Summoner Of Miracles Chapter 245

Chapter 245
Even after SAO has turned into a death game, the conflict between beta testers and common players was probably inevitable.
The beta testers will definitely use their knowledge to gain as much resource as possible and pulled ahead of the common players.
Common players who didn’t know the game’s details like beta testers couldn’t keep up with them, and that was why they couldn’t tolerate the beta testers who kept the resources to themselves.
As a result, a thousand testers became the subject of common player’s hostility and hatred.
That was why Kirito said that Rozen was in danger.
“Let alone beta testers, even normal players will know who you are once they see that butterfly of yours, are you aware of that?”
Kirito said while looking at Rozen intently.
“You won’t even be able to hide the fact that you’re a beta tester.”
Most beta testers changed their in game alias, plus their avatar has turned into their real-life appearance, making it even harder for others to recognize that they were beta testers.
But that was not the case for Rozen, even though his appearance has changed, his in game alias and the Rainbow Butterfly easily told others who he was.
“You saw the reactions of the beta testers earlier, right? Unless you hid that butterfly, they’ll find out who you are in an instant.”
Kirito said since he was worried.
“Even so, do you still want to go to the main block?”
But…
“As I said, it can’t be helped. If they’re gonna hate, they’re gonna hate, there’s nothing I can do about it.”
“But…” Kirito hasn’t given up.
“But what? Must I refrain myself from using a tamed beast? Or never enter the main settlement?” Rozen interrupted Kirito, saying: “Since it already happened, and other players already found out, might as well stick with this and surprise them.”

Kirito couldn’t say anything back, but he still couldn’t agree with Rozen
“Okay, okay. If this can make you slightly more relieved, I won’t go to the Town of Beginnings. I’ll search for the NPC in other villages. Besides, if I’m in the safe zone, no one can touch me, and even if I’m outside the safe zone, I got this little guy to notify me if any player is approaching, so I can get away easily if some players have any sort of ill intent.” Rozen helplessly said while pointing at the Rainbow Butterfly
Rozen patted Kirito’s shoulder.
“I am actually more worried about you, Kirito.”
Compared to trying to save the world from humanity’s incineration, being stared and gossiped by some normal humans who could swing sword in this world was nothing serious.
Even if he was neither the only Master left, nor was he the prodigy in his family in this world, and he couldn’t even use magic, all he had was his gaming skill. But even so, he didn’t feel like he could lose to anyone in this world.
Meanwhile, Kirito was just an ordinary human who was good at games and other computer skills like programming.
However, no matter how ordinary he was, Kirito has become his brother for more than ten years.
This reminded Rozen of his brothers in the past world. Akabane Tenzen and Akabane Raishin.
The former was a true genius who was on par with Rozen.
The latter was a problematic child who was stubborn and rebellious.
Both of them were really troublesome.
In comparison, Kirito was much more normal, but that was why Rozen was even more worried about him.
“If you’re not that good at the game, I would’ve told you to stay at the Town of Beginnings instead of taking this thorny path.”

Rozen said so.
“…There’s no turning back.” Kirito said in a low voice: “I even left the friends I made during the beta test.”
“… Did you?” Rozen was silent for quite a while, then nodded and said: “Well, since you’ve made your resolve, then you must keep going. Otherwise, you will not be able to return to the real world.”
Loneliness and sadness were reflected in Kirito’s eyes.
Kirito then said.
“Aoga.” Kirito called him with his real name instead of his in-game alias and then asked: “How do you think Dad, Mom, and Suguha feel by now?”
Kirito finally voiced his concern about the real world.
Ever since coming out of the town, he never mentioned a word about the real world. He just pushed himself to face reality while avoiding to think about the real world.
But he could no longer avoid that topic when he spoke with Rozen like this.
“How am I supposed to know?” Rozen sighed and said: “But despite her airy nature, once she knew we were trapped here, she’ll be sad for sure, and Dad is very reliable. He’ll come back here once he knew about this, and support mom.”
“As for Suguha…” Rozen really smiled, and said: “She may hate games even more and us, she may think that we deserve this.”
When Kirito heard about this, he chuckled.
“Then, we have to go back to the real world to be properly scolded.”
Kirito uttered such a discourse with a smile while holding back his tears.
“Yeah.”
Rozen nodded.
Then these siblings finally decided to split up for the first time.
“Don’t die! Kirito!”
“You too! Rozen!”
Leaving those words as they parted ways, Rozen and Kirito ran toward the opposite direction.
“Goo!”
The Rainbow Butterfly flapped its wings to catch up with Rozen.
Rozen looked up at the bottom of the second floor.
“Just you wait …”
Rozen picked up his pace.

Where Giants Fall
A fantasy LitRPG about traversing through worlds and slaying giants with nothing but a wooden suit and an army of treants. Nicholas Atkins didn't expect to wake up naked in the glowing woods. What he did expect was waking up to a hangover after last night's party- fortunately, that wasn't the case. Unfortunately though, he had worse problems to take care of than a headache. At first he blamed it on the alcohol; from what he recalled in Biology, glowing flowers didn't exactly exist in the realm of reality. However he was as sober as he could be, so next he blamed the drugs, but there was a problem- he didn't have the money to do drugs in the first place. When the fairies came, things became even weirder. Talks of climbing towers, magic tricks, and dinner were all on the table. Of course, dinner was the priority, but so was getting back home. However slowly, Nico realized that he might actually want to stay in this fantasy world. After all, he's had enough listening to Professor Paul's lecture on calculus- the swords and sorceries were just an added bonus. Still, staying in this new world has its own costs- and money is but one thing on that long, long list. Updated everyday except Saturday GMT+8 (Specific time varies by around 30 minutes). Midthalion Saga
+++Working on new chapters. Share what I've posted with your friends and family! Be sure to build strong bonds with those who are important to you. We only have each other in this world for so long!+++ Can Roderick XXIII gather together and train a party of adventurers to clear out Madeon Caves and bring peace to the wildmarches of Midthalion? Sent from his home monastery in the west to the wildmarches of Midthalion, Roderick the Holy Avenger is devoted to living out his oath to bring the Holy Light to the dark corners of the world. He enlists the help of an old friend, Ulrich Vogelbrandt the dwarf druid, to train and prepare a fighting force capable of defending the west from the evil they both see gathering and growing in the east. Eoroth is an ode to Tolkienesque epic fantasy, Robert E Howard and H.P. Lovecraft's pulp fiction, and Gygaxian Dungeons & Dragons. I like to write about serious topics because I think it's fun. I hope it makes for a fun read. Place: Eoroth, a vast, flat world with many continents set in oceans that reach out and mingle with the Celestial Sea. Our story takes place on the continent of Thalion in the middle, unsettled region called Midthalion. Peoples: Races in Eoroth aren't different species; the species of man is just incredibly diverse, consisting of many known races (and perhaps some unknown). There are no humans in Thalion. Thalion's races include variations of elves, dwarves, halflings (billowits), pierros (clownish men), bergeracs (long-nosed and swarthy men of honour), orcs, trolls, goblins, and hobgobs. The Church: There's one dominant religion in Westhalion. The faith of the elves is an analogue to Roman Catholicism while the dwarves practice an Eastern Orthodox analogue. (Forgive me for not having figured out names yet.) The practitioners worship a triune god (the All-Father, Son-of-All, and Holy Light). There are many powers in heaven, all created by God. These include the Twelve High Thrones, individual, created beings who take on the role of guiding mankind in different aspects, drawing them closer and closer to God. (That should be the essentials. I could write pages on the theology. Comment where something's unclear in the story.) Natural World: There are plants and animals in Eoroth, but the world is also inhabited by spirits called aeons. Aeons are transformative beings; in the wild, they'll change based on whatever is happening nearby. Pollute a pond? Expect to see toxic toad-men running around. Leave a bunch of dead bodies strewn across a battlefield? Expect the place to become haunted with ghouls and ghasts. Druids are important for making sure that the aeons are pacified; that their needs are met so that they don't become rampaging monsters. Where the wilderness becomes overgrown, so too do the aeons. Aeons and People: Long ago, men learned how to trap aeons in stone tablets and use them for war. Now, anyone can capture an aeon into a special staff made by a druid. Men train, raise, and bond with these aeons. Druids often build entire ranches devoted to raising healthy aeons as allies and companions. Aeons are divided into twelve known families, and the church sees these as corresponding with the Twelve Thrones in Heaven. Direction: My goal is to get the story to one million words by June next year. I have tons of content in mind for the world. I want to release novels set in different ages of the world depicting different historical events. I hope to expand the setting into a tabletop role-playing game as well as a series of old-school JRPGs. But, it all begins with writing some stories and publishing my novels.

I Have Even Read the Rulebook!
As all stories begin, Prof died. Yes, truck-kun had something to do with that, but also a bird, a cat and some rebar. When he was presented with with the opportunity in the Afterlife Administration Bureau to be transmigrated into a game-like fantasy world, he did something, no one ever did: he read the Rulebook. Follow Prof on his road to be rich without working, touring a whole new world without a care and witness his realisation, that despite having read the Rulebook the folks living with the System for untold millennia know more about the rules. Important notes: 1, I'm not a native speaker, so be prepared for occassional typos, iffy grammar and maybe awkward sentences. The spell check was running, when I wrote the chapters, but it works in strange ways... If you point out mistakes, I will try to correct them 2, Scheduling will be two chapters a week, posted Saturdays before noon (CET). Depending on how much new chapters I can write consistently there will be probably more but as long as I have leftover chapters, the two per week will be posted no matter what. Chapters will be around 1500-2500 words as MS Word counts it. 3, I did not and will not post this novel on another site, if you find it somewhere else, please inform me 4, The Main Character's progression is slow, there will be no Levels, Skills, Abilities, Feats, Perks and Cheat Powers raining down on him 5, I've put Comedy as a genre because of my writing style not because the novel is a comedy per se. On the other hand, Traumatising Content is there because there is a lot of speciesism - those Elves are not nice people. 6, I put a lot of pop-cultural references into the chapters, try to find them! Enjoy!
