Summoner Of Miracles Chapter 18

The moon showed up on the sky above Chaldea.
Rozen’s Room.
Rozen’s magical power almost fully recovered, he closed the game interface on his laptop, and he started to warm up.
“Almost.” Rozen muttered.
Whenever Rozen’s magical power was full, Rozen will begin to hone his magic skills.
He won’t skip the training no matter what happened.
Rozen was very excited when it came to magic and games, just like Roman said.
The one who really loved magic couldn’t get enough about it, maybe until he faded along with time.
“I want to summon a new servant today, and it would be nice if I can summon a high-level servant.”
At this moment …
The automatic door in Rozen’s room suddenly opened.
“Huh?”
Rozen reflexively looked at the door, and a young girl was rushing in.
“Fu!” Fou, who was lying on Rozen’s bed, uttered a voice like greeting.
“Mashu?” Rozen was a bit surprised.
“Senpai!”
Mashu was usually calm, and because she was rushing in like that, so Rozen had a bad feeling.
Mashu’s beautiful eyes were like about to cry.
Mashu gasped and stared at Rozen.
After a while, Mashu spoke a word.
“Lens of Sheba detected anomalies.”
Mashu’s statement confirmed Rozen’s premonition.
Rozen and Mashu hurriedly headed to the command room.
“Senpai! Please hurry up!”
“I’m already … at … my limit!”
Mashu ran ahead while urging Rozen, who was running like a grandpa. Rozen was so ashamed because he lost to a girl in physical endurance.
“No, I’m a genius man. I’m able to summon hundreds of servants at the same time, and this is nothing to be ashamed of …”
Rozen consoled himself when he gasped and staggered while he was walking.
Those two finally arrived at the command room.

“The system malfunctions!”
“The power is unstable!”
“We must take control of the situation!”
“No! It’s beyond our capability!”
All the staff in the command room was in a panic, Olga Marie arrived and discussed the situation with Lev.
The Chaldea was experiencing anomalies.
“Can’t be…”
Looking at the situation in Chaldea, Rozen murmured in disbelief.
Chaldeas gradually changed its color from blue to red.
And everyone in the command room saw the change on Chaldeas.
“This …”
“Shouldn’t …”
“Did finally …”
All the staff was in a panic.
Of course, Roman came in there as well.
“… Unexpectedly, it can change in such a short time.”
“Doctor?” Mashu was at a loss.
Rozen turned and looked at Roman.
Roman already expected something like this would happen.
“Do you know anything? Brother!” Rozen asked politely.
“A few months ago, the observers of Chaldeas discovered that Chaldeas was changing color.” Roman explained it splendidly so Rozen could understand it.
“It started to change color months ago …?”
No wonder.
Maybe they overused the Chaldeas until it lost control of its power.
They couldn’t take this issue lightly, because Chaldeas was the image of the past, present, and the future world.
Once it was showing an abnormality, it meant the planet was out of order.
“Don’t…” Rozen couldn’t help thinking the worst condition.
“Senpai…!”
Rozen looked at Chaldeas, and its color gradually faded.
” …… “
The whole command control room suddenly became silent.
Everyone stared at the darkened Chaldeas.
“Light … disappeared …?”
Mashu and Rozen were speechless.
Among the blue light in Chaldeas there was a red dot called the fire of civilization which represented the civilization of mankind in another 100 years.
And once it lost its light, it only meant one thing.
"Human history is about to disappear."
That’s it.
Olga Marie stared at the Chaldeas in disbelief.
But Olga Marie did not lose her calm.
“Start calling the Master’s Candidates right away!”
Olga Marie gritted her teeth and issued an order concerning the future of humanity.
“I want every magus that can be a master gather in Chaldea!”
That meant…
“Is the battle going to start …?” Rozen whispered.

Moonblood
Five moons rise over Evanir, each in her own cycle, and each moon is also a god, one of five sisters. Many gods create spirit attendants and companions, brought forth fully-formed. Long ago, the moons worked together to create a lineage that are, instead, humans transformed by the mingling of blood. They intended them to be long-lived and to draw their strength directly from the light of the moon who chose each individual. The five sisters had different goals in mind – one wanted it to be a blessing for scholars and artists, to give them more time and fewer physical distractions; another wanted them to have an animal form, different for each, to keep them more in tune with nature so they could serve as guardians of the wilderness. There are drawbacks to their children having human lives and personalities before being chosen: not all share the goals of their divine mothers, and some choose to put their gifts to darker uses. Those carrying the blood of one woman, fleeing the corruption in search of a quiet life, take a different path. -=-=-=-=- Moonblood isn't so much a novel as a series of adventures of varying length. They involve a core group of people, which does grow over time. They take place in a fairly low-magic world, but despite that, our core cast are directly connected to the moons and have various abilities, including limited shapeshifting to a single individual animal form. As with all my work, unless gender, orientation, or other aspects of sexuality are explicitly stated, I suggest not making assumptions. Probably most significant, I think, is a major trans character who appears about 80K words in - no spoilers, just a note for those who care about that one way or the other.

A Portal Fantasy Comedy Poem
Mix an adolescent shepherd boy in love with a girl who wants to meet existentialists, a Viscount in need of an adventure, and a bland psychic. Add in a flippant god. Put them in a land made up of the after-lives of various different cultures. Stir gently. Sprinkle in some random Midgard Serpent, Genghis Khan, Scheherazade, and a cussing mocking bird. Fry lightly. Season to taste and serve with desired garnishes. Bon apetit! A comic fantasy poetic epic, filled with misfits, slapstick routines, light romance, people shouting out the names of their battle skills before using them, old philosopher dudes running around naked, a very serious lamb, demonic knitting, battery operated magic swords and even more traumatising stuff! I experimented with different styles in the beginning and finally settled on an ABABBCBC rhyme scheme (Give me your 0.5s. Gimme, gimme, gimme. I'm collecting them, seriously)

Sage ▸ Stiles Stilinski [Book One]
"You do realize that I'm supposed to tell you when you're throwing yourself into a dangerous situation and that doing this will probably get you killed, right?" "I don't need you to take care of me, Sage." "Says the werewolf that fell into the floor." Sage Connelly was notoriously known for the fire that killed her entire family when she was only ten years old. Granted, that name held importance for an entire year before people eventually forgot about the Connelly's and the other family involved in the fire, the Hale's. Nearly six years later, when the little girl is not so little anymore, Sage comes back with more than just a leather jacket hanging on her shoulders. She comes back with a personality distinctly different from what her old friends remembered, not only stunning Jackson Whittemore into silence but efficiently taking away Scott McCall and Stiles Stilinski's ability to talk about the dead body found in the woods the night before. Even more, the bite on Scott's body that held an importance only two people in town could help him with: Sage, to her dismay, was one of them. When Derek Hale calls upon her help, giving her the title of Scott McCall's personal babysitter, she's inevitably forced to tag along with the boy's trusty side-kick. The introverted and overly, well, intimidating qualities that the blonde had lead Stiles Stilinski into an unfathomable struggle of convincing himself that Sage Connelly was just a crush, and that Lydia Martin would forever be the one holding his heart. That lasted as long as the one-way conversation the boy had with the strawberry blonde in the middle of a hospital. His downward spiral leads him directly into the arms of a stubborn, damn blonde that was confident she didn't need a boy in her life that was still tripping over an elementary school crush.
