My Master Is A Tsundere Chapter 14

Rant Valo raised an eyebrow at her response. Is she still pretending? Was this her tactic to lure me and eat me?
Rant Valo still could not fully trust her yet.
"Huh, why am I crying?"
The girl looked lost. Tears were streaming down her face.
"I can't remember anything yet why could I feel a pain in my chest?"
The girl still had her body tied up, but if her hands were free, she would've clutched her heart.
"What are you saying?"
Rant Valo looked at her in puzzlement. She really can't remember anything?
"No. No! Why is this happening to me!!"
It was like a demon broke loose when the girl started struggling to escape from the ropes. Too bad the rope was from Floriana Sabina and it is very durable.
"W-what's happening to her?"
Rant Valo moved closer towards Floriana Sabina in fear. Her crazed expression and actions shook his soul.
"Is her soul damaged?"
Floriana Sabina looked at the girl violently trying to escape. She analyzed with her eyes why a girl who seemed normal earlier reacted like that.
The hood covering the girl's head was removed from her violent movements and it revealed her black hair and pointed ears. It was not mentioned earlier but the girl hid her head under the hood again when Floriana Sabina was dragging her.
"She is-!"
There was a look of enlightenment on Floriana Sabina's face as she looked at the girl. A flash of curiosity sparkled in her eyes.
"She is?"
Rant Valo looked at Floriana Sabina and waited for her to finish her words.
"A vampire!"
Floriana Sabina said with amazement on her face. It was her first time ever seeing one. She only heard about them in books. Seeing them in person was very different.

"Vampire? What's that?"
Rant Valo who was a country bumpkin had no idea what a vampire is. He looked at Floriana Sabina and the girl in curiosity. "So she was a vampire," he thought.
"It's a subrace of the Demon Race. They drink the blood of humans as their nutrition source."
Floriana Sabina explained while still looking at the girl intently.
"But wait… Why is there a different feeling from her? Almost like a Succubus?"
Floriana Sabina held her chin while pondering the matter over. She read in the book most of the characteristics of the subraces of the Demon Race. So she was quite familiar with their features.
"A Demon!?"
Rant Valo shouted out loud. He heard that Demons were the enemy of the Human Race. They do cruel things against Humans such as torture, drinking blood, eating their flesh, etc. He couldn't help but slowly inch backward.
The Demon Race is one of the intelligent races in this world. No one knew when they came to be, but they have been the enemy of Humans since the dawn of history.
Almost all of the Demon Races cultivate the Darkness Element. A sinister element that can curse someone or do extreme acts of evil.
"Is she perhaps a hybrid?"
Rant Valo looked at Floriana Sabina in front of him in wonder. He wasn't sure but she seems to be able to see through the girl in front of them.
"A hybrid?"
Rant Valo couldn't help but feel that too much stuff was being revealed to him all of a sudden today. His villager brain could not keep up.
"Hybrids are offspring of two entirely different subraces or sometimes, even races."
This was the first time Rant Valo learned that other races can copulate and give birth to a hybrid. What kind of existence were they giving birth to?

"So you're saying that she is a Vampire and Succubus hybrid?"
Rant Valo asked Floriana Sabina.
"Yes. And she seems to have a major flaw due to her being a hybrid."
Floriana Sabina answered candidly. She looked at the girl with pity in her eyes.
"Flaw?"
Rant Valo looked at the girl and couldn't see any flaw other than the fact that she was screaming hysterically. It couldn't be that her flaw was this, right?
"Yes. Hybrids have one flaw or more. This one seems to have a damaged soul."
Floriana Sabina looked sad as she stared at the girl screaming while bound by the ropes. She was shouting that she couldn't remember her name and all. She was almost like her who forgot her mother but has forgotten more important things.
Floriana Sabina's heart softened as she reached this thought.
Floriana Sabina walked towards the girl and touched her forehead with her finger. The girl fell down on the ground with a thud.
Rant Valo couldn't help but gulp when he saw how easily she took care of the girl. Did she kill her?
"I put her to sleep."
Floriana Sabina crouched and combed the girl's hair. There was gentleness reflected in her eyes. This girl was just like her. They have both forgotten important things.
"Alright, Disciple. We won't sell her."
Floriana Sabina said as she looked back at Rant Valo. Rant Valo was still confused about why she suddenly changed her attitude. It was almost like she was not dealing with a demon.
"But she's a Demon!"
Rant Valo protested. She almost ate him earlier. If they had to kill her then he would gladly say yes. Although he never killed anyone before, there was still lingering fear in his heart after what happened earlier.
"Don't worry. Take this."
Floriana Sabina removed one of the rings from her finger and threw it towards Rant Valo. Rant Valo caught it with both of his hands.
"This is..?"
Rant Valo looked at the ring and saw a green gem embedded in it. It was glowing faintly.
"That's a Magical Device. It is in the form of a ring. It can protect you three times from any fatal physical attacks before it loses the mana inside it. By then, give it to me so I will recharge it for you."
Floriana Sabina explained with a warm smile on her face. Somehow, Rant Valo felt that she was warmer to him today.
"Don't get any weird ideas! It's not like I gave it to you because I care for you or anything!"
Geh! He was wrong!
