My Master Is A Tsundere Chapter 38

Rant Valo felt bitter as he looked at the pill. He thought that it was unfair that she could just thrash him and be done with it with a pill, but since it was her who taught him the ins and outs of cultivation, he really had no choice but to endure.
Rant Valo opened his mouth since he couldn't get the pill himself with his one arm broken and he used the other for support.
Floriana Sabina fed the pill to Rant Valo. Veia, who was watching from the side, felt jealous. She wanted to feed her master… but since the pill was not hers then she couldn't.
Gulp
Rant Valo swallowed the pill forcefully. It was hard to swallow the pill with the absence of water to push it down.
The moment the pill entered his stomach, Rant Valo felt a strong and hot feeling escape from his stomach. It flowed into his body and flowed inside his veins. When it reached his left arm, an intense pain suddenly assaulted his senses. He felt like the bones in his arms were being forcefully rearranged.
The bent in his left arm quickly fixed itself. The damaged tissue around his broken bones was healed without any suspense.
The bones reconnected themselves without any problems. The intense pain stayed in his arm for a while before it slowly faded away.
Rant Valo was finally able to take a breather when the pain faded away. He let out a long breath of relief.
"Wow! Such an amazing medicine…"
Rant Valo was amazed. He swung his arms around and found that it felt even better than before. He clenched and unclenched his hands and felt nothing out of place. Other than the fact that his movements felt much more free and relaxed compared to before.

"Of course! That's a Grade 7 Medicinal Pill you know?"
Floriana Sabina smiled smugly when she saw the astonishment in Rant Valo's face. Seeing someone like Rant Valo astonished by it makes her feel superior.
"Grade 7?"
Rant Valo's mouth twitched when he saw her smug face. She was the cause of this and yet she's still acting smug. Such a brat… Of course, Rant Valo wouldn't really say it towards Floriana Sabina. Otherwise, he would break his other arm. He's sure of it.
"Medicinal pills have different grades. For example, a Grade 1 pill can at best heal superficial internal injuries and there is no guarantee that it would work for higher stage cultivators. The pill you just ate can even heal the internal injuries of an Early Nascent Soul stage cultivator. So be glad at your master's sacrifice!"
Floriana Sabina went all out with her explanation. Since Rant Valo was just a farmer from a village then it was natural that he didn't know such in-depth stuff about cultivation. So it was her duty as his master to explain it to him in detail.
Rant Valo was stumped when he heard that the pill he just consumed could actually heal the internal injuries of Nascent Soul stage cultivators. He even wanted to go back in time and stop himself from swallowing it. It was such a waste of valuable resources.
Rant Valo finally knows why Floriana Sabina is so spoiled. It was because she was really rich! She's like a princess.
"Why did you feed me that kind of pill!?"
Rant Valo was clawing his hair out in frustration. He could have used it in the future. And yet he wasted it for something like a broken bone.
"Aren't there any lower-grade pills that can also heal bones?"

Rant Valo asked her. He was sure that there were even though he doesn't know much about pills. It was just a rational deduction on his part.
"There are but I don't have any…"
Floriana Sabina explained awkwardly. She also didn't want to waste such a precious pill for just a mortal wound. That's because higher-grade pills can usually heal poisons and wounds from elemental mana.
"..."
Rant Valo was speechless. So that's why she didn't give him any. His feeling of unfairness earlier disappeared as she was willing to use such an expensive pill to heal him.
If it were other people, Rant Valo was such that they would keep the pills for themselves and just look for a physician to heal him. His feelings became complex now that he thought that far.
He really didn't know if he was lucky or unlucky by getting her as his master. One, she was really violent and unpredictable. Second, she was willing to expend her valuables for his sake.
"Can't I just have taken only half of the pill or something?"
Rant Valo was still not willing to let it go. The thought that he wasted a Grade 7 pill really made him dizzy. He felt like he just drank a golden soup that he only needed a spoonful of.
"Ah."
Realization suddenly appeared on Floriana Sabina's face. She realized that she could have actually only given Rant Valo an eight of it and it would still work and fix his broken arm.
"You-!"
Rant Valo suddenly felt like puking blood. So she messed up! He could have used the pill at some other time.
"Shut up! Shut up! Shut up! That was just a Grade 7 pill anyway! I even have a Grade 9 pill!"
Floriana Sabina shouted in frustration and embarrassment. She knows that it's her fault but he didn't have to say it!
Floriana Sabina suddenly grew boastful at the end of her words. It was true that a Grade 7 pill is the worst pill in her arsenal. For her, such lower-grade pills have barely any effects if she was wounded. That was the main reason why she didn't carry any Grade 6 and below pills.
It would only be a waste of storage space if she carried something that is absolutely no use to her.
"Forget it!"
Rant Valo stood up angrily. Since it already happened then he would not say anymore, but in the future, before he swallows any pill, he would make sure that he makes the best use of it!

THIS FICTION HAS BEEN DISCONTINUED. I don't recommend reading this, since the chapters are a bit haphazard (containing new edits which don't really fit in with the latter half of the story).
