My Master Is A Tsundere Chapter 65

"Where did you get these berries?"
Rant Valo asked Veia as he picked up a berry and placed it inside his mouth. He took a bite into it and the delicious, sweet and slightly tangy berry juices burst inside his mouth. It was an explosion of berry flavor.
"WOAHHHH!! This berry is really good!"
Rant Valo picked up another berry and looked at it intently. It was a round yellow berry. It was similar to a blueberry but it was yellow in color.
"Oh, that's a yellowberry."
Floriana Sabina said after seeing the berries. She had seen some illustrations of it in some books.
"You want one, Master Floriana?"
Rant Valo offered to her the berry in his hand. Floriana Sabina picked it up and ate it.
"Mmm. A good berry."
Floriana Sabina closed her eyes in satisfaction as she munched on the yellowberry. She was savoring its sweet flavor.
"Master, I found them over there on the small ledge. It was growing on top of cracked rocks."
Veia pointed to a place a bit far from them. It was where she stumbled into these yellowberries.
"This is a good source of energy, Veia. Are there more?"
Rant Valo kept getting one berry after another. It was all going inside his mouth where he chewed and enjoyed the sweet flavor.
"There are more, Master. I can get more if you want."
Veia suggested to Rant Valo. It was just a short trip. She could take a lot of yellowberries at a time so she would be able to get all of it in no time.
"Thank you, Veia."
Veia left after Rant Valo's thanks to get more yellowberries. After eating all of that meat the past few days, Rant Valo was appreciative of the yellowberries that he was eating. It was nice to have a change of pace.

Rant Valo was holding the yellowberries inside his arms. They were still on their stalks so Rant Valo was able to hold onto them fairly easily.
"You want to eat some more?"
Rant Valo saw Floriana Sabina glance at the berries so he offered it to her. Floriana Sabina nodded her head and plucked a yellowberry. Soon, Veia came back with an armful of yellowberries. Rant Valo had no choice but to put down the yellowberries that were in his arms.
"This berry will be our snack for a whole week."
Rant Valo couldn't help but say after seeing the small pile of yellowberries. Veia had dumped the yellowberries in her arms together with the yellowberries that Rant Valo placed on the ground. The ground was still covered in bits and pieces of grass so Rant Valo wasn't too worried that it would get dirty. If ever, they could just wipe the yellowberries or wash them if they pass a nearby water source.
"We can also dry it, Disciple."
Floriana Sabina suggested from the side. These many yellowberries will hinder their movement. After all, they had to carry it within their arms.
"Do you know how to dry fruits, Master Floriana?"
Rant Valo asked her in curiosity. It would be a surprise for him if she actually could. After all, she always acts like a spoiled princess.
"I don't, but we could try."
Floriana Sabina shook her head in denial. She was never given the chance to do life activities like drying fruits. She mostly focused her time on cultivating. It was one of the reasons why she became the Youngest Saintess in the world.
Her sacrifices and hard work have paid off. She became a strong cultivator fast. It's not that bad since cultivation gives the cultivators a long lifespan. It's much better to cultivate first before enjoying life. Because the younger the cultivator is, the faster and easier they could cultivate.

"Well, I can dry fruits."
Rant Valo smiled at her. It was something he learned from the village. Although he rarely did it, he still had experience in drying fruits.
"Oh! Teach that to me too, Disciple."
Rant Valo's words took Floriana Sabina's interest. She wasn't that shy anymore when learning from Rant Valo. She already learned a lot of stuff from Rant Valo that she didn't care about it anymore. Rather, she was excited to learn new stuff.
"First, we need a rectangular woven rattan. But… I would still have to weave it."
Rant Valo looked around and smiled wryly at the forest. They had no ready-made woven rattan here to use. He would have to make one.
"A woven rattan? I think I have some."
Floriana Sabina closed her eyes and looked inside the contents of her Storage Ring. She opened her eyes shortly after and a large rectangular woven rattan appeared in her hand. It was at least a meter long and 2 feet wide. It was big and so sudden that Rant Valo was taken aback when he saw it appear in her hands.
"Great!"
Rant Valo was overjoyed. It will now make his life easier. He didn't have to make a new one. He was still having flashbacks of when his weave would unravel. He didn't want to experience it again.
"Now what?"
Floriana Sabina asked Rant Valo.
"Second, we should wash the berries. So we need to find a body of water first."
Cleaning the fruits is the first step. It removes dirt and the bugs crawling on the fruit.
"Geh. You should have said that first."
Floriana Sabina was displeased as she put the woven rattan back inside her Storage Ring.
"It was more important to have a rectangular woven rattan first or it would not even be possible to dry the yellowberries."
Rant Valo retorted. He had already thought through most of this stuff. If he didn't have a woven rattan he would have to make one and in that amount of time, he would use the time to find a body of water while weaving the rattan. That was his thought process so having Floriana Sabina act all displeased also displeased him.
