Danger Zone Chapter 117

Dripping in gold, that's one of the bride's next gowns after the main ceremony. Now, they are just waiting for the servers to come around and give out the guests' food as everyone enjoys tonight's party.
Grandmama is not that bothered by the paparazzi since she already stated at the wedding invitations that even the press will be there for this major event.
She has been planning for this wedding for such a long time but she feels a bit heavy on the inside and feels like there is something about to happen that can turn this wedding upside and down.
Grandmama stops on her tracks when she notices that Aiden is missing from the servers and starts to look around for him. She eventually bumps into Drax and pulls him into a corner to ask about Aiden.
"Where is the twink? Why is he not around here? Is flirting with his "boyfriends" again?"
Drax calms himself down before answering Grandmama's nonsense questions.
"Calm down, Grandmama. Why are so stressing out to that twink? Do you care about him more than you care of the hidden gem?
I heard the Matautia's already brought him out of their tent."
Grandmama whips her head when she heard what Drax just said, Drax almost flinches at how fast Grandmama did just that, questioning his life decision of saying such a thing.
"He is not at the wedding earlier?"
Drax shakes his head and whispers more information about Aiden that Grandmama will look forward at.
But instead of being excited, Grandmama grabs Drax's collar and stares at one direction where Aiden is.
Standing tall and proud with his white suit that made him looked like being wed other than the two awkward people standing in the middle of the room, is Aiden.

His slick brown hair that almost has the same color of his muddy brown ones is smiling truthfully beside Cassie.
He is showing his side profile too much because he wants to make sure that Grandmama is seeing every nooks and crannies of his face.
The not-so-sharp of a jawline and his female characteristics as well. He laughs at what Cassie just said about some rabid people from the Cronko family that wishes they never attend such a boring event like this.
"They can always go home but they are still here. These people are quite funny. They are just here for the drama."
Cassie agrees with Aiden as she nods her head in response before looking around again. The young master of the house of Matautia has landed his eyes to the man who is playing with the girls, Primo.
"I didn't know he is as good as Daime when it comes to kids. I thought kids will be scared of him because he is so big and muscular.
Anyone will be scared of him at this point."
Cassie chuckles at Aiden's logic but she knows that the latter is right about what he said. Everyone in this industry that they are living in, some are friendly but most of them are not.
Most of those people are just in for the drama that Eleanor Santoro brings. The gossips and the non-existing obsession of the hidden gem of the Matautia group, everyone loves to see her in shame once in a while.
"I heard they all went to this wedding to see Grandmama in shame because her obsession is non-existent."
"Oh, you mean the Hidden gem of the Matautia group? I bet she is just hallucinating about that obsession of her."
Aiden's ears perks up when he hears two women talking about him and Grandmama's obsession of him.

He scoffs at what he hears and steps forward before putting his glass down at one of the table and proceeds to walk down the aisle before grabbing the microphone from the host who has been welcoming people and not letting them eat quietly.
It is still not time to show his face but he doesn't care. He is the face of their family and he will be the one saying when is the right time and when is not.
"He-Hey!-"
The host is push aside as Aiden takes the center stage. Flashing the sparkling heirloom of their family, Aiden clears his throat to get everyone's attention.
"I am sorry to disturb your peace but I would like to introduce myself."
Silence fills the room as they wait what is about to happen. Normally, these people don't care what is happening but that sparkling heirloom in his white coat is not something they want to miss.
Aiden smiles at the silence that the people had given him. He has seen this for so long. The silence is a way that these people do to give him a chance to regain himself from a future embarrassment.
"My dear father, please join me here on the stage as you reveal your greatest treasure to those who never believed you and to those who enslaved me for their grandsons."
Master Evon smiles at Aiden's antics and proceeds to walk down the aisle towards his son's direction. Aiden gives him the microphone and smiles at him before smiling back to the people.
Now, it makes sense. The resemblance is there and it makes Grandmama choke at her own spit.
There standing near Evon Clarke Matautia is his son, Aiden. The person she enslaved after knowing his relationship with his grandsons—Daime and Primo.
"Tonight marks the day that everyone has met my son, Aiden. To those who never believed that there is a Hidden gem inside of our family, in your face.
I present to you, our family's treasure and my only son;
Aiden Keoni Clarke Matautia."
Aiden smiles and the people gasp. None of them can utter anything since the revelation is too much and too early. The information has still not processed in their minds.
Daime and Primo watch the people realize what is happening right now. Even Grandmama is about to scream at Master Evon but his proud smile says that Aiden is indeed his son.
With this, both of the Santoro boys are happy that Aiden is finally free from the cage that his family had built for him.
But there is still something that Primo feels and knows that this feeling will eventually gut him out and breaks his relationship with Aiden.
He hates it. He doesn't want it. But that feeling is still lingering.
Waiting.
Then eventually, attacks Primo from the inside.

Artemis
"Let them go, Dante." I whip my head to see a small boy standing the clearing with blonde hair and a green cloak hanging from shoulders. He isn't very tall however he holds his stance well. He doesn't seem to be more than Cassandra's age. Maybe 12 at most. I abruptly turn my head back hearing the man holding a sword to my throat chuckling with a sinister grin. "Oh, poor boy, what are you go to do about it?" The yellow teeth gleam as he begins stalking towards the boy who does not look the least bit fazed. I look around at the other men who are following the leader. I pull Cassandra tighter to my back as I take small steps back. I keep my eye trained on the men but also fear for the naive boy. "Do you really want to test me Dante?" He asks raising a single eyebrow. For a minute the men stop their movements. I see their hesitation for fear... Fear of what? I take the moment to stick Cassandra behind a nearby tree. She crouches down while I pull my sword out from its place. "How do you know my name?" The scoundrel raises his sword challenging towards the boy before taking a final step towards him. Then the unexpected happens. The young boy chuckles so darkly. It sounded almost... demonic. All the men instinctively raise their swords. "Oh Dante, I didn't know your name... but you know someone dear to me." "Spit it out boy!" The once grinning man is now looking around frantically. I continue my eyes scanning the small boy. He looks directly me and gives me a small nod before saying one word that caused all hell to breaks loose. "Artemis." Artemis is not an ordinary girl.
