Six years had gone up so fast.
In old elite museum, a night patroller roamed around with a flashlight in his hand. He was certain no living soul would made it inside without blowing up the alarm because the administration installed the best security devices to keep thieves away from the place. However, there was some force inside him—like a hunch or something that drove him on his feet and do a patrol, making sure every corner of the museum was empty.
For the last six years, news about stolen pieces and artworks made by the Diamond Prince flooded the whole country. Every week, a masterpiece got stolen in just a split of second unexpectedly taking no considerable circumstances at all. Some pieces were stolen in bright lights, while all people were there and some got stolen at night, when darkness loom and there was nothing but the sound of emptiness.
This particular museum was one of the few that the master thief hadn't visited and to show that such thief wasn't welcome, they hired men and installed the most high tech and the best security devices hoping the master thief was too old to handle them and would end up sparing them from his plans.
"Who's there?" The patroller directed his flashlight onto something. He caught a silhouette few meters from him and although some panic rose into his stem, he tried to keep calm.
The silhouette evaporated in an instant that it came as a wonder to the patroller who was capable of doing that. Right then, he thought of the master thief but hoped that he will not do any visit soon. It's not that he was afraid of him as there was no record of the master thief hurting anyone but there was a possibility that he will be fired from his job once a scandalous robbery will put the museum in the news.

He gave a sigh of relief when after few seconds, nothing really weird happened. He went on and check the Diamond Prince's painting that they were all concerned of as it would probably be the subject of the master thief's robbery, but the painting was still there, pasted safe and good on the wall. After the master thief stole all of the La Agartha, he started stealing other collections of the Diamond Prince like his paintings that were also seized off by the Montarini debtors.
"You'll only bring this museum down," The patroller pointed a finger at the Huzey's painting, as if its some kind of a living thing. "I wonder why the director of the museum hadn't get rid of you yet when they were all sure the master thief will come for you anytime soon,"
"It's good that you were kind of expecting me," An unexpected voice came that gave the patroller a silent panic while his heart was racing against its own.
"Who are you?" He flushed his flashlight to where the voice came from but saw nothing. In an attempt to protect the precious painting they possess, the patroller went in front of it, hoping his big body was enough to block all intruders away.
"Awww, so protective," The voice came in again, "It's true that I have a special like for all of the Diamond prince's paintings but I'm not here for it tonight,"
The patroller's head formed lines, but he thought whoever was assaulting him was only trying to play tricks on him, so he did not put his guard down and continued to protect the painting.
"Tsk..tsk..tsk.. there are far more important business I'm after tonight than the painting you have right there," The voice mocked at the patrollers actual response. "But I can take it later after I'm done with you,"

When he heard the word 'you', fear found the man. His legs grew weak and his stomach lurch as his mind was exploding as to what does the master thief wanted with him.
"Me?" He spoke with a cackling in his voice, "But the master thief does not have record of assaulting or hurting anyone whenever he steals something… are you not the master thief?"
"I told you, I'm not here to steal anything," The voice came with a chuckle as if the person who owned it was very well entertained as how his prey was too helpless at the moment. He liked the glow in his eyes, the glow of fear and confusion.
"What do you want from me?" The patrollers shouted as horror flushed into his eyes. Was the news about the master thief not hurting anyone false? Why does it seemed like he was about to get hurt at any moment? Was the person talking to him the master thief in the first place?
Soon, the patroller heard a clicking of boots, as if someone was about to show himself. Then right in one corner, a silhouette appeared, and the person came in a scandalous red suit, as scandalous as the reputation of the Master thief.
"Red," The patroller said, "You are a… a…"
"Before I introduce myself, why don't you introduce yourself to me first," A smile contorted at the person's face as he walked closer to the patroller with that red suit he was wearing.
"I am… please don't hurt me,"
"That depends whether how honest you can be with me," The person said, licking his own lips with his tongue, as if he was hungry and the view of the patroller's frightened face gave such person some satisfaction.
"What do you want," The patroller was shaking before him. The person looked as natural as any other thief or intruder he had encountered before, but there was something in his eyes and the way he handles himself that drove him too frightened just to be standing before him.
"Answers to my questions...," In a split second, the person was already at his back, pointing something sharp on his neck. He couldn't see what weapons he used but it was too sharp that he dared not to move,"
"...Let's start by you giving me information about the Montarini mine bombing few years ago," The voice came in like a threat and the patroller's eyes opened wide in shock as if he coulnd't believe someone had found out about the thing.
