My Master Is A Tsundere Chapter 75

Rant Valo, Floriana Sabina, and Veia entered the mansion together with the guard and Nale Narene. The moment they entered the mansion, Rant Valo's mouth fell open in amazement.
The inside of the mansion was very huge. The hallway was filled with various artistic paintings and some delicate pottery was aligned on the side. Expensive-looking chandeliers are hung high above every few meters.
"So this was what a noble's house looks like…"
Rant Valo murmured with awe.
"Please wait here for a bit before I get the madam."
The guard told them before he helped Nale Narene enter deeper into the mansion. They were left standing by the entrance, admiring the beautiful decorations.
A few minutes later a ruckus suddenly appeared at the entrance of the mansion. Two people arrived and they were arguing with the guards at the entrance.
"Let us in! Show us that Nale Narene's stupid face!"
"Why won't you show how badly injured that stupid Nale Narene of yours is? Are you scared?"
There were sneers on both of their faces. One was a man while the other was a woman. Their clothes were expensive and about on par with Nale Narene's.
"Young Master Garbet and Young Mistress Janette, please relax. Our Young Master is not in any state to see visitors."
A guard hastily explained to them. His face had a forced smile on it.
"Hahh?? I heard that Nale Narene was escorted here by someone. Why can't we? We're still his 'friends' after all."
The one that spoke was Janette Jerna, a daughter of a prominent household in this town. She was engaged to the man beside her who was the son of another prominent household that was on par with hers. His name was, 'Garbet Lohun'.
Janette Jerna has a fine and refined face and white skin. Garnet has remarkably well-defined features on his face making him the dream husband for many women in this town. Together, they formed a pair of a match made in heaven.

"Just let us enter. It's not like we're gonna kill him or something."
Garbet Lohun spoke to the guard in a hard tone. The guard could only reluctantly back down and allow them to enter.
"Hmph! You finally know your place, huh."
Janette Jerna snorted as she passed by the guard. They both entered the mansion under the helpless watch of the guards.
"Oh, who are these people?"
Janette Jerna exclaimed when she entered the mansion. She spotted Rant Valo's group and focused on his shabby clothes.
"Tch, the Narene Household has really fallen so low, huh. Even villagers can enter their mansions. Why am I even surprised at this point?"
Janette Jerna sneered after seeing Rant Valo's villager's clothes.
"I know right, just look at this girl, she's even wearing her hood inside. How disrespectful! The Narene Household should be ashamed of themselves."
Garbet Lohun joined in on her mockery. They both looked down at Rant Valo's group before ignoring them and continuing ahead.
"T-these guys… what the?"
Rant Valo was speechless at what just happened. They were only silently standing by the side and they got criticized for no reason. He couldn't help but become angry.
Even though Rant Valo became angry, he couldn't say anything as what they said was exactly true. In the end, he just silently fumed as they waited.
Before long, a tall and beautiful middle-aged woman appeared and greeted them.
"Oh my, why did the guards not guide you to the Guest Lounge? Come here little ones. You must have been standing there for so long."
The middle-aged woman guided them to a room. This was their Guest Lounge. It was much more exquisitely decorated as if to show the visitors their wealth.
"My name is Viynia Narene. I'm Nale's mother. Thank you so much for bringing him home safe. I honestly don't know what's happening in the world anymore. So many problems have cropped up. As of now, this is the only gift that we could give you."

Viynia Narene passed them a small token with a big star on its front while there were words 'Narene' engraved on its back.
"?"
Rant Valo grabbed the token and looked at it, perplexed. He doesn't know what it could be used for.
"That's a token for a scholarship in the cultivation school here. With it, you can reach the 5th Mana Condensation stage without any problems as long as you work hard in cultivation. Pretty helpful for a villager like you, right?"
A warm smile appeared on Viynia Narene's face. It was obvious that she was very sincere with the gift.
"Uh… Thank you?"
Rant Valo wanted to decline but seeing the look on her face made it awkward to do so. He was after all already at the 5th Mana Condensation stage. He could only stash it away inside his pocket.
"No need to be so grateful. Our Narene Household still had some dignity to uphold after all."
Viynia Narene continued entertaining them while deeper inside the mansion was Nale Narene being treated by a medical practitioner.
"Ow! Stop!Stop!Stop!Stop! That part hurts!"
Nale Narene exclaimed in pain as his leg was forcefully returned to its proper place. His leg was dislocated and had to be put back in place. Otherwise, there is a chance that it would become like that permanently.
SLAM
Suddenly, the door to the room was opened with a loud bang.
"Nale Narene, how unlucky of you. This must be heaven's will for you to be injured like that."
Garbet Lohun mocked as he gallantly entered the room. Fear appeared on Nale Narene's face when he saw them enter together.
"Come on, this must be heaven telling you to give us the token."
Janette Jerna opened her hands as if to accept something from him.
"I don't have the token."
Nale Narene shook his head at both of them.
"How many times are you gonna use the same excuse over and over again?"
Garbet Lohun raised his head and looked at Nale Narene with disdain.

Dungeon Core Chat Room.
This is a slower-paced "experiment and dungeon building" web novel that tries to use the idea of peer-to-peer communication with Dungeon Cores instead of Dungeon to slave monster communication to break up the detailed dungeon building. Rank 1 description: (minimum met for system initialization...detailed description as follows) Each race was given a system by the gods to make up for their shortcomings and balance their place in this world. Humans: Abysmally bad at understanding and using magic unable to use more than the lowest of magic were given the "Skill System" magic in the form of premade skills with use, study, and mastery tied to experience. Elves: Intuitively understand magic and have long lives leading to vast knowledge and skill in their chosen fields. However, as a species, they have nearly zero sex drive and less than low fertility, so they were gifted the "World Tree System" with experience gained through the care of natural areas – gifting the chance of children to increase their numbers without dirty copulation. All “natural” or “wild” monsters are given an "Evolution system" designed around killing and consuming as many creatures as possible, slowly increasing strength and, at thresholds, allowing mutations to alter them multiple times. Dungeon cores are different. Unlike humans, they can see, manipulate and live off mana. Unlike Elves, they naturally crystallize after extended periods of time in high mana level areas. However, they cannot easily move or communicate and typically go insane without companionship. As a species other than the odd eccentric they are unimaginative. Brute forcing solutions without the drive to truly innovate. Thus they have been gifted with the "Dungeon Connection System" a magical version of the internet accessible by their peers that allows them to barter and sell: bait, traps, monsters, and knowledge, as well as entertain each other with “adventure streams” using exciting recorded battles and humorous reels of arrogant chumps biting off more than they can chew to often fatal effects. This is the casual story of a dungeon unluckily spawned far from potential adventurers forced to innovate beyond its peers to find its place in this world. Rank 2 Description: Justification. I've been on a dungeon core kick for months and while I love the genre – it's sparse with entries. Often the forced conflict gets repetitive and frantic solving of threats "power levels" the protagonist to god levels to progress the plot – taking away the nice steady progression fantasy I'm looking for. (Progression in this story is linked to how strong of monsters/traps/whatever he can create not his "level"...this is demonstrated by some of his newer monsters beating his older monsters not with discrete "this monster has 10 attack this one has 40") Additionally, the focus on 3rd parties with their drama takes away from the reason I’m reading dungeon core novels in the first place – I'm looking for magical crafting, experimentation and kingdom building – not defence from higher and higher levelled enemies looking to steal/destroy/control the MC. This novel is kind of just me writing the story I wish I could read. I like thinking about the experimentation that can be done in fantasy settings using 'mana' as an excuse to make up rules and try to keep them internally consistent. IE once I define how a rule works, I'm going to commit to keeping it – no breaking hard truths I've given when it's convenient, even if it backs me into a corner. Hopefully, that should make the story interesting to read even if it's SOL and less action-oriented. There will be problems to solve and a clear progression in strength (of created monsters and knowledge) however due to not wanting to force conflict for the sake of conflict the general theme will be closer to slice of life with few action sequences and no overarching goal so please keep that in mind when picking this up as the genre is not for everyone. Finally, I have a clear goal of what I want from this story (not an endless romp but a series of arcs and then a conclusion that's a couple of dozen medium-sized chapters long) I want to commit to finishing it or at least bringing it to a point of rest. I hate all the engaging stories that stop with a “hiatus” indefinitely so in the event I lose motivation I'll work to end this even if the ending becomes rushed/unsatisfying just to give a sense of closure. I’m planning on including several polls in terms of direction and taking feedback heavily into account if I get enough readers (but may choose to ignore it if it deviates too far from the direction I want to take this as in feedback like: “The MC needs a cartoonishly evil arch-enemy that wants to enslave him and force the mc to pump out magic items” or “the MC needs to make a body and learn teleportation then live with humans” will get shot down without consideration.)

Sufficiently Advanced
A Novella about magic vs aliens vs science. It's a raucous, campy sci-fi read involving humans gaining magic, a possibly pizza-hating alien empire, the decapitation of the US Federal Government, eldritch abominations, lesbian space witches and some medium-hard science.I wouldn't say it's not serious, but I wouldn't say it's serious. Eh, it's not serious. Wait... it's getting serious.
