Nigel Andres Oscar, is a well renowned doctor that most Omega's come to whenever they experience maltreatment from their Alphas.

He gained the recognition from his fellow doctors to be crazy and risky, since some Alphas are known to be violent and possessive with their Omega even if they are hurting them at all.

But Nigel do not care. He has been wanting to make a peaceful environment for submissive Omega to live in, hence, doing something this risky is a courageous act.

The call that he received yesterday and the fact that he will serving two of the biggest and most influential family in Switzerland will be an honor for him. He drowned himself with every article that circulates the Alpha and the Omega that he will separate the next morning.

He made sure that he also knew who is Primo Santoro and Aiden Matautia, the effects of breaking the bond and the effects of seeing an Alpha scream in pain as the Omega will be relieved that finally, he is free.

He made sure that he will be ready to see those effects again. He inhales a heavy sigh before entering the hospital that is already surrounded by paparazzi from different magazine and broadcasting networks.

He is also sure that these people want every scoop of the happenings inside the hospital. He was also instructed to come to a specific building where they moved Aiden and Primo to prevent involvement of other patients inside the hospital.

He goes in his way and thanks the guard for the protection that surrounds him. He looks in front of him and sees this young woman with hazelnut eyes, looking directly at him with a smile on her face.

"My name is Jasmine Matautia. Please to meet you, Dr. Oscar."

"Pleasure's all mine."

With a smile, he speaks. Jasmine walks with him as she instructs the other watchdogs to not let any paparazzi enter the scene. If one paparazzi breaks in, she orders them to take the person down to serve as a reminder to others.

The watchdogs around the area all nod their heads as Jasmine walks away, going back to their position and carry out the instruction. Every paparazzi heard what Jasmine said and went quiet as they knew that whatever she says, happens.

"This way, Doctor."

Nigel follows the young lady and wonders whether what training that she has been through to get a body like this. Lean yet muscular, it makes her not look like what Omega are supposed to be.

The male doctor smiles behind Jasmine's back, knowing that he is in great hands. He has been thinking about this on his way at the hospital. Truthfully, he doesn't want to work with the Santoros since he is also an Omega, himself.

Being surrounded with mountains of Alpha Santoros made him nervous and wants to say no to the request of breaking the bonds but when he learned that he will be protected by the Matautias, he immediately said yes.

As soon as they enter the facility, pheromones from different Alphas surrounded the whole first floor of the hospital. Nigel closes his nose at how random the scents are and Jasmine sighs before going at the corner and looks for these stubborn Alphas.

She sees the said Alphas with their head down as they try to calm themselves with what is about to happen to their cousin. Jasmine is about to make them stop when Drax goes out of Aiden's room with a scowl face.

"Can you please tone your pheromones down? Or I will tone them down for you?"

The Alphas in threatened looks at him and stops their scent to spread even more. Since Drax is the only oldest Santoro inside the hospital, the young ones need to follow or he will rip them apart.

Drax sees Jasmine from the corner of his eyes and looks at her directly. He senses a new scent coming from the corner and looks back at his cousins. He needs to warn them or they might pounce at the new Omega.

"Okay, listen up. There will be a new Omega coming right now. Remind yourself that if you pounce this new Omega, your blood will be spilled in these white walls."

The Alphas gulp in understanding and Daime nods at Jasmine. The young lady is about to laugh her coco de mer off after hearing what Drax had just said and walks back to Dr. Nigel before guiding him to Aiden's room.

"My brother is inside with another Alpha. But don't worry, he only hurt his cousins but not any strangers. So, you are safe."

The assurance coming from Jasmine makes him relief that he will not get pounced by any Alpha around the hospital. He walks behind Jasmine to a hallway filled with those Alphas, looking straight at him but are not moving.

The sigh of relief in his mind is the evident that he is still scared of Alphas even if he has been dealing with them for the past forty years of his life. Truthfully, Nigel hasn't found his mate who will accept him with whatever job he does right now.

Most of his partners disagree with his line of work and break up with him, leaving him mate-less and living a life filled with questions of regret and self-awareness.

Tomorrow will be her fortieth birthday, his greatest wish is to find the perfect mate for him just like every Omega he helps. He is tired of dealing with his heat on his own and wants to experience something that he sees online.

Nigel enters Aiden's room and smiles at the sweetest scene he had seen for his forty years of experience. An Alpha hugging his fated Omega in his arms, engulfing him with his scent as the doctor approaches them quietly.

"Can I touch him, young Alpha? I won't hurt him. I can assure you that."

In this moments, Nigel knows that the wound from the mating bite that the Omega's other Alpha is still fresh. The swelling indicates that the Omega's body did not accept the mating bite yet the Alpha forced his bite into his flesh.

"You, poor child. I promise you. I will let you be free from this cycle of getting hurt from the other Alpha. All you need to do is sleep."

Aiden looks at the older Omega and nods. He did not lets go of Drax's hand and slowly got off from the bed and into the wheelchair that has been waiting for him since earlier.

The female nurse who is right beside him, helps him get up while Drax guides him to the wheelchair. Aiden thanks him and sits down on the wheelchair and let the nurse to wheel him out of his room.

As he stares at the room with an "Operation Room" as the sign, Aiden sighs.

"This is it."

This will be the last day he will be called as Primo's Omega.
