Floriana Sabina and Veia looked around them in confusion. Everything was suddenly back in place. The forest was not damaged. It was the same as before. It was as if everything that just happened were a dream.

The only different thing was that Rant Valo's body was glowing golden. He was like a golden buddha statue.

Inside Rant Valo, he saw a golden liquid enter his Core. It was viscous and thick. It moved like honey.

'What is this?'

Rant Valo stared at it in awe. It looked so divine when he looked at it.

The golden liquid slowly broke up into pieces that meld in place at the golden diamond he made in the center of his Core.

Suddenly, Rant Valo felt his consciousness be sucked inside of the diamond.

A bright yellow flame appeared on top of it. His golden diamond changed form. It took on the form of a slightly curved bowl. The flame burned inside it.

'What is going on…'

Rant Valo stared at the lamp-like thing inside his Core. It glowed goldenly and emitted a heavenly aura. It was like he was seeing a universe in front of him.

"Rant Valo, it's time. This is what you were born for."

Magicus' voice sounded inside Rant Valo's head. It sounded like he was speaking directly into his head.

'What I was born for?'

Rant Valo asked Magicus in confusion.

"Yes. You will now be the Manager of the universe. It happened much earlier than I expected, but this is fine. As long as it happens, then I'm satisfied."

Magicus explained to him.

'That… But I'm not ready.'

Magicus replied to him sadly. He doesn't want to be the manager of the universe yet. He hadn't enjoyed his life as a mortal.

"That is not for you to decide."

Magicus replied in a solemn voice.

"Can't you delay it?"

Rant Valo asked pleadingly.

"I wish I could do that for you, but I can't."

Magicus replied apologetically.

'What will happen to me from now on?'

Rant Valo asked Magicus with a tinge of fear in his voice. He was scared of what he would become after this.

"I… don't have any guarantee."

Magicus replied hesitantly.

'I don't want to become the Manager then!'

Rant Valo shouted to him angrily. He would rather live and enjoy his life together with Floriana Sabina than become a Manager of the universe.

"No matter how you resist, it will inevitably happen. If it doesn't happen in this lifetime then it will happen in your next."

Magicus replied to him calmly.

'Then I'd rather destroy my cultivation!'

Rant Valo shouted back in anger.

"Do you dare to? You will die of old age. Your Master and your Servant will only be able to watch as you turn old and eventually lose your life."

Magicus' voice sounded inside Rant Valo's head mockingly.

'That… I don't dare.'

Rant Valo replied fearfully. Now that Magicus said it, Rant Valo lost his confidence to destroy his own cultivation.

"So… What is your decision?"

Magicus asked him.

'I… Alright. I'll accept it.'

Rant Valo agreed reluctantly. He had no choice. He wants to live forever so he can spend more time with those he loves.

"Very well. Don't resist the next step."

Magicus replied to him in satisfaction.

Suddenly, Rant Valo felt his soul expand. Well, it didn't expand. It just felt that way.

His soul encompassed the whole Lilith Continent in an instant before it suddenly encompassed the Demon Continent and beyond.

BOOM

Rant Valo could feel, see, and hear everything that was happening in the whole world.

It didn't stop there. He started sensing things that he had never thought were possible before. Most of them were things that he only heard as myths. Immortals, Dragons, etc. They were all so powerful and diverse.

Then the scene changed, Rant Valo saw something. It was the past.

There exists a place in a reality where nothing is everywhere. It is a very dark place. Light doesn't move in that place. Sound cannot be made in that place. Movement is impossible unless you are a divine being.

This place is called, "The Dark Void". It is a large place where infinity is incomparable.

Suddenly, a faceless man appeared in that place. He first appeared as a point then it grew to a tiny man, before finally growing to the size of a normal man.

After appearing, the faceless man looked around. His gaze peering through the dark void where even light cannot travel. He made a quick sweep of the vicinity with his peering eyes before mumbling to himself.

"Perfect. Clean area, and far from the others."

Unknowingly, the faceless man gained a face. He has a fine nose and sharp eyebrows. His mouth is curled up into a grin at the moment. The man spread out his arms to the sides. Then a word from an unknown language escaped his mouth.

"Create!"

A point in The Dark Void in front of the man suddenly expanded at rapid speed. Laws were created and modified as the man changed them to his whim. The man stayed in that position for a long time.

Inside the rapidly expanding point is a young universe.

This young universe is burning hot. Everything as far as the eye can see is the compressed subatomic particles that hit each other at unimaginable speeds.

Just right before these subatomic particles form into stable atoms, the man outside this universe opened its eyes.

"Too boring."

At that moment, the young expanding universe suddenly stopped moving. The universe is frozen by an unknown force.

The man flipped his right hand over. Pointing the back of his palm to the frozen universe.

"Change"

The frozen universe suddenly expanded very rapidly. The speed is more than 10x faster than before. The speed is so fast the subatomic particles inside the universe broke apart into super tiny particles.

These super tiny particles are the basic building block of existence.

The universe was only filled with super tiny particles.

After an indefinite amount of time, the super tiny particles formed two types of elementary particles. These are the Yin and Yang.

The two particles repelled each other. This sudden repelling force sped up the expansion of the young universe.

The man outside the universe flipped his right hand again, returning it to its previous pose.

The speedily expanding universe suddenly slowed down. The sudden slow movement forced the repelling particles to bump into each other.

Different amounts of Yin and Yang elementary particles formed a diverse family of elements.

Light, the element made purely of the Yang element.

Darkness, the element made purely of the Yin element.

Etc...

Different kinds of elements sprung into existence. The repelling force disappeared as the Yin and Yang elementary particles formed more diverse elements. The new diverse elements formed atoms. These atoms contained differing amounts of diverse elements.

The universe developed for a long time till finally all of the diverse elements has formed into atoms. The universe was then filled with giant stars.

The man outside the universe smiled faintly.

The man stopped holding its arms wide. It sat at a meditative position with its legs crossed and hands resting just before the knees.

The now mature universe resonated with the man as it slowed down its expansion before finally coming to a stop.

"This universe is worth its price."

Billions of years later, the first lifeform started its evolution. By accident, random chemicals formed a simple life form. A tiny single-celled microorganism.

This planet is a warm place. The liquid water served as the perfect catalyst for the creation of life.

Fast forward 1 billion years, the single-celled microorganism has reproduced and covered the whole planet. Its descendants evolved differently in their own environments.

In other parts of the universe, this step is happening simultaneously at different rates. Some faster, and some slower than the others.

Half a billion years later, a single-celled organism swallowed another single-celled organism but didn't break it down. This is the dawn of multicellular cells.

With the inner cell serving as the energy producer, this single-celled organism finally evolved into a multicellular organism.

That is not the end, this new multicellular organism possessed power beyond its single-celled counterparts. The evolved multicellular organism managed to find a way to break down the atoms into their diverse elements. This miracle changed the fate of this whole planet.

The whole planet gained Magic. On this planet, the elements the organisms evolved to breakdown are the fire, earth, wind, and water elements. These resulted in the abundance of these elements in the atmosphere. With no more force pushing those diverse elements together, they stayed in their stable forms for a long period of time. Eventually, these will collapse back to some atom they randomly collapse to.

This multicellular organism is a small blob of cells. Its skin is translucent. Some of its kind give off different colors based on the elements that they breakdown.
