My Master Is A Tsundere Chapter 6

"No way! Get your own fish!"
Rant Valo was not willing to get ordered around by her after she ate almost all of his fishes and she slapped him so hard! She had been acting spoiled and he didn't like it.
"Disciple, I helped you start the fire and gather the twigs and branches! I also laid you on top of leaves"
Floriana Sabina looked at Rant Valo with a pout. She looked just like a bullied kid.
"Fine. But only two fish!"
When Rant Valo saw the face she was making. He couldn't help but feel guilty. True she even helped him start a fire and gather twigs and branches. From what she said, she helped him sleep properly last night.
"Tch. Stingy!"
Floriana Sabina clicked her tongue in annoyance. She just woke up from cultivation and she's hungry so two fishes are definitely not enough.
"Alright, three but that's all"
Since Rant Valo had an abundance of fish, he decided that it would be fine to share more with her. Just to appease her anger. He doesn't know what she'll do with her hunger. If whatever, she acted violently again, it will be his loss.
"Good Disciple!"
Floriana Sabina gave him a thumbs up and waited for him to cook it patiently.
There is rarely any seasoning in the wild so Rant Valo couldn't season the fishes in any way. He can only cook it and hope that the fish doesn't need seasoning to be edible.
Rant Valo found a sharp stick and skewered the scaleless fishes on it. He did it for three of the fishes and held two with one hand and the last one held within the other.
He rotated the fishes every now and then. He made sure to not burn the outside. He cooked the insides of the fishes till they're all juicy. He then seared the fish by placing it directly on top of the flame.

"Done!"
Rant Valo gave the fishes to Floriana Sabina. He stood up to get a big leaf and disinfected it by placing it directly on the flame for a bit.
"Disciple, this tastes good!"
Floriana Sabina was munching down on the still piping hot fish. It was like the heat didn't even faze her. She was on her last fish.
"It doesn't have any seasoning though"
Rant Valo couldn't help but be taken aback by her attitude. It was the first time he ever cooked food for someone. Seeing her appreciate his cooked fish filled him with a weird sensation. Rant Valo plans to use the big leaf as a plate for the cooked fish.
"But it's still good!"
Floriana Sabina interjected. She already finished the third fish. She was licking the juices on her fingers. The tip of her tongue touched her finger and wrapped around it slowly.
When Rant Valo saw her do that, his face couldn't help but blush. That was too stimulating for a virgin like him to handle. Even if she looks like a young girl. When she does it like that, his imagination ran wild.
"Gulp!"
Rant Valo swallowed his saliva. He quickly pulled his gaze away when he saw that she was about to look up.
"Disciple, can I get more?"
"Alright"
Rant Valo decided to relent and gave her three more fishes. Since she liked it, he will indulge her.
Rant Valo ran out of the silver fishes and started to cook the white fishes. He cooked it similar to how he did with the silver ones.
When he bit into it, it tasted sweet and melted into his mouth. He even felt a warm feeling enter his stomach.
"Oh! Disciple, where did you get that fish?"

Floriana Sabina saw the fish Rant Valo was eating and asked in curiosity.
"It just swam beside the river"
Rant Valo answered her honestly. Since she can just look over the river and see them.
"Really?"
Floriana Sabina was clearly doubtful. She looked at Rant Valo's face and saw his clear eyes devoid of lies.
"Yes"
Only then did Floriana Sabina believe in him. She watched him bite and munch on the fish with glee like he was eating a heavenly cuisine.
"That's a Spirit Fish you know?"
Floriana Sabina blurted out. She can see the characteristics of the Spirit Fish in the fish Rant Valo was eating.
"What Spirit Fish?"
Rant Valo did not have an idea of what a Spirit Fish is, but from hearing the name and tasting it, he can imagine that it was somewhat precious.
"It's a fish that lives by absorbing elemental mana"
"Seriously?"
Rant Valo looked at the fish skeleton in his hands and swallowed the fish in his mouth. He couldn't believe that this fish was that amazing. It could even absorb mana.
"Disciple, give me one"
Floriana Sabina wanted to try one of these fish herself. She has never eaten one before.
"No way, cook one yourself"
Rant Valo had already given and cooked for her six of the silver fishes. He did not like the feeling of spoiling her.
"Then teach me!"
Floriana Sabina wanted to eat the white fish so badly that she shook Rant Valo's arm to beg him to teach her how to cook. She never ever cooked in her long life so it's something she was curious to learn.
"You saw what I did earlier, right? Just do the same!"
Rant Valo freed himself from her hands and continued eating his Spirit Fishes.
"Hmph!"
Floriana Sabina now had no choice but to try and cook the fish from her memories. She pondered on what Rant Valo did.
Only when she thought that she gave it enough thought did she start. She cooked the fish for a while. Then she seared it.
"..."
"..."
Rant Valo was looking at the black mass in front of him. It was a wonder for him how the hell did she mess it up when she saw him do it 3 times with 3 fishes each time. Is she actually that bad at cooking?
"What the hell is this?"
"I don't know... it just burned!"
Floriana Sabina couldn't find any excuse. She swore that she just did what Rant Valo did earlier but it didn't end up the same. It was even worse than what she cooked last night!
"You didn't just sear it, you burned it!"
