I Can Farm Attributes From Ghosts! Chapter 27

Celia, who was watching the ghost-catching TV series obsessively, was suddenly interrupted by a ringtone!
She frowned when she saw the caller ID.
"Hey! I've already announced the dissolution of the Red Fire Paranormal Club. You guys can go back now…"
Before she could finish, she heard a woman crying on the phone.
Eh? This was obviously the phone call of one of the members who had been rescued from the crematorium. If he remembered correctly, that person should be called Mark, but why did it sound like a woman's voice?
At this moment, someone spoke from the other side of the phone.
"Miss Celia, I am Mark's mother. Mark… he died!"
'What? Mark's dead?'
Celia's eyes widened in disbelief.
Her trembling voice revealed her doubts.
"I'm sorry, but I want to ask when this happened? How did he die?"
"This afternoon, he is…"
Beep beep beep!
There was a sudden busy tone on the phone, as if someone had cut off the signal.
Before Celia could react.
"Hehe! He's dead. He died so miserably!"
F*ck! Crazy!
Celia jerked and threw the phone away.
It was evening and the sun had yet to set completely.
Outside the castle, the servants who had already taken care of everything were packing their tools and preparing to leave.
The afterglow made the ground red, but Celia still felt uneasy as she looked at the empty castle.
With a flash of idea, he decisively closed the door.
"It's impossible for us to be together. You're a human and I'm a ghost. I have my mission to be a ghost since I was born and you have things that you need to do as well. However, we're destined to be different people…"
The drama reached its climax, but Celia was no longer in the mood to watch the drama.
Her mind was filled with Mark's mother's words. The more she thought about it, the stranger she felt!
At this moment…
Drip, drip, drip!
A considerable commotion in the bathroom caught Celia's attention.

She had to know that she was the only one here besides Brian. Now Brian should be in his room.
Thief! A thief had entered!
At the thought of this, Celia skillfully took out the pistol at her waist and slowly leaned over like a cheetah hunting for food.
'Phew! Scared me!'
It turned out that the tap was not turned off properly. This careless Mr. Brian, why was he so insensitive?!
Just as Celia was heaving a sigh of relief, she caught a glimpse of something out of the corner of her eye.
She discovered a footprint that extended from the door into the living room.
From the looks of it, this brand new mark should have been left not long ago.
But why did she not see it when she closed the door? Did it only appear after closing the door?
The problem was, the door was closed. How could anyone enter?
At this thought, Celia's face turned pale.
She rushed to Brian's room. Only the mysterious man could give her a sense of security.
"Mr. Brian, open the door!"
But because he had to enter the ghost realm, Brian had already locked the door. How could he hear her voice now?
She broke in.
Looking at the empty room, Celia was stunned!
Where was that guy?
"Not in the cupboard, not in the bathroom, not behind the curtains. Where the hell did he go?"
"Keke! I'm here…"
A deep voice came from under the bed.
"Oh ho! There you are! I was wondering why I couldn't find you. See if I don't catch you."
Celia leaned over to check. The next moment she was stunned.
"Ah!"
…
On the other side, Brian, who had received the news, had a bad feeling and quickly left the ghost realm.
But when he came out and saw the room that had been ransacked…
Only then did he realize that he was too late!
They looked around for Celia, but she was nowhere to be seen. Only a lady's phone on the floor could prove she had not left willingly.

"Ding! A Grade B Ghost General has been discovered."
"Ding! System absorbs a small amount of ghost aura. Ghost aura+20 ~"
"Grade B Ghost General!"
Hearing the system prompt, Brian's face sank.
This was his castle, yet a ghost actually dared to capture someone right under his nose. This was intolerable!
"System! Activate radar scanning! Activate Left Oculus of God!"
"Ding! Intermediate function activated, 200 attribute points deducted!"
Note: Radar scan and Left Oculus of God have been upgraded to the intermediate level. Each time it is used, it consumes 100 attribute points. Any ghost below the level of Grade A would be exposed!
Half an hour later, with a quick drift, Brian parked the car in front of the crematorium.
The system radar showed that the Ghost Marshal was here.
It was still the same old place but some things had already quietly changed.
The crematorium now was very different from before. It was more sinister and colder.
Prior to this, there was also the flame power of Alifene to suppress this yin energy. However, after she was subdued by him, the yin energy in this place was no longer suppressed, so it had completely erupted now.
Brian's left eye reflected a dark aura!
'Holy f*ck! This guy is quite strong!'
Despite his words, Brian swaggered toward the center of the black air.
It was as if he had returned to his own home.
"Die!"
A sharp brick attack followed by the crisp sound of bones breaking.
"F*ck, even you stinky rats dare to provoke me? You're courting death!"
"Ding! Host has eliminated part of the ghost aura and received+5 ghost aura…"
After killing a giant rat that had mutated due to the ghost aura, not only did it not scare the other giant rats away, it even stimulated their ferocity!
"Squeak squeak squeak!"
After a few rat calls, pairs of green eyes appeared.
Taking a closer look, there were dozens of huge rats which were the size of domestic cats crowding around. Not only that, even more rats were rushing out of the cave.
If someone with trypophobia saw this, they would probably fall sick within a second.
'Damn it, I've poked a rat's nest!'
"Wait for me. I'll call Tom the cat over. Damn it!"
Squeak squeak squeak!
When the group of giant rats heard this, they began to squeak in panic. It seemed that they were very afraid of Tom the cat.
Forgive Brian for laughing unkindly.
"Haha! Sorry, I lied to you. I don't have Tom the cat's number!"
The giant rats were agitated and rushed over while screaming.
"Although I don't have its number, I have something more powerful…"
As soon as he finished speaking, a wave of scorching flames started to rush out of his body and instantly exploded within the group of giant rats.
There was only a crackling sound mixed with the aroma of roasted meat.
The dozens of giant rats closest to Brian were instantly engulfed by the flames. The flames illuminated the surroundings.
It actually smelt quite good!
Brian had heard of Fujian roasted rats, but had never had a chance to try it.
If these rats had not been corroded by ghost aura and ate rotten corpses, Brian might have wanted to taste them!
"Come on! Don't you guys want to eat this handsome guy? Come out if you have the guts. We don't even know who's the food on the plate!"
Squeak, squeak, squeak!
'Aiyo! How dare you shout and shake people!'
More than ten giant rats emerged from the cave. Before they could figure out what had happened, they saw a flame appear in front of them in horror!
Crackle!
As the flames swept past, only charred and tender roasted rat meat remained!
