention at all.

"So these were all just misunderstandings," The Chieftain added.
"Yes, Chieftain. This is all because I had been careless, not considering the fact that letting the princess stay would cause a concern especially that the hero and the Highest princess had no close relation whatsoever. I sincerely apologize for it," Princess Song continued, "To not cause more ruckus, after the banquet, I will leave the Hero's household together with the Highest Princess and settle in the chambers prepared for us by the Baruk's staff,"
"Very well then," Chieftain Enoch thought this was a very good idea to avoid more complications. He then turned to Darryl and apologized himself, "I apologize hero for my two sisters actions that caused you inconvenience,"
"Do not worry about it, I wasn't bothered that much," Darryl replied politely. Everyone settled back on their seats ready to forget the matter as it had already been cleared but the Highest Princess laid down her concerns in an attempt to turn the tables.
"But Chieftain, how are we going to take Illa Durray's vision?" She asked him to remind the Chieftain and everyone in there about it. "She is a great seer, she won't blabber things like that out of nothing. If she says I am to give birth to the hero's son then it must mean that such a child has a great role to play,"
"Indeed Illa Durray's vision should not be taken lightly," Elder Gu affirmed the princess's words. "Illa Durray's visions all concerns the welfare of the tribe, it must mean the child she was referring to was someone very important to our future,"
"Indeed Elder Gu," She was relieved someone agreed with her. She then flushed a very concerned face for everyone to see. "I actually had a weird feeling when she mentioned the child. I don't know but it was like...like she was referring to the child of the moon,"

"The child of the moon?" Everyone looked at each other, surprised. The mention of the description then caused an uproar in the crowd of guests as if what they had heard was something of great significance.
The child of the moon was mentioned in the great Messah's prophecy many centuries ago. It was said that a child will be born with the blessings of the moon who will bring redemption and far greater glory to the Manggan people. That child was then called as a child of the moon whom they all believe will come and redeem them from the curses of the Devil's child and the red moon. However, centuries had passed and no such child bore the mark of the moon and so such a prophecy remained a mystery to everyone.
"Highest Princess are you certain of this?" The guest started throwing questions.
"Nothing can be certain. All I know was that the child Illa Durray had mentioned plays an important part of the Manggan Tribe, if not, then why was its birth appear in the seer's vision?"
"That is true. Illa Durray's visions are all reliable," Everyone agreed. With that, all the guests turn to their Chieftain, almost demanding him to do something with them. "Chieftain, this is a serious matter. We need to make sure Illa Durray's vision will come true. We have to make sure the Highest princess will give birth to the Hero's child!"
Hearing the commotion as well as the narration of Illa Durray's vision sent Chieftain Enoch some shivers. However as the Chieftain he must think of it clearly as visions are only fragments that don't give much of the future's story.
"Calm everyone. Indeed Illa Durray might have seen a vision but we are not sure of the interpretation of it. Let us hold our horses and not decide based on impulse,"
"Chieftain, the vision of Illa Durray was clear, I am to give birth to the Hero's child," The Highest Princess insisted. Deep inside her she knew she was meant to be with the hero and that she belonged to her household. Thus she will fight for what she thinks she deserves. "Can't you see Chieftain? All these rumors went off because there is a reason. Don't you think fate had prepared my way so that I would end in the hero's household? I have many dreams in my life and my position as the Highest Princess was significant and yet, I am very willing to sacrifice it all to give to the prophecy. Don't you think it's rather unfair that I am the only one who is making a sacrifice?"
