Aiden is still blushing profusely beside Primo who is only eating his food. Jasmine knows what had happened already but she wants it to come out from her brother's own mouth.

And she will do it even if she had to force Aiden to say things. Primo is sitting beside him, busy eating his food. Primo stops and looks at Aiden who is looking down to the floor.

He tries to offer the food but Aiden is not looking at him at all. This made Primo sighs and looks at Jasmine.

"Say what you want to say already."

Jasmine glares at him with her piercing eyes before clearing her throat. Aiden flinches when he heard his sister, which didn't sit well with Primo. He, himself, had a brother that has the same age as Jasmine.

But Alex does not treat him like this. He was never a manipulative guy. Primo glares at Jasmine and it made Daime looks away in fear that he would get involved in Primo's anger.

"I don't want to get mad but what happened didn't sit well with my guts so bear with me for a minute."

Daime nods at Jasmine while Primo continues eating his food. The relaxing air earlier suddenly changes into an anxiety producing tension that is slowly building up, surrounding the three of them in a very fast manner.

"What the fuck really happened in here?"

Jasmine draws her phone at Aiden's direction. Aiden gasps while Primo looks away from Jasmine's direction.

Her voice is stern and she sounds like she is interrogating a criminal and not her brother. Primo turns his body completely, grabs Aiden by the waist and pulls towards him.

They are at the living room of the Matautia's residence and Aiden silently gasps at Primo's sudden action. He never knew that Primo could be this sweet.

The notorious professor that humiliates him the first time he meets him. The violent student that is known to be a fraternity leader, though, it was not confirmed.

The only person that Aiden doesn't want to mess up with. He is here now, behind him, engulfing Aiden with his huge muscular arms. Protecting him at all cost, as if Primo knows that Aiden is one of the rarest gem that their clan has.

"Your leadership had grown into you that you can't even distinguish, who is your brother and who is a criminal."

Jasmine is shock and Aiden widens his eyes. He looks at Primo, who has a relaxed expression to his face but his eyes say otherwise.

"You sounded as if you are interrogating a criminal. Aiden is not one of your goons, he is your brother. Learn to distinguish when you should use your manipulative voice."

Jasmine is still stun and looks at Aiden, who is still looking down to the floor. She realizes how much Primo knows about this type of jobs.

Is this the reason why he looks so violent? Is this what the Santoro clan has for a watchdog? Is Primo a watchdog? The answer to these questions will only be answered by the Old Witch.

"Stop scaring your brother, Jas. Forcing Aiden to tell you what had happened by manipulating him will never work. I've witnessed so many things like that before, and none of which had worked."

This made Aiden looks at Primo and questions his knowledge about the guy. Aiden is sure that there is something more than he knows about Primo. Something more sinister to be called a violent man.

"I've done such things myself. But here I am trying to change completely."

He scoffs and looks at Aiden with a smile on his face.

"And I thank you for that."

Jasmine sighs before sitting down on the soft couch. She places her phone at the center table and sighs.

"You may not believe me but this what we usually do. Interrogate and see if you guys are trusted people."

Daime almost chokes in his food while Primo looks at Jasmine with his ocean blue eyes, blinking lightly like an owl in the night.

"After hearing your statement, it makes me wonder. Primo?"

Primo continues to stare at Jasmine as the woman keeps silent for a whole second, keeping the pressure on Primo, in hopes of making the older sweats profusely and gives in.

After almost a minute of silence, Jasmine sighs as she observes Primo. The older is not doing anything but stares at her. She chuckles as her face smoothens and her body relaxes on the couch.

"Have you experienced something like this before?"

Aiden looks at Primo, waiting for his answer. He is hoping that he will learn something about Primo's past and his involvement with their sworn enemies.

"All the time."

Jasmine raises a brow and stares at Primo with a slight smirk. She doesn't know what to feel but her instincts are screaming that Primo is somewhat similar like her.

Used and abused.

She sighs before dropping the subject. She doesn't want to know about Primo's past without knowing about the other one's reason of wanting Aiden to be by his side as well.

Jasmine smiles all to herself. This chase will not end until one gives up or until Aiden talks to them by asking them to be inside of a three-way relationship.

Which most likely would've happen, since she knows that her brother will have a very hard time to choose which one is suitable for him.

Jasmine stands up and asks Miss Ruby to prepare them dinner. The rain from the outside continues to pour as it gets louder and louder as seconds passed.

Daime looks outside and clicks his tongue.

"Looks like we need to message Drax that we will be late."

Primo only nods at him and immediately send Drax a message. The oldest of the bunch replies immediately with a smirking emoji.

Primo clicks his tongue and shows Daime what Drax had just sent.

"Pfft… As if it will happen, I am not even bringing one."

Primo shakes his head after hearing Daime's answer. It's a common knowledge between the two of them since they almost share the same history before moving to Pampanga.

Bringing one doesn't mean pajamas or some sleep wears, it meant something else. Daime chuckles as pats Primo's shoulder and drags him to the kitchen.

"Looks like we will be staying the night here."
