Arranged Marriage To The Princess Of The Red Scorpions Chapter 82

The boutique was larger on the inside than Samuel was expecting and was sectioned off into two different parts. To the right was where the women's section was setup and to the left was where the men's location was setup. This meant that they ended up having to split off when they were inside. Lena didn't have problem with this as it wasn't her first time being inside a boutique such as this. She already knew how everything worked and what was expected of her.
Samuel on the other end was slightly overwhelmed by being guided over to the men's section and seeing the large selection that there was to chose from. It was as though boutique was trying to include any kind of style, color, and brand that anyone could desire into the store.
"Now I am sure you have already gone through this, but I am told that you have never been measured for a suit before and we're going to have to do some work to get you fitted?" The man asked as he looked up Samuel up and down as though trying to eye what his size might be before he got his measuring tape.
"That's right. I have never actually been to this type of place before." Samuel replied as he continued looking around in an attempt to take everything.
"Well then, I am sure that you will be in for quite a treat then. That is if you enjoy trying different styles out." The man said as he came up with the measuring tape.
"Now I need you to stand with your arms stretched out as long as they possible can be to your sides and your legs a touch apart so that I can make sure this is as accurate as possible." The man instructed as he assisted Samuel in shifting his arms and legs into just the right position. It felt a little awkward, but he focused on the clothes around him rather than the man in front of him collecting his measurements.

"Despite your height, you're not much out of the normal range that we're used to dealing with here. It shouldn't be that hard to find something that will fit you well without needing too many modifications." He told Samuel as he wrote down his sizes.
"Now, do you have any ideas as to what type of outfit that you would want to be wearing or style? I've been told this is for an engagement party and you're the fiancé."
"Honestly I have no clue. This has kind of been a lot of last minute things and we haven't yet discussed what kind of theme that we want to go with. So I guess some suggestions and insight would be good."
"I see. So you're looking for a bit of professional input to decide what direction you want to go in with the engagement party." The man mused as he put his left hand under his chin in a thinking poise as he looked Samuel over.
"Do you know what kind of colors that you look good in or have a preference for?" He then asked as he turned towards a clothes rack where some of the dark suits were located. He started rummaging through them as he waited for the other's answer.
"I guess maybe something in jewel tone? I tend to like greens and blues most." Samuel replied after thinking about it for a few minutes while the other picked out a few outfits that he thought would work well. Prior to this, Samuel had never really spent a lot of time thinking about the type of clothes that he wore. Certainly he cared about looking professional when he needed to, but he never really thought about style or color scheme much.
"I think then I have some perfect ideas for you. Do you happen to know what your dear will be deciding to wear?" The man asked turning around with an armful of different suits. It looked like far too many more than Samuel really wanted to spend his time trying on."

"I don't think that she honestly knows that much either." He replied honestly since Lena had never mentioned to him what kind of outfit she would be looking to get. One of the reasons that it was harder for him to make a decision- he didn't want to pick something that wouldn't go with the outfit that he got.
"I see. Then we will do our best with what we have and pick something that you like for now. If it doesn't meet the bride-to-be, then we will go with a backup plan. Nothing that will be hard that hard to handle. Now take these and try them on. I need to see how they look on you to make sure they fit right and then you can decide what color you like." He said as he lead Samuel towards the changing room that was located to the back.
"If none of these work for you. I can bring some more up front or you can look around yourself if you see something you like and need more time to decide." He was told before the door to changing room was closed and he was left alone with all of the suits that he needed to try on. There were about six in total and he wasn't really sure he had the bandwidth to try them all and potential have to find something else.
The colors weren't bad choices. It was ranged from black and dark blue to an emerald green and a slightly lighter shade of blue along with a dove gray suit. The first one that caught his eye was emerald green suit. It was his first time seeing one in such a majestic color. He decided that it would be his first to try one as it was the one he liked the most. He wasn't sure that it was going to fit with whatever Lena picked, but even if it didn't, it would perhaps be a choice that he could mark to buy at a later point in time as he was certain he would be needing more suits in the future. He just hoped that everything he tried on fit so that he didn't have to worry about looking for different sizes along with potentially more styles if none of them worked out.

There will be some action, but it won't be the focus of the story and Vee and his friends will usually overcome their problems with their minds and their pocketbooks instead of their weapons.
