My Master Is A Tsundere Chapter 169

Inside the mansion of the Duke of Cresta, a man sat in his study room. He wrote and signed legal document papers.
Suddenly, a knock came from his door.
Knock Knock
"What is it?"
The man asked in a raspy voice. He was already getting into old age. Even though he was a Core Formation stage cultivator, time still caught up with him.
"Duke Brandi, a letter from the king arrived."
The guard's voice sounded from outside.
"The king!?"
Duke Brandi immediately stood up before opening the door.
"Who gave it?"
Duke Brandi asked excitedly.
"There are three people outside waiting."
The guard replied to him.
"Bring me to them!"
Duke Brandi didn't need to open the letter to know who arrived. After all, he had seen the portrait 2 days ago. He immediately sent a letter to the king saying that he recognized it.
The guard then led Duke Brandi to the gate of the duke's castle.
"Y-You…"
Duke Brandi stared at Veia in disbelief. He had finally seen his daughter after centuries. It was like the time she disappeared was just yesterday.
He kneeled in front of her and cried.
"I'm sorry!"
Duke Brandi's heart ached in pain. The pain in his heart that was covered by time has been reawakened. He couldn't believe that his daughter was still living in the flesh.
"W-Who are you?"
Veia looked at Duke Brandi in confusion.
"I-It's me, Stella! Forgive me already! I know I wasn't able to protect you back then, but I promise you that I'll do anything just for you! If you want the dukedom, you can have it! Just… just…"
Tears leaked from Duke Brandi's eyes like an uncontrollable dam.
"S-Stella? Was that my name?"
Veia asked him in a stutter.

"You couldn't have forgotten, right?"
Duke Brandi raised his head and looked at Veia in disbelief.
"F*ck! F*ck! F*ck! Tell me I'm dreaming! M-My daughter has amnesia…"
Duke Brandi slammed the ground repeatedly. It cracked, shattered, and turned into dust under his fist.
"Are you… my father?"
Veia asked him nervously. Seeing his reactions and hearing his words, she could tell how much pain and longing he had for her.
"Yes, my baby girl! I raised you together with your mother."
Duke Brandi nodded his head vehemently.
"Then, mother…?"
Veia asked him. Fear mounted in her heart. It looked like a long time has passed since her disappearance.
"She… She's sleeping..."
Duke Brandi replied with an awkward smile on his face.
"..."
Veia looked at Duke Brandi with a deadpan face. She almost thought that her mother had died.
"I'll call her right away!"
Duke Brandi stood up and said to her. He then quickly entered back into the castle. He then picked up his wife and brought it outside.
"Honey! Look!"
Duke Brandi held the hand of an old woman outside. She looked towards Veia. It took her a while, but her eyes widened when she recognized Veia.
"My daughter!"
She shouted in her raspy voice. Tears welled up and fell from her face.
Pain appeared inside Veia's heart when she saw her mother. She was right. A long time had really passed since she disappeared.
"Mother!!"
Veia couldn't hold it anymore. She ran to the old woman like a little kid. She then buried her face on her shoulder.
"I-I don't remember you, but the pain in my heart had to be real. You're my mother…"
Veia said to her full of emotion.
"My daughter has come back…"
The old woman then ran her fingers across Veia's cheek.

"You look as young as I remember..."
The old woman cried at the end of her words. She felt pain. What happened to her daughter to lose her memories? It surely would be something horrible for the mind to imagine.
"Mother…!"
Veia embraced the old woman tighter. Seeing her old face and the melancholy on it hit her hard.
"My daughter…"
Duke Brandi joined them and embraced them.
"Disciple, this is such a heartwarming scene. I can't help but remember my mother."
Floriana Sabina said to Rant Valo with sadness in her voice.
"Your mother?"
Rant Valo asked her in surprise. He never even thought about her mother.
"Yes. When you fed me that Spirit Fish before, I dreamed about it."
Floriana Sabina nodded her head. She could still feel and remember the taste of her mother's cooking. Though, it was a faint and lost memory.
"What is she like?"
Rant Valo asked her curiously.
"She's… very kind. She likes spoiling me with Spirit Fish."
Floriana Sabina replied to him with a voice filled with sorrow.
"Do you want to eat one after this?"
Rant Valo asked her in worry.
"No. You already fed me enough."
Veia shook her head and smiled towards Rant Valo.
"I guess. Haha."
Rant Valo laughed hearing her words.
"Really! Master, why are you two acting lovey-dovey over there when we are crying over here."
Veia shouted to them with a pout. She heard Rant Valo's laughter and couldn't help but turn her head towards them.
"Ah… I'm sorry."
Rant Valo immediately realized his mistake and bowed. He forgot that Veia and her parents are having a reunion.
"Master, come here."
Veia urged Rant Valo with her hand.
"Okay…?"
Rant Valo walked towards them with confusion on his face.
"Mother, Father, this is my man."
Veia introduced Rant Valo to her parents with a smile on her face.
"Your man!?"
Duke Brandi looked at Rant Valo in disbelief. He never thought that their daughter would return to them with a man.
"Yes. I call him Master because we are that intimate already."
Veia ended her words with a smile on her face.
"..."
"..."
Duke Brandi and his wife looked at her with twitching faces. Somehow, they feel that she was not their daughter.
"Eh? Why are you both looking at me weirdly?"
Veia looked at the two of them in confusion.
"Boy, what cultivation stage are you at?"
Duke Brandi turned to Rant Valo and asked.
