My Master Is A Tsundere Chapter 143

As for the payment for the broken plates, the boss deducted 1 gold from their salary. In total, they should have gotten two gold coins each.
"This is my first time holding a gold coin."
Rant Valo looked at the two gold coins in his hand in interest. It was quite heavy compared to the copper coins that he had held in the past. In this world, there are 3 types of currency for mortals. These are the Copper Coins, Silver Coins, and the Gold Coins.
1 Silver coin is equal to 10 Copper coins, and similarly, 1 Gold coin is equal to 10 Silver coins, which means that they have 4000 Copper coins in total.
"Here, Master. You keep it."
Veia passed her gold coin to Rant Valo.
"Here, Disciple. You also keep mine."
Floriana Sabina followed Veia's example and gave her gold coin to Rant Valo.
"H-Huh? Am I the treasurer now?"
Rant Valo asked them wryly. Nevertheless, he still kept the gold coins inside the pockets of his robe.
"Come on, Disciple! Let's head to the inn."
Floriana Sabina urged him. She was eager to spend their hard-earned money. It was one of the satisfying things to do after getting your salary.
"Alright, alright. Stop tugging me."
Rant Valo and Veia followed her as they looked around for an inn.
"This one! It only asks for 1 gold for a night."
Floriana Sabina pointed to a wooden building on the side of the road. There was a sign saying 'A Gold For A Night's Stay'.
"I guess this inn is much better so we can pocket the other two gold coins."
Rant Valo was satisfied with this inn. It was just gonna be used for one night anyway. They wouldn't have to spend another night.

"Master, look! There is a vampire!"
Veia suddenly pointed to a woman walking on the street. She was wearing a black cloak as she walked when she jumped when she heard Veia's words.
"V-V-Vampire? Who's a vampire?"
The woman turned to them and asked in a stutter.
"Sniff Sniff. You smell like a vampire…"
Veia sniffed the air in front of the woman. Then she looked at her intently.
"H-Huh? Aren't you a vampire too?"
The woman suddenly said out loud.
"Ah."
'Sh*t! Why did I just say that??'
The woman scolded herself.
"You're really a vam- puuhhuhh!"
Rant Valo exclaimed in shock. He didn't expect to encounter a vampire here.
"Y-You!! Shut your mouth!"
The woman ran to Rant Valo and covered his mouth.
"Let go of Master!"
Veia pushed the woman away from Rant Valo. She fell to the ground, and her hood fell off of her head. Her ears were similar to a human's but her skin was very pale. It was like her skin was made of snow.
"Ahh!"
She moaned in pain, and you could see her fangs baring in the open. She had orange hair which was complemented by her orange pupils.
She quickly pulled down her hood in reflex. She looked left and right, only when she was sure that no one realized that she was a vampire, did she direct her eyes to Veia.
"Why did you push me!"
The woman asked angrily.
"You don't harass my master when I'm here!"
Veia raised her chin and said to her arrogantly.
"So you're a Servant Vampire. No wonder. Tsk. Don't follow me or I'll suck all of your blood!"
The woman vampire warned. She stood up and walked away.
Rant Valo looked at the place where she fell. There was a small bag on the ground. He picked it up and opened it.

"W-Woah! There's so many gold coins."
Rant Valo opened the bag, and his mouth opened wide in shock. This was the first time in his life that he was seeing so much gold.
"Hehehe, Master. We're rich."
Veia chuckled and gave a sneaky glance to the vampire woman walking away from them.
"Shouldn't we give this back to her?"
Rant Valo said to Veia as he blinked his eyes.
"We shouldn't, Master! She's rude!"
Veia shook her head vehemently. There was no way she was gonna let that woman get back her money after covering her master's mouth. In her eyes, that was harassment.
"... Wasn't it you that called out to her?"
Rant Valo looked at Veia with an expressionless face.
"Don't worry about the little details, Master."
Veia smiled at Rant Valo. He could only shake his head and go with the flow. It would be of help to them to keep this gold after all.
"Let's go to the inn."
Rant Valo urged them. They all entered the inn. And instead of choosing the 1 gold coin per night room, they chose the 10 gold coins per night to squander the money that they got 'lawfully'.
"Huph!"
Floriana Sabina jumped onto the bed and flopped her face on it. It was not as comparable to the bed that they got from the other inn, but it was decent enough. It was soft, and she could sleep well in it.
"Grandmaster!"
Veia flopped onto the bed, and Floriana Sabina avoided her.
"Hahahahaha!"
"Hahaha! Veia you rocked the bed so much."
Veia and Floriana Sabina laughed together happily.
"Aren't they acting like kids?"
Rant Valo murmured as he watched them enjoy the bed together.
"Come on, stop that. I want to sleep. It was not fun sleeping on those hard rocks for so long."
Rant Valo said to them tiredly while his clone was standing behind him silently.
"But disciple, you have a clone. How are we gonna fit on this bed?"
Floriana Sabina said to him. They could barely fit on the bed before with the three of them, now there are four of them.
"My clone will cultivate on the floor."
Rant Valo replied to her.
"Oh, I see. Then sleep on the center again, Disciple."
Floriana Sabina patted the center of the bed. She and Veia moved to the side and allowed Rant Valo to lay on it.

Duality
“Listen closely for this is our oldest tale… In the beginning there was peace and knowledge throughout our land… The creatures of old roamed these lands… Evil had yet to spread through our land… A rift in the very fabric of reality formed… The land burned and melted as the creatures stepped through… As the most advanced civilization… We took the mantle to combat… By the time we were able to gather half the world had already been lain bare… The war covered the once peaceful land in death and destruction… During this time humanity's greatest light arose…” Monologued the old man, red in the face from passionately spewing his praises of a past he had no part of. Written by two authors, this novel covers the tale of a pair of protagonists in a wuxia world. Oh, and maybe an isekai or two. Our goal with this project is to make an engaging and entertaining story, while making a good attempt at a somewhat realistic wuxia setting. We’re aware of the oxymoron…
