My Master Is A Tsundere Chapter 131

"Let's go, Disciple."
After seeing that Rant Valo already understood her intentions. She grabbed ahold of his hand and Veia's before flying into the air and disappearing from everyone's sight like a blur.
Several kilometers away from the town, beside a clear lake, Floriana Sabina appeared out of thin air.
"Hup."
She landed on the ground and let go of Rant Valo and Veia.
"???"
Rant Valo looked around, disoriented. She just suddenly took him somewhere. He wasn't prepared for it at all. He only saw a blur, and he was back in the forest.
"We should be far enough."
Floriana Sabina said to them.
"Why?"
Rant Valo asked in confusion.
"The Immoral Cleansing Sect should be alarmed by the death of their Sect Elder. We need to lie low for a while."
Floriana Sabina explained to Rant Valo.
"I understand."
Rant Valo nodded his head in understanding. It makes sense that the Immortal Cleansing Sect would go around looking for the culprit.
"Grandmaster, aren't you strong enough to not worry about their retaliation?"
Veia asked Floriana Sabina. It doesn't make sense for her to hide from them.
"We still need to attend the Sect Tournament, right? It will be embarrassing to barge into the Sect Tournament if they know us."
Floriana Sabina explained to her.
"Oh, I see!"
Veia exclaimed as she understood what Floriana Sabina was trying to say.
"Then, what are we gonna do now?"
Rant Valo asked them, downcast. He still hadn't managed to enjoy their stay in the inn and the food in that restaurant.
"I don't know, Disciple."
Floriana Sabina shrugged her shoulders. She also didn't know what they should do because she just flew here.
"Sigh."
Rant Valo released a long sigh. He looked around to see if he could do anything.

There was a large clear lake beside them. It was surrounded by a forest in the middle of nowhere.
"I guess we'll go fishing again."
Rant Valo sighed again. He looked around the forest to find a long stick that he could use as a spear.
"Yey!"
Veia jumped up in joy. They will go fishing again! She looked at the clear lake to see what kind of fish they could fish.
"Hmm… There is a silver fish here. It's different from the one back then."
Veia said to them as she watched a silver fish swim in the distance. It was very visible in the clear lake water. The fish is long and shaped like an eel.
"I'll try to catch it."
Rant Valo informed them. He walked into the lake and slowly approached the elongated silver fish.
SPLASH
Rant Valo thrust his wooden spear into the water. It hit the fish without giving it the chance to react.
"I got it!"
Rant Valo raised the stick. The elongated silver fish was impaled on the end of it.
"Wow! Master is really skilled at spearfishing!"
Veia exclaimed in amazement. It didn't even take a minute before her master was able to catch the silver fish.
"Disciple, let me see."
Floriana Sabina took the fish from the stick and observed it thoroughly.
"I don't know what fish this is."
Floriana Sabina answered in confusion. This was a fish that she has never read about before. It could either be a rare fish, or just a normal fish which should explain why she doesn't know about it.
"Huh."
Rant Valo was surprised that even his all-knowing master doesn't know what fish this was.
"Isn't it an eel?"
Veia asked from the side. The way the fish looks to her was that it was an eel.

"No no no no. An eel doesn't look like this short Veia."
Rant Valo immediately denied Veia's words. An eel should be long, but this fish was short. It would be one odd eel then if it was one.
"Let me try to catch more."
Rant Valo said to them. If this really were just a rare mutated eel, then the next one he catches should be an actual eel that is long and not short like this one.
"Okay, Master."
Veia nodded her head. Rant Valo then moved into the water once again. He looked deep into the clear water for fishes.
Before long, he instantly spotted one swimming casually.
"Hyah!"
SPLASH
Rant Valo thrust his wooden spear into the water and into the body of the fish. He then lifted it up and gave the fish to Floriana Sabina.
"It's the same one."
Floriana Sabina told them. This time, Rant Valo was sure that this was not an eel.
"Let's just cook it."
Rant Valo suggested to them. They won't find anything about it if they didn't even try to eat it.
"Mm. Good idea, Disciple."
Floriana Sabina nodded her head.
"Wait, let me catch another one for Veia."
Rant Valo turned around and headed back into the lake.
"No need, Master. I'll just take a small bite from yours."
Veia smiled at Rant Valo. She liked that her master remembered about her, but since she wouldn't even be able to eat it, he might as well not catch one.
"Okay."
Rant Valo came back when he heard Veia's words.
He then went into the forest and collected twigs and sticks to start the fire.
"Disciple, no need."
Floriana Sabina walked toward Rant Valo.
"Huh?"
Rant Valo tilted his head in confusion. Wouldn't they need twigs and sticks to start a fire?
"Watch, Disciple."
Floriana Sabina smiled at him and did a slashing motion to a tree.
WHOOSH
A curved blade of fire appeared and chopped the tree in half. Its top half slowly fell to the ground. It made a resounding sound in this quiet forest.
Floriana Sabina swung her hand more and the tree was chopped into equal logs of fire. She then waved her and some of the logs arranged themselves into a small circle. Then with a flick of her finger, a small white ember of fire flew to the campfire she just set up.
Fwoosh
The campfire lit up in white flames that quickly turned orange.
"Done."
Floriana Sabina smiled sweetly towards Rant Valo.

Unique Fusion Magic Hex
World Essence. The mysterious energy coursing throughout the entire land of Vor'ten, and very possibly the entire world. This energy has allowed humanity to flourish, building great empires and vast kingdoms, conquering nature itself with just a sweep of their hand. Humans were the strongest existence, and with the help of channeling this World Essence, many were able to turn into Magic Knights, gaining magical abilities to combat the various fierce beasts throughout the lands.Alas... those glory days of old were long gone. Humanity has now been pushed to the brink of destruction, and now the remaining members of the human race are encased within giant domes known as 'Alkkras', made with the last remaining bits of the World Essence. It was said that those giant domes were the last gifts left by the remnants of the ancient human race, as a means to protect the future generation from the attacks of the many wild beasts roaming outside. Five Spiritualist Invokers, all combined together, used the last bit of the World Essence and sacrificed their lives to lay a gigantic, 1028-seal formation magic array to form these barriers, forever saving humanity, but also trapping humanity within these barriers. However, the humans were never completely helpless. No matter how little World Essence was left, the humans still had some remaining. Realizing the incoming crisis, the humans found a way to seal World Essence inside a special type of crystal. Soon, these crystals began to become implanted into weapons, turning them into World Essence Weapons, and they began to display properties of their own. Extreme heat. Bone chilling cold. Absurd sharpness. These normal weapons, after being imbued with the energy of the World Essence Crystals, began to form natural affinities to elements. Fire. Water. Earth. Wind. Darkness. Light. Using these weapons, one could become a Chevalier that wielded the power of the elements. However, if one wanted to reach a higher level of enlightenment and understanding, one could become an Invoker. Via the study of magic array formations, one could directly use the power of the World Essence to cast devastating magics upon the enemy. These people were Invokers, highly valued for their combat potential by the Army. These weapons and magical arrays were used in the great fight between the humans and the beasts long ago. They had long since been put away in storage, almost long forgotten...However, after ten-thousand years of suppression, the human race is beginning its counterattack against the Beasts... Synth was an Invoker in the Magecroft Academy. However, his talent was terrible, being only at the Spark Stage. This led to him being looked down upon and bullied. He was unable to cast any Calamity-rank or even Destruction rank spells, and was only able to cast Coalescing rank spells at the age of 17, a record low in the academy for cultivating these rare Invokers. Even though he put in more effort than anyone else, he was still unable to advance his Channeling Energy. But due to his constant research and study, Synth ended up creating a power that would go against the heavens - he had found how to Fuse spells together. After trying it out once, merging the magical array for the Small Fireball and the Mortal Judgement skills, he was able to create a mid-rank Destruction tier spell, Holy Judgement Flame. However, after this, no matter how hard he tried, he was unable to fuse more spells together or even cast them, and noticed a weird, pentagram shaped formation on his left arm. He would later call this mark the Fusion Magic Hex, a curse that prevented the wielder from casting magic that wasn't their own...This meant that with the exception of Synth's newly created skill, , he was going to have to create unique magic arrays if he ever wanted to step on the path of becoming an Invoker! This power that destroyed the laws of the Invoking System, and his unyielding persistence in testing and creating new spells, would later gain Synth the nickname the Unique Fusion Hex, and lead him to become one of the strongest beings in the entire World!
