As A Cardinal, I Don't Do Overtime Chapter 201

The ignorant goblins had no idea that the Elven Queen had long since broken through to the peak of the Holy Rank and had reached the demigod level.
"You're getting too happy!"
When the four goblin elders were only a few dozen meters away from Link, her hand started glowing with a dazzling golden light as she waved it in front of her.
The four goblin elders instantly stopped in their tracks.
"What's going on?"
A strange power enveloped them, but before they could react, they had already turned into four fat sheep under the watchful eyes of all the goblins and elves.
"Baa ~"
"Baa!"
Four snow-white sheep stood in the middle of the two armies, their faces full of fear.
WTF?
Who am I? Where am I?
Monn and the others, who were watching the battle, were also stunned.
What was going on?
How did the four goblin elders, who were being so aggressive just a moment ago, suddenly turn into four fat lambs?
Was that the effect of the Elven Queen's spell?
At this moment, Ace and the others were all dumbfounded.
Monn's expression also became solemn.
As expected, no one could be underestimated!
On this continent, there were all kinds of strange spells.
If Monn was unwittingly attacked by this spell, he would probably also lose miserably.
Thinking of this, a sense of urgency suddenly rose in Monn's heart.
Even if he didn't master these spells, he should have some understanding of them, so that he wouldn't fall for them without any form of understanding.
He would be finished if that happens.
..
Beside the luxurious carriage, the fat-headed and big-eared King Zar sat on the ground. He sat on the ground.
He watched helplessly as the four great elders of the kingdom were 'transformed' into four sheep. He simply could not believe his own eyes, he cried out involuntarily, "Great Dragon God, how is this possible? What kind of spell is that? It can actually turn a Holy Rank elder into a sheep? Could it be the legendary divine spell?"

"The elder has turned into a sheep?"
"The sheep that the elder who has turned into is so fat!"
"I want to roast the sheep elder and sprinkle some cumin and pepper on it. It will taste great!"
"I'm drooling just thinking about it!"
"Retreat! Retreat! That Elven Queen must have mastered some kind of evil druid spell! We can't go over there. Once we approach, we will also turn into sheep!"
"Retreat? Kill!"
The goblins at the front wanted to retreat, but the goblins at the back were still charging forward crazily, with countless elven arrows falling from above their heads.
For a moment, the Goblin Army was in total chaos.
Countless goblins fell to the ground and were trampled to death by their own comrades.
"Usmari, take these sheep away!"
"Oh, oh, yes, Your Majesty!"
Usmari and the surrounding elves were all stunned.
They also saw Her Majesty the Elven Queen wave the golden spell in her hand and turn the four Holy Rank goblin elders into sheep. This was simply unbelievable.
Soon, the four fat sheep were taken away by the elves.
Although the sheep elders were all screaming in terror, they were unable to resist capture at all. This was because, during the transformation, all of their powers were sealed. Apart from their souls being those of goblins, they were no different from real sheep, even their meat was mutton.
King Zar was furious.
"Don't retreat, kill them! Get the four elders back!"
"Charge!"
The Goblin Army immediately charged forward.
The Elven Queen waved the golden spell in her hand again. When the strange power swept past, the hundreds of goblin warriors in front of her were all turned into sheep in an instant.
She kept waving the golden spell in her hand, and with each wave more and more goblin warriors were turned into sheep.

At a glance, the battlefield had transformed into a vast expanse of whiteness, with bleating sounds coming one after another.
King Zar and the rest of the goblin warriors were so scared that they almost wet their pants.
Without saying anything, they immediately turned around and ran.
Facing the Elven Queen, they were all already dead, there was no way to fight this war!
"Retreat! Retreat!"
King Zar was so scared that he quickly climbed onto the carriage.
The underground dragon roared and pulled the carriage towards the city gate.
The Elven Queen said, "Usmari, pass down the order. Have all ballistas aim at the city wall and destroy it!"
"Yes, Your Majesty!"
From the elven ballistas, ten piercing arrows that were several meters long shot out with ear-piercing explosions. In an instant, they had crossed hundreds of meters and nailed onto the city wall.
Bang bang bang bang...
Along with the sound of explosions, ten huge holes instantly appeared on the city wall.
Within a minute, the ten ballistas had finished firing all the piercing arrows they carried.
The city wall of the Goblin Kingdom was riddled with holes.
When the chaotic Goblin Army wanted to pass through the city gate and escape into the city, the city wall that was already on the verge of collapse suddenly collapsed. Instantly, countless goblin warriors were buried under the rubble.
The Elven Queen looked at the desperate and miserable goblins without any pity.
This was war!
The defeated side had to bear the price of destruction. If it was the elves who had lost, they would have suffered even more because of these greedy and ugly goblins. These greedy and ugly goblins treated the elves as food.
"Pass my order, attack the Goblin Kingdom! Kill all the goblins!"
The war had lasted for nearly three hours before it gradually came to an end.
The streets of the Goblin Kingdom were filled with the corpses of the goblins. Some were cut in half, while others had their heads pierced by the arrows of the elves.
The screams of pain could no longer be heard.
There were only a large number of sheep screaming in fear.
These were the goblins that had been transformed by the divine spell, into sheep.
As Link walked, she kept waving the golden spell in her hand. There were at least 30,000 goblins that had been transformed into sheep. In other words, there were now more than 30,000 sheep in the Goblin Kingdom. Not only were there goblin warriors, but there were also goblin residents among the sheep.
"Your Majesty," asked Eiffel, "What should we do with these sheep? Kill them?"
The Elven Queen thought for a moment and said, "No need. Move them to the magical beast forest and let them fend for themselves."
Eiffel hesitated for a moment and asked, "What if they transform back into goblins?"
The Elven Queen chuckled and said confidently, "Don't worry. The goblins that have gone through my Holy Rank spell [ Sheep Transformation ] have permanently turned into sheep. They will never turn back into goblins."
Hearing that, Eiffel heaved a sigh of relief.
As long as these goblins did not transform back, it would be fine.
After expending so much effort to completely destroy the goblins, Eiffel didn't want to leave any chance for them to retaliate.
At this moment, Monn and the others rushed over.
Hearing the Elven Queen's words,.
Monn understood.
It was indeed a divine spell.
Wasn't this spell name a little too casual though?

What Was Lost Outside Time
What happens to a mind, subjected to an infinite span of time? What remains, when it is taken out again? This is the story of an individual reborn after such time has passed that nothing remains of what it was; an individual who must learn once again what it is to be, beginning with awareness of the idea of awareness, and growing from there; from awareness of self, to awareness of others, to awareness of society, and on. This is the story of a mind; growing, learning, adapting, and becoming more. -- Currently the first three chapters are - well, kind of experimental. I both like and hate these; they were a pain to write, and I'm told by at least one person that they're painful to get through, but I think something like them is necessary to set one of the basic ideas about the way the story is written. It gets slightly more normal after that, the first arc of the story is rather "battle school", and I think I may need to go back and edit it - the characterization didn't end up working out as well as I had originally hoped, unfortunately, and ended up rather weak to my eye. I may go back and add a sub-plot or two, depending on how well I can handle the intended perspective shift of the second arc. -- Currently on hiatus, in case that wasn't obvious. I'm debating between rewriting large portions of what I've already written, and just finishing out the story, but either way, I don't actually have a clear idea of what I want to do right now. If I'm still feeling the same way in a few months I'll put a chapter up explaining where the story was going, maybe, so the people who have enjoyed it can know where the story was intended to go, and close this out.

The Pugilist
Vincent Roy Salazar has never been your common folk. He climbed any mountain he found in front of him. From a bright young student to an accomplished professor, his life can be described as a continuous race to the top of his chosen fields. Patriarch of a loving family, proud father of three already grown siblings, Roy realizes that his life is the perfect picture of what the average man strives for, and for that he is truly grateful. But happiness is a difficult-to-reach goal, and as he lies in a pool of his own blood, his fist cracked, a young lady crying while cradling his head, he remembers what really gave sense to his youth. Pure Unadulterated Violence The Pugilist wants to be a different take on isekai shenanigans. What would happen if instead of a moronic idiot, a depressed high schooler, or a wannabe hero the one to get his do-over is a fully grown man that has already seen what life has to offer in full? Someone who conformed himself to society, but has always craved something different? In a journey of self-discovery, academy building, god-slaying, and absolutely no harem we follow someone driven by logic, experience, and a smokey goal: to fuck shit up, have fun while doing so, and maybe resume his career as a professor for those strange, magic-wielding, unstable youths that seems to never get enough of his presence. Guys, a few notes, first of all, this is my first time writing long-form fiction. I have a background in psychology, and my main income comes from writing dreary financial articles on SEO blogs. But after a bad break-up, and finding myself falling asleep only while thinking of deus ex machina for stories on this site (and for APGTE) I decided to try my hand at this web series thingy. I'm confident in my grammar, but that's it. Everything else will be a first time, and as such any constructive criticism is encouraged and gratefully accepted. Now, on the story. Romance will be introduced once my little heart is mended, if you are scared of LGBT you may be turned off by the fact that I plan to have no taboo of any kind in my universe, but I won't ever write detailed sex scenes for any characters so don't worry too much. The litRPG part is very light and will take place later in the novel, but it's a key component nonetheless, for world-building and storyline reasons. I already have everything big planned out, so I won't drop it outta nowhere, and I hope you won't find too many flaws in how things pan out. I plan to make The Pugilist an interactive story, with secondary characters created by my audience and introduced after tweaks and careful planning. The main reason I'm writing this is that I want to build a community for myself in this time of isolation. I discovered that exercising, playing the piano or video games means jack-shit when you are utterly miserable, so I hope to give some value to my readers in exchange for praise, fame, money, and companionship. I give full props to anyone who has read this whole mess of a synopsis: I hope to not disappoint too much, now let's write some more steaming garbage that will be in dire need of editing later on.
