Everything is prepared. From the speeches to the flower petals to the red carpet, everything is going smoothly as planned except for one thing. The Alpha that prepared everything has been going on in circles while rethinking his life choice.

Because one, his Omega will be late for this surprise. Two, he is not well prepared at all and will probably stutter later when his life mate is here. Third, he has been sweating a lot even before it happens.

Daime is extremely nervous of what is about to happen tonight and scared that his life mate will not like his surprise at all. The employees of the tavern has started serving the food when the Alpha receives a message from Mischka saying that he and Marlene already parked the car.

The Alpha almost threw his phone in panic and looks at Francis for help. But the Beta is not looking back at the Alpha and is busy playing at his phone. If only Daime has any ears at the top of his head right now, anyone will see how droopy they are.

The Beta senses the distress scent coming from the Alpha, making him look up and sees the downside of letting the Alpha do everything with minimal help.

"Are you okay, Mikhail?"

Daime looks up and shakes his head. Francis sighs and comes up to him. The Beta is about to hug the Alpha when a pungent odor coming from afar and the Beta steps away from the Alpha and puts his head down low.

Soon, an angry voice coming from Daime's life mate breaks the silence of the garden. A growl coming from Mischka breaks Daime's anxiety that his Omega might not be coming tonight.

"Mischka! You came!"

Mischka merges from behind of the willow tree while glaring at Francis, whose head is down low to the ground.

"I thought you will never come!"

Mischka hugs his crying Alpha back. Daime can't help but sigh in relief upon seeing and sensing Mischka from the bushes of the parking lot.

"Why are you so late? The food is getting cold!"

Daime continues to weep on his shoulder while Mischka showers him with kisses. After hours of comforting the giant baby Alpha, Mischka sits down in front of Daime while the Alpha sits beside him.

"Weren't you supposed to be sitting at the other end of the table?"

Daime looks at Mischka and looks at the end of the table. He frowns and shakes his head before putting his forehead on Mischka's and sighs in relief.

"Mikhail, babe. What are you doing?"

Mischka giggles as Daime blows his neck until the Omega pushes the Alpha away from him and tries the food served in front of them.

"Stop, you giant Alpha. Let's eat. I am hungry."

Daime scoffs away and pushes his chest towards Mischka before whispering deeply on his ears.

"Eat me instead."

Mischka chokes at his food and immediately grabs the glass of water near him. Daime sees his struggling and helps his Omega before he dies from choking on his food.

"Holy, baby. I am so sorry. Are you okay?"

Mischka waves his hand as he coughs to let out some air from his lungs. His reddening face made Daime reminds himself to check his mate before doing anything or even saying anything to the Omega while eating.

"You, perverted Alpha! Are you trying to kill me?!"

"I am sorry!"

Francis who was at the other end of the garden is laughing his coco de mer off with Marlene behind him. They can't believe Daime will fuck up even before his biggest revelation.

As the other two continues to eat and talks about random things, the moon sets up high to the ground as it illuminates the whole tavern. As if it is ready for the Alpha's biggest surprise and another life mate meets their future in an endless life together.

Only them who will prevail all the bad things and good things that being life mate will throw at them. The things that circulates and the things that will only matter in their relationship.

One Alpha and one Omega, under the brightest moon of the month, shall promise each other that they will grant each other's desires and needs in another fruitful relationship in to their future.

Mischka looks up at the moon before smiling. In the books that he had read before, when the moon is the brightest, this is when the perfect time to commit the true love between lovers. And in that book, the Alpha puts one of his knees to the ground and asks his life mate his permission to be with him until the end of time.

Mischka keeps staring at it while Daime takes this opportunity to takes his position and bends one of his knees to the grassy field garden of the tavern.

He readies himself and makes sure that he will not stutter or be nervous and he made sure that he is well balanced to the ground before clearing his throat to get Mischka's attention.

The Omega looks down at the Alpha and almost burst out in laughter when he realizes that the Alpha is serious. He looks around to see if this is another show like last time but they were the only ones there.

The Alpha smiles at Mischka when his face slowly realizes that the Alpha is really not joking at this point. Tears start to swell from the Omega's eyes as he realizes that this is not a show. Not a joke and it is really happening.

"The night is dark and the moon is bright

The crickets are alive and the wind is cold

I asked you before the same question

After Daime says his piece, Mischka takes a deep breath and wipes his cold tears. He looks at the Alpha in front of him and kneels in front of him. He touches his face and with teary eyes, the Omega nods.

"Of course, I will. I will be with you until the end of time. I will be with you until death do us part. I will search for your soul in the after life. I will be with you even if others leave us behind.

I will be with you even if you became feral. You are my Alpha and I will be happy to be with you. I love you, my Alpha.
