My Master Is A Tsundere Chapter 183

"Hehehehe. You didn't notice, Master?"
Veia giggled at Rant Valo. She never really exposed to him her cultivation progress. She just silently did it when she had the time to do it.
"I didn't."
Rant Valo replied to her with a smile.
"Disciple, you should pay attention more."
Floriana Sabina smiled at Rant Valo.
"You knew too!?"
Rant Valo turned to her in disbelief. It seems like he was the only ignorant one about it.
"Of course. My cultivation is not a joke, Disciple."
Floriana Sabina replied to him with a smug smile.
"I guess, you're right."
Rant Valo sighed. He should have been using his Spiritual Sense more. It was just not had been that long since he was a mortal so he wasn't that used to using it continuously to scan people. Besides, he had no reason to scan the people inside the duke mansion at that time.
"The three of you, shut up! You have to be looking all around and making sure that no ambush happens to us."
A demon with a huge build and dark skin shouted at them. He looked at them angrily.
"Sorry."
Rant Valo bowed lightly. Inside, he was nervous. He can't sense the cultivation of the people around him. It was like they have something that hides it from him.
"Hmph."
The demon snorted and continued looking forward.
Rant Valo's group was forced to silently follow them.
'Disciple!'
Floriana Sabina's voice suddenly sounded inside Rant Valo's head.
"Huh?"
Rant Valo looked at her in surprise.
'Use your Spiritual Sense to communicate with me.'
Floriana Sabina said to him through his mind.
'Like this?'
Rant Valo tried it.
'Oh! You did it on your first try, Disciple!'
Floriana Sabina looked at Rant Valo in amazement.

'Master, can you hear me?'
This time, it was Veia's voice that sounded inside his head.
'I can. Can the two of you hear me?'
Rant Valo nodded his head and asked the both of them by simultaneously sending them the same voice transmission.
'I can.'
'Yes, Master.'
Floriana Sabina and Veia replied with a nod of their head.
'Nice. We can continue our discussion then.'
Rant Valo replied to them.
'Yes, Master.'
Veia smiled at him. Somehow, hearing her master's voice directly inside her head made her feel special. It was like she was one with her master. It may just be Veia being weird, but she liked it.
'That demon is rude.'
Floriana Sabina said to them as she looked at the strongly built demon with a frown. She didn't like that some demon could disrespect her.
'Are you gonna kill them, Master Floriana?'
Rant Valo asked her in wonder. It would be easy for her. It was just that he wasn't sure if she would win against the Vice Demon Commander.
'Later, Disciple. Let's find out what their plans are first.'
Floriana Sabina replied to him.
'Okay. How about the Vice Demon Commander? Do you think that you could win against him?'
Rant Valo asked her in curiosity.
'He's too weak, Disciple. I can defeat him pretty easily.'
Floriana Sabina replied to Rant Valo with a grin.
'Hehehe. Then later.'
Rant Valo laughed hearing her response. His nervousness has disappeared. He once again regained his confidence.
He even smiled at the demons around them in a friendly way. The demons frowned in response. They didn't know him and seeing him act so friendly with them made them think that something was wrong with his head.
The army flew forward for a few more hours. They then reached back to the beach that Rant Valo's group was stopped in.

The demon from earlier appeared. He stopped the army from going forward and stared at it. He examined each soldier in front of him.
Rant Valo's group immediately turned around and looked away.
"*whistle whistle*"
Rant Valo whistled, pretending to be ignorant.
"Hm?"
The man squinted his eyes as he looked at Rant Valo's back.
"They look familiar…"
The man cranked his head, but he couldn't remember where he met them.
"Whatever."
He murmured to himself.
"Pass!"
The man shouted, and the demon army continued on their way.
'That was so close!'
Rant Valo said to them. That man could've made things more complicated.
'That was a relief.'
Floriana Sabina nodded her head. She would be forced to explain why they were in the demon army when they said that they were coming back.
The demon army continued on their way. They flew above the ocean. Their silhouettes created a large shadow underneath them.
'Hm? They aren't wearing any cloak?'
Rant Valo suddenly noticed that the demons were not fearful of the sun like Veia. Some of them had the same pale skin, but it was like the sun was harmless to them.
After a dozen days of travel, they were once again back at the Lilith Continent. The reason they took so long was that their flight speed was not as fast as Floriana Sabina's boat.
"Halt! Alright! We're here at the Human Continent. Every one of you must hide from their sight. We will take cities by force then we'll capture all of the humans!"
The Vice Demon Commander stopped and turned around. He then instructed them.
"Yes, sir!"
The demons responded. Their voices echoed in the surroundings.
"Good. Follow me! We'll visit the nearest camp."
The Vice Demon Commander nodded his head in satisfaction. He flew towards the north and the demons followed after him.
'Master Floriana, is there any way we can leak the location of the nearest camp to someone?'
Rant Valo asked her. This is a great chance for them to act as spies. This way, they can have an advantage over the demons.
'It doesn't work that easily, Disciple. They probably have camps deeper in the Lilith Continent. If we don't clear those first, then it would be impossible for us to reach this camp sneakily. It would be like announcing to them that we know where their camp is.'
Floriana Sabina shook her head and explained to him.

Magitech Awakenings
In this world of Terrapia, myth states that Dragons are caretakers of the chaos wheel, a band of energy that encircles the world, penetrating through the very fabric of the dimension. They tame and convert it, not only to fuel their primal magic, but also to gentler forms that man and beast alike can tap. But now they have faded away, being sighted less and less the past couple millennia. With magic weakening, science has taken root and in many cases merged in a symbiosis with magic. Guppy Bright, a 17 year old young woman, is a technomancer apprentice living in the bustling city of Nolusburg trying to make ends meet. Apprenticed to the enigmatic and somewhat crazy Technomancer Friedrich BrassTuner, she participates in an experiment meant to tap a new rich source of energy. However something goes horribly wrong and a rip in the very fabric of reality opens in the workshop, sucking in her mentor and ejecting a dying white dragon. The dragon, after examining her, takes a gamble and entwines their souls, an act that causes the dragon, Barthurthalomalew Dresnarian Kratomanger Harrowhew Objuslorow, the 5th, aka Batty, to regress into a baby dragon, sealing much of his powers and memories in the process. This act also has profound effects on Guppy, her own magic is now crazily changed in ways no one, least of all her, understands. Guppy is suddenly plunged into a world of mystery, intrigue and politics, where everyone either wants to control, or eliminate her. Armed with little but her courage and unpredictable newfound magic how will she survive and protect herself and those she loves when everyone from techno radicals, magic purists, politicians and guttersnipes are out to get her. And those may be the least of her problems if Batty's fragmented memories are any indicator.
